Alvin came out the same day, discovered that my thermostat wire had been cut by a careless landscaper and fixed the wire in the matter of 2 hours max. The cost very affordable.

Charged for inspecting furnace but only looked at the size of the unit and charged full inspection fee. Did not inform anything else about the furnace. Then said I needed the wrong size furnace (higher btu) when specs show I don’t need the amount he quoted.

Worked with my busy schedule and serviced my furnace on a Saturday. Alvin was prompt, efficient, and professional. Answered all my questions and fee was appropriate. Highly recommend!

Had to have my hot water heater and furnace replaced due to the recent flood here in Milwaukee. I had an excellent experience with Alvin and his team. Their website was very easy to navigate and later, when I called them, they were friendly and professional the entire time. They were at my place within a couple of days and installed a new ventilation system in my home. The quality of life in my home has greatly improved thanks to these guys.

I called them needing someone fast because my furnace went out. They were to my house faster than fast. Very reasonable and very professional. I will definitely be giving them a call to get my AC inspected/tuned up before summer.

Our service tech, Cameron, was very polite and efficient in repairing our AC. I had told the dispatcher that our toddler had just fallen asleep for nap and Cameron came in so quietly that our dog didn’t even bark. He explained the problem with our AC unit well and fixed it quickly.

Although referred by our home warranty company their service tech, Cameron C., with his knowledge of systems and superb customer service secured a new customer today. Just have to be sure to brush away any spiders - don’t blame him.

The tech (Cameron) that came to our home was AWESOME!! He was here exactly when we were told. He was very helpful, friendly, and answers the questions I had. He also took the time to double check that it was working and showed me a few pointers when I asked. I never felt like he was rushing me or making me feel dumb for asking questions. It nice to know that if you called this company for service you would get someone like him. Oh and he fixed the AC TOO!!

The service tech Ed, was highly professional, and quickly and accurately diagnosed our HVAC issues. Ed also installed a pro thermostat where needed in our warehouse, all at an incredibly low cost. I highly recommend ProTech Mechanical for commercial HVAC issues.

The company always kept me informed as to scheduling of technician, the company's contact with my warranty company and the time frame for repair after approval from the warranty company. They did a very nice job on replacing an older furnace. It was a difficult installation - in a closet - and needed to cut out a piece of drywall to access. They consulted with me to get ok cutting out that part. They couldn't have been nicer and more professional on a difficult install. They located the furnace I needed and had it installed promptly. Their price was very good compared to other price I'd gotten. I'm very impressed.
