Blake did a great job with our Fall startup and large pipe repairs on the boiler heating system for our rental property. I know I can rely on the Nimmer staff for timely and quality service!

Kyle and Sid came to the house today and installed a whole house humidifier and dehumidifier. They were fast and very efficient. Once installed Kyle went through how the systems operate and made sure I understood everything. They cleaned up after themselves which I much appreciated. I’m very pleased working with Nimmer.

After basement flooding in August, I knew 16 year-old furnace needed to be replaced. I called company I had been dealing with for years. After making two calls within two days and no return call, I called Nimmer. Tyler came to my house the same day I called. Wow. He was very informative and explained different options. He has experience with installation and maintenance and that impressed me. Pat and Josh came to install new furnace, thermostat and connect A/C. Then Tyler returned to finish connections for heat and AprilAire. Afterward, they pointed out was done, answered my questions patiently and helped me program the thermostat. I couldn't be happier with my new HVAC system that Nimmer installed for me. Brian provided an estimate with the equipment that I was interested in, answered my questions promptly, and the process to accept the proposal and begin to move forward were painless.

My installation team of Josh and Pat were at my home on time. They were professional and respectful of my property. If it weren't for the new equipment you wouldn't even know they had been there. They left the work area spotless. Everything passed the city inspections. I'm confident I made the right choice going with Nimmer for my new system.

DO NOT USE❗️Beth and front desk informed me my service charge would be $89 for diagnostic the tech stated it’s a new system as it is. Nothing was done and the tech Blake stated new filter was needed and that was it. $89 charge turned into $190 randomly. Apparently their $89.50 labor charge for the techs time qualifies for a “repair”. Now that the tech has left and my furnace is running as it’s has been not only am I still hearing the motor fade in and out the home is starting to smell burnt when the heat comes on not even 3hours after they left, as Beth the receptionist stated the tech “checked the wires and made sure they were good”.

Nimmer was accommodating and willing to work around schedules! The scheduling was spot on and communication was clear and efficient. Blake (technician) was personable and willing to explain exactly what the possible issue(s) could be and shared how the issues(s) will be fixed and preventative measure to possibly take. Nimmer for the win!! I will continue as a customer

We have always had great experiences with Nimmer, since buying an A/C unit from them several years ago. We use them for annual preventive maintenance service on our heating and cooling systems, and their technicians are always very professional and capable. Their office staff is also excellent, keeping us up-to-date on appointments and renewals of our service plan. Last year we had an emergency on Dec. 23 when our furnace wasn't working and they were able to come out and fix it that day! This week the technician for our preventive maintenance service was Joe DeRose and he did a terrific job for us. We appreciate Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning and we highly recommend them.

Blake was great. He explained everything to me and was very professional. I would call him a definite “Keeper” for your company. When my Blower arrives I hope he is the one to put it in.

Beth provided wonderful service over the phone on the day before Thanksgiving, helping to troubleshoot my system and requesting photos to analyze the issue. Joe today provided professional, friendly, comprehensive service, established great rapport and rapidly earned our confidence. Appreciated the transparency regarding pricing and ease of scheduling.

Feeling safe that I had my furnaces yearly checkup today. Received great service Nimmer’s technician Natalie. She was very helpful, I especially appreciated her explanation of how to direct heat to various rooms.

She answered our questions and explained maintenance plans without any pressure to enroll. We highly recommend Natalie and Nimmer.

Today I had my old boiler tuned up and checked out by Blake. This was my first experience with Nimmer and I have to say I am impressed. Blake was eager to answer any of my questions, explained things about my boiler I had not known and completed a thorough inspection with a report. He also cleaned up parts of the boiler and refilled some oil needed. I definitely recommend!

Blake Townsend has been our Nimmer HVAC maintenance man for many years. He is always on time, knowledgeable and informative. He recommends needed additional service when required. His work is always excellent! And he is always very easy to talk with and discuss the issues. to

OK I will change my response to 5Star, Joe Derosa is 5 star And represents your company at a high level,very professional, he cares and does excellent work. Also your front office responded to request and adjusted my bill. In future communicate with customer the expected arrival time .. I was told !00pm but Joe didn't arrive until 230 ish..

Pat and Josh did a great job in installing our boiler system at our church. Both of them were very professional. Pat was thorough in explaining things as to how they were moving along. And then he walked me through some of the new features on the boiler once it was installed. It was a seamless experience. A+ rating.

Another great experience with Nimmer - unfortunately I needed my furnace replaced not long after being installed (not an equipment issue, but due to flooding) and I didn't hesitate on who to call. Brian and Malinda in the office were super helpful and Pat and Josh got the install done well and on time. Thanks Nimmer!

Came home from work to find my furnace wasn't working. Did the customary checks before calling Nimmer Heating. The technician Josh Jackson called me back and walked me through some basic steps to pin point the issue. We weren't able to solve the issue over the phone, so he stated that he would stop by to take a look at it. Of course I had to give him special instructions to navigate the traffic as he was coming to Candy Cane Lane. When Josh arrived he stated the instructions were perfect, no issues (was here in 10 min of the call). Josh was efficient and explained what he was checking and what the issue was. He was in and out within 15 min of arriving. I definately recommend Nimmer Heating.
