Edward was extremely professional and I felt he knew what he was answering based off of any questions I had and he was quick and efficient. Price was a little high but at the same time I did make the emergency call for the repair so can't complain. Outside of that I highly recommend 👌

I was experiencing problems with my A/C not maintaining set temperatures. I contacted my home warranty provider who then arranged to have Pro Tech Mechanical come to my home. Cameron arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed what was causing the issue in approximately half an hour. I was expecting it to take longer. He explained what was causing the problem and went further to teach me how I will be able to take care of it myself if it happens again.

Cameron was awesome and I'd strongly recommend Pro Tech Mechanical to anyone needing service on their home HVAC.

I had my system tuned up and parts replaced under warranty. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I am a long term customer and I appreciate everything that Ed has done for us.

After an AC inspection performed by Ed, it was determined the best course of action was a complete AC replacement. Ed got a quote out that same day and personally installed the unit the next day.

Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Told me what they were doing and why. Explained the procedure in a clear, concise manner. Good experience! The process was wonderful all the way through! Came the evening before it got bitter cold and put my new furnace in. They could have put me off, but they are head and shoulders over and above any one I have experienced! They came at 9:00 PM because they knew I was concerned about my 30 year old furnace going out and my pipes freezing! This is a company that genuinely cares about their customers! You sure don’t see that too much these days! These guys at Protech are my go to guys from now on for all of my needs.! Ashley is in the office and was so helpful in getting me the right system for my home and at a fair price! She was instrumental in getting my system installed quickly! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company whatsoever. They will be putting in my air-conditioning in the spring.! They will also be my company to do preventive maintenance in the winter and the summer on my units! Professional, personable and courteous! They know their business!

Edward was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the AC motor issue and even went above and beyond to examine the furnace blower motor that was also having issues and turned out to have a cracked heat exchanger. He was able to get us options and recommendations so we could schedule a replacement as soon as possible. Thanks! Update: the replacement went smoothly and they did a very good job in a very short time!

Bill was prompt and arrived within the hour at 1030pm, he fixed our issue and gave us good advice. Phil did our install and was very professional. Price was very reasonable and quality unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Chris Ochranek, the lead technician and his partner, Alex. They were both professional and respectful of our home. They answered any questions we had and they were very knowledgeable. We highly recommend the Heating & Cooling Doctors of West Allis.

Our very old furnace stopped working just after a large snowfall. I called DRS and they were there in a short time despite the terrible road conditions. They gave me an honest estimate and due to the age of the furnace we scheduled to have a new one installed. They were back again the next morning and did a great job with the install. Have had no issues at all and really appreciated the politeness and professional attitude both Phil and Chris had. Thanks again!

This was my second time using this company and I had Bill as my technician both times. As with before he arrived on time and communicated with me throughout the process. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and fixed the furnace in less time than expected. Again…. the price was fair and I didn’t feel over charged. February 2024: Bill was able to diagnose the problem with my boiler right away and was able to fix it in 5 minutes.
So happy to have the heat flowing once again!

11-30-2024: Bill knew right away what was wrong with my boiler and took care of the problem very quickly. He showed me what he was doing and explained everything in detail.

Replaced our air conditioning unit the same day. I can't say enough about Chris and his work ethic. Highly recommend.
