Tech was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose a problem with our furnace that 2 other companies had missed -- they had replaced multiple parts in the process. Our furnace had been running on short cycles and sometimes shutting off for long periods. Now it's been problem free for 3 months and counting and it was a quick and easy fix.

The team from Christensen Heating and Air Conditioning were on time and very professional. I came home from work on the hottest day of the year and had the system installed and very comfortable temperature 🌡 inside the house. Everything was picked up and perfectly installed. The craftsmanship inside and outside the house 🏠 was above my expectations. I highly recommend them and will use them again for all my Heating and Cooling needs. Thank you on a job well done 👏

They do a great job, able to get furnace back up in running within a hour of appointment time after they having to get the part too. Rick that serviced our furnace was respectful and did a quick job.

I bought a new furnace from this company. Installers were very professional and courteous. Everything was great except for trying to pay for it. There was supposed to be a $1000 deposit charged to my card before the installation (didn't happen) and then only after waiting for over a month after the installation for them to charge my card for the completed work, I finally had to call them to get them to do it. Apparently they were undergoing some changes to a "new system" or program and it was an oversight.

The Christensen Team came highly recommended to me when I moved to town. The AC line to my house was freezing up, and their team identified issues with installation of the existing high velocity system. They knew the specifications required and made the adjustments needed. My AC is now working great with no issues. Thank you to their entire staff.

Our central air unit went out after 30 years (it lasted a long time) and we gave Christensen a call. They were prompt, friendly, and flexible. We got our new unit installed within a week and the staff was wonderful!

Christensen Heating & Air Conditioning has done a wonderful job for us. We previously used another company which changed ownership, causing us to seek another service provider. We needed a part back in November which I foolishly thought I could just get at Home Depot. An associate at Home Depot recommended Christensen and we have been incredibly happy with the service - from getting the necessary part, to a furnace replacement in January, and an air conditioner tune-up today. The technicians have always been on time, friendly, and very respectful of our space. They take the time to teach us about our system and make sure we are satisfied before they leave. I can't say enough good things!

My parents had D&M for several years, they were always very pleased with them. Every year my parents would take advantage of D&M's maintenance plan where they came out twice a year. Since my parents have pasted & the house is now mine, I have continued to stay with D&M. So far everyone has been very friendly & professional, I recently had a new furnace installed. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up every thing when done & answered all my questions. I will definitely be staying with D&M

D&M replaced my furnace and installed new central air. Very professional, great communication, friendly, took time to answer questions and explain details, and did a tremendous installation job. Highly recommend! Process was simple on my end and very happy with results.

I am SO thankful for this company! We had our furnace randomly decide to stop working and our house temp quickly plummeted. We called someone else originally but they cancelled after making us wait 6 hours. We called D&M at 3pm and they literally had the nicest woman out within an hour and was able to fix the part. I was also appreciative that I wasn’t talked down to, upsold, or made to feel like I was bothering them. 10/10 would recommend this trustworthy company

I had an appointment for a heater tuneup and cleaning. D&M was on time and very thorough. Once the service was completed they explained to me what they did, and the current status of my heater. Then they mentioned a couple possible upgrades- uv lighting and or adding a humidifier. I went with the uv lighting, which only took less than 30 minutes to install. The technician finished with explaining the benefits of the lighting and to make sure I contact them right away if there are issues. Overall excellent job. Greg G

D&M responded quickly when our 30 year old AC unit had failed. I was impressed with the amount of insight they had when taking a look at my system. Other companies could wait to just tell me a number but D&M was exploring all possibilities to get us back up and running. Would highly recommend.

D & M replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump. They are knowledgeable and responsive, and we chose them after getting a couple estimates. Their install teams were great and efficient, we are very happy we chose D & M.

I had used D&M a couple years ago to have furnace repaired which went well at the time. This year my furnace gave out suddenly overnight. D&M was able to send out a tech very quickly after calling. Was then able to have a new furnace installed the next day. Very satisfied with level of service and quality of the work done.

D&M did an excellent job installing both a new condenser and furnace, replacing a ~40 year old condenser and ~20 year old furnace. They provided me a verbal "ballpark" quote over the phone so I would know what I was getting into financially and the actual in-home quote was very close (it was a little higher because I asked them to do extra work that I did not mention for the verbal quote). They were professional the entire time and even went as far as making the least amount of noise possible because I was working from home and would be in and out of meetings all day. Yes, there was still noise (how can there not be?), but it could have been much louder than it was and it did not disrupt any of my meetings. The extra work was to fix a supply issue to my master bedroom and I finally have good air flow to that room as well as to the rest of the main floor of my house, to the point that I turned my thermostat up a little because my main floor has never been that cold in the summer before. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

Early in April, I had D&M Heating install 2 new furnaces and install new cold-air return ductwork in my duplex. Jeff Goff always listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, and then followed up by getting everything done right. The work crew guys were friendly and as quiet as could be. I happily recommend that you give D&M a chance to look at your heating needs, too.

Jeff was very thorough during the quoting process answering questions and resolving all our concerns. The installers, Dustin and Kraig, did an amazing job removing our 28 year old HVAC and installing our new Carrier Infinity system. We also replaced our 1" filter with an Aprilaire 4". On the day of our installation, it rained all day. Dustin and Kraig were very professional and answered all my questions during the installation and made a special effort to keep the outdoors out. Our old system was hauled away and everything was cleaned up. We have been using Nest thermostats since their first year in business and although Nest has several features that beat all others, we opted to switch to a Carrier Infinity System Control (thermostat) to take full advantage of our new Carrier Infinity furnace.
We are very glad we went with D&M Heating and would highly recommend them.
