Kurt was great. Very thorough. Looked over the whole system. Noted several inefficiencies that could be responsible for the problems.

Had 2 tune-ups & some minor fixes (replaced humidifier controller, fan & radiator valve) of our home forced air furnace & rental property boiler this morning by Action Heating & Cooling. We appreciated Mike's availability with a few days notice to look at both the furnace & boiler this morning, as we specifically requested a steam boiler expert for our needs due to issues with generalists who aren't as familiar with single-pipe steam boilers. Talked with Tanya a few days ago to schedule it, and was told the $75 hourly rate for boiler work & tune-ups & the flat $129 fee for forced-air furnace tune-ups. Was charged both a flat $150 boiler tune-up fee & new $99 hourly rate (1 hour today) for the boiler tune-up that took 20 minutes & wasn't complete compared to the last tune-up with Action (just cleaned burners & raised pressuretroll this time-not recommended to increase pressure in our setup), didn't clean low-water cut-off probe or water sight glass. Verified that experts recommended against adding more water than needed, so didn't take his advice to flood the boiler with a 2 minute vs. 10 minute current low-water cut-off water refill delay due to system condensate water returning in about 5 minutes anyway. The white plastic drain-box was left off the furnace after the tune-up and we noticed about a gallon of water around it later that evening. Called the after hours number for service and didn't have a good experience with the operator-she didn't provide her name & told us we'd be billed for the trip to fix the leaking furnace. So much for the 30 day labor warranty guarantee we see on our invoice from a few hours earlier! We observed some contradictions in the advice we were given about steam boilers as well-we recommend finding another company or doing as much as possible yourself since steam boilers are a lost art these days and modern forced air furnaces can be problematic (if not put back properly) as today's drain leak shows. Update later tonight: Matt called back & stopped over to verify the leaking water was due to the drain not being clamped-we had put it back ourselves while waiting for him to arrive an hour or two so after calling. He was friendly, but also forgot something-flipping the power switch to the furnace back on when he left. We appreciated he remembered and called us about it later that evening.

Mr kurts is very professional and fixed the furnace which wasn't fixed before because after replacing the furnace my furnace gets stop everytime so i called them again he said it wasn't placed properly, He check everything and detect the problem. He is very good at his work thankyou i highly recommend Mr Kurt's.

We had our garage heater fail and contacted Action on Saturday 11/28. Since it was not urgent we agreed to have a tech come out on Thursday. After about 5 minutes, their tech Arcadio, had figured out that the board wasn’t receiving any power. Parts were ordered and by Saturday, the heater was running again. Thank you Action for your prompt service.

Nick was great! Very polite and knew exactly what was needed. My furnace went down this morning and things were getting cold. The timing of everything wasn't the best and he had to run out and get a part on short notice. He took care of everything quickly and answered my questions. Very greatful and I'm enjoying the heat! The service technicians who came out to address our furnace issues were prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Both Nick and Arcadio provided excellent service and represented the company extremely well. They truly went above and beyond—these two definitely deserve recognition.

Very pleased with Action Heating & Nick the professional who came & changed thermostat. Professional, friendly service with great education/explanation about appropriate use of new thermostat. The appointment was made less than 24 hours before & Nick arrived at very beginning of the appointment 'window'. I also received a call from Action that Nick was on his way 15 minutes before arrival. Very helpful!

Kurt was very knowledgeable and informative. He is also very courteous! He informed me of everything that he was doing, what needed to be repaired, and why. I would definitely use them again in the future for any repairs or maintenance.

Nick came out and was courteous and efficient. He let me know that our furnace needed a rather expensive part. He gave us the pros and cons of replacing the part vs. replacing the whole thing. We opted for a full replacement as the furnace is 20+ years old.

Adam came out to do the install and did a great job! He got the work done pretty quickly considering how much old components needed to be replaced. They got the new furnace installed and working that afternoon including troubleshooting a faulty thermostat they had to get a replacement for.

All in all a great experience!

I put in a request for service and received a call back within the hour. Kurt called within an hour after that and said he was on his way already! He replaced the flame sensor and had everything done in about a half hour. Very quick and friendly service. Thankful that it was an easy fix!
