Woke up to my furnace starting to fire up, burn for 20-30sec and then shut off. Checked the basic filters, cycled power a few times and no change in operation. Gave these guys a call based on a decent number of positive reviews and they said they would be out in a few hours.

About the only part of my experience that was positive was that he was right on time with the appointment. I took him downstairs, showed him the furnace and he observed it do what I explained on the phone. Looked through the sight window of the burn chamber and said that the flame flow looked a little off.
Said he would go think about some things and headed out to his truck for 15mins.

Came back in after he had two cigarettes and said that the "Blower is out of parameter" and handed me a bill for $244 and pricing options for new furnaces ($7k, $6k and $5.2k) and wouldn't even bother trying to troubleshoot the furnace due to it being an older unit. Texted me a link for payment and left.

Since it looked like I would be replacing my furnace I pulled the two screws that held the panel on which gave me a view of the blower motor / assembly since I was told this was the problem even though it was never looked at by the guy that showed up. Right in front of the unit a self tapping screw looked like it backed out a little that held a speed sensor in. Remount the speed sensor and the furnace works better than new.

About 20mins after the service guy left he called me and explained that if I gave him the go ahead right now he could take $1000 off the price of the new furnaces that he quoted me. I didn't mention that I had already fixed the unit and responded with a chuckle and "I'll think about it".

Pretty disappointed I paid someone $244 to not be bothered to investigate why the furnace isn't working and only quote me new ones.

Josh installed our new furnace. He was professional and answered any questions I had. He hauled away the old unit and took a picture of the new one for me.
Bill was also professional and personable. He came out for emergency service yesterday. Bill usually provides maintenance services for our furnace and air conditioner.

Very pleased with the level of care and concern as well as the skill set of the worker that attended to our furnace needs. Awesome assessment of the issue and did not leave until the job was completed impeccably. He saved our lives as the issue went far beyond what I initially thought. There could have been carbon monoxide poisoning in our air within the home due to the exhaust being non-existent. A complete exhaust was installed and the air quality in the house has improved 100%. I could not be more happy with the outcome.

William was FAST and got the job done! I cannot believe how quickly he arrived and helped us fix the furnace to get it up and running properly. Happy to know we’ve got a place to call with any heating/cooling needs we have. We will be returning customers!! Thank you!

We never got a system installed, but we worked with Bill pretty extensively during the quoting process. Bill was honest and patient the whole time and very insightful. We ended up passing on doing any work, but Bill was professional the whole time. We will definitely keep them in mind if we have any future work.

Absolute 5-star service across the board. Called on a very cold Sunday after accidental damage to our thermostat caused our old furnace to stop working. William hopped right over and assessed the situation quickly and straight to the point: the furnace was dead. He thoroughly answered all of my questions without making me feel unintelligent, worked with me to find a quick and affordable replacement, and even tried holding timeslots for me as best he could while I explored financing options. Once I gave the green light, Chris & AJ were at the house with a new furnace in less than a day. They were very personable, incredibly efficient, and even helped me with an incompatible smart thermostat when they didn't need to go that extra mile. Can't say enough about these guys and I will be continuing my business with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Waited around for other shops to call back and I had a same day appointment with one phone call with these guys. Figured out the problem and got it taken care of in no time, just as the hottest days are coming. Jeff was great!

We had an emergency in Wisconsin during a cold day and we tried to get service through HSA and through Rosenthal Rosenthal kept giving us the runaround and at the end my wife spoke with a supervisor who was extremely rude we will never be using this company again and I will definitely not suggest this to anybody looking for heating or cooling services, if I could give lower than a one-star rating I would

William was wonderful! He handled everything quickly and got the heat back up and running before it got too cold out

William came out to fix my furnace and he provided excellent and timely service! I will definitely keep calling him for my hvac needs.

Thank you very much for getting our heat restored in a very timely fashion with the weather being in below zero temps. William was the greatest he was very informative and knowledgeable about what was going on and gave us a choice on what we could get done. He keep us in the know with what needed to be done and what could happen after our choices. In the long run we needed to get a whole new heater and Josh got it done in three hours by himself. He was very respectful and kept everything clean as he did what needed to get done. I would recommend Heating and Cooling Drs of West Allis to anyone having problems with the furnace. As well as asking for William to come out for service or if you are in need of a whole new furnace ask for Josh. AS I SAID THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

A/C overheated and shut down. Called these guys and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Copacitor was fried, and the unit was in need of a tune-up. All things considered, I thought the price was pretty fair. Also appreciated the info I got from Bill. Only reason this is not five stars is that I'd like to see how another service call goes, which I plan on hiring this company for.

We recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs. Bill has been doing the maintenance on our furnaces for over 7 years. One thing about Bill, he is going to find what is wrong with your AC/ heating unit.

William was very easy going with and helpful for explaining what went wrong with my furnace. He also a quick responder to my text and call me to ensure my appointment is set up right away. Josh replaced my furnace and was very helpful with telling me the difference with the model and year. He super chill and get things done fast. He also does a great job.

**UPDATE* Checked it out and I didn't realize they put in a larger furnace and AC than quoted. They are a fairly honest company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the price. Humidifier installed a few months after. System is in working order.*

I recently had an AC and furnace installed by them. They were the lowest quote I received, and definitely reasonable in price, and friendly people. The system currently works well and is keeping my house cool.

That being said, I was quoted a new liquid line and when I inspected afterwards, they spliced onto the old line going through my crawlspace instead of installing new as they said and charged for. The old line is a smaller diameter and while it works, I don't think that is the right thing for a business to do without at least telling me.

You definitely get what you pay for. Very affordable, and functional system, but can be lacking in attention to details.

Call do to no electricity to my ac and furnace. Chris O show up the same day and diagnose the problem and fix it right away. Excellent work and great customer service. I would recommend this company if you ever need any furnace or a/c service.

Blower went out on furnace and the heat inducer was burning. They showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and installed a new furnace the next morning. Service and price were very reasonable.

Fast quick efficient service! Had to spend the night freezing after my furnace decided to die out while I was at work.(things like this seem to happen at night) The young guy came in unscrewed the furnace,replaced corroded wires—-end of story —it took about 15 mins to get the heat back on and he replaced the old wires. Wow I was and am very grateful!!!

I was in need of a new boiler during the worst time of the year. I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. I will not name the competitors but I will say Heating and Cooling Drs was by far the best option. What set them apart was their quick response, professional approach and real true pricing. I never felt like i was being sold. I did my own research and the Boiler they installed happens to be one of the best Boilers on the market. Not only did Heating and Cooling Drs come in at a lower price...they installed a top notch Boiler coupled with trouble free service. Alex was my sales guy and I must say...the dude knew what he was talking about. I'm a natural skeptic and to ease my anxiety...they actually had their engineer review my job to reassure me that I was getting the right size Boiler for my home. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys...You get FIVE Stars in my book!
