I have been using D & M Heating for years. They are informative, efficient, and dependable. Today Sean was my technician. He arrived on time, was courteous, and now my heating unit is good for the season! This company is great!

Awesome service.... Call them first thing In the morning, 20 minutes later, the tech showed up. ZACH WAS GREAT. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. Now we have heat...my goto for now on... Thanks, Zach

Excellent service. Sean went above and beyond, helping me understand our humidifier and heater, showing me some maintenance tricks, and making good recommendations for future service. Nice to have decent people who aren't just out to make a buck, but instead treating you like good neighbors.

D&M just installed a new furnace and air for us. They did great work for a very fair price. As a realtor, I always recommend them to my clients because I 💯 trust that they will take care of them with quality and honesty.

I had D & M come out to tune up and do a maintenance check on my mini-split system. This was my first interaction with them. The technician Shaun was personable and explained what he was doing which I appreciated. The cost was fair and I had a very good first impression of this company. The person I talked to on the phone was friendly and well informed. I will be using them again in the future!

I highly recommend D&M as I've now used them numerous times and they are always very efficient ,knowledgeable and professional. Sean was my technician for my last few visits and he did a great job!! Today he had Zak with him who he was training and I am completely satisfied with the job that they did replacing the Collector Box on my furnace.

Our furnace was on its last legs. Jeff came over on Tuesday and told us what we needed for a new furnace/AC. We were able to get it installed the next day. It was the day before Thanksgiving. Dustin and Kraig (Technicians) did an outstanding job! They cleaned up the mess afterwards. In addition, they explained to us what we needed to know about the new system. We are very thankful that we chose D&M heating.

We chose D&M because of others we know who speak very highly of them. We also like the fact that they are, in our opinions, truthful and honest. We started with Tim Silva who inspected the unit (19 years old) and he indicated that the burners were rusted. We decided to replace the unit rather than put more money into it. We were put on the schedule and Jaime and Elijah, the service techs arrived to do the work. They were very courteous and got right to work. They did an excellent job, including cleanup, and explained everything about the furnace and answered any and all questions. These guys make you feel comfortable that they are the ones replacing your furnace. We highly recommend D & M Heating and Air Conditioning.

My experience with D & M Heating and Air Conditioning was exceptional, start to finish. From my initial phone call to Karen to the quick and flawless installation by Dusty and Craig, everything was professional and exactly as promised. Karen cut straight to the chase about tax credits and customer cash. Jeff's estimates were quick and easy to follow, and he was very patient about explaining option combinations. D & M's price was very competitive (I got several opinions), and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have already made several referrals to friends and family, and I'm confident their experience will be equally outstanding. Finally, the staff at D & M is very accessible and responds to calls promptly. Kudos to the team. Our new air is wonderful.

D&M Heating and Cooling have been great. Jeff & Tim helped diagnose the issues in our old furnace but the thing we appreciated the most was how they took the time to explain our options so we could make a new furnace selection that we would be happy with. The gents who did the furnace install were also kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Great service.

Heat went out at night called the next morning and the lady I spoke to was very nice and had someone out quickly. The gentleman who came saw the issue need a new furnace I had a new furnace installed and heat running by 1 pm. Everyone was nice and knew what they were talking about even helped me place my carbon monoxide detector in the right spot . Price was reasonable will continue using this company .

We've been customers of D&M for several years and appreciate their great service maintaining our furnace and AC. Today we had them replace our 20 year old equipment and they did a great job! They were very professional and explained things well. They even said they would try to be quiet as we have a 3 month old baby and they didn't want to bother her! The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. I'm happy to continue doing business with D&M!

D&M were awesome to work with. The call for a quote all the way to payment. Everyone was polite and made you feel comfortable. Never tried to up sell at any point. The price was significantly less than everyone else. It was also nice to know that the employees truly loved working for this company.

I needed 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units at my property. A great 4 man team of HVAC professionals came in and got us all fixed up in one day. We are warm and toasty and ready for winter. Thank you D and M.

I called D&M heating cause my 20 year zone system was having issues but noticed also my air and furnace were 20 years old too. Jeff came out and we went over what needed to be done. I’ve called a few other companies for proposals but was happy with Jeff’s recommendations. The installers were Dustin and Kraig. Thank you so much for coming today and installing my new furnace and ductwork and new thermostat! You guys were so amazing with restoring the heat back to my house! My credit card was charged out of nowhere over a month and a few weeks later for some charge after the fact without contacting me first. This is unacceptable

Had routine inspection performed. Thorough inspection and explained what was happening well.

Joe was very responsive and was able to get us on their schedule really fast; the crew who installed the ac was nice, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up. We were really happy with the service and the price. I definitely recommend them!
Addition: Justin came out to do a maintenance check on our furnace and was excellent- friendly, professional, and clearly explained the work he'd done. He also gave me a call as he was on his way over, which I appreciated it. I've had all good experiences with Action!
