Overall I am very happy with everything DRS did while installing our new furnace and A/C. There were a few little hiccups on the furnace installation but nothing major. When the A/C was set up we had Chris come out to hook it up. He did a phenomenal job. He answered all of our questions and was very meticulous about going over everything top to bottom of the installation. Chris really did a fantastic job and helped make the installation a great experience.

23 year old AC unit was not working and I needed a replacement. I was referred by a friend to call Alex and he delivered. He had Chris and AJ out to install a brand new AC unit/Evap Coil on a short notice on a Friday. The new unit was installed and blowing cold air later on in the afternoon. Overall, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend this company. The only suggestions I have is to clean up the indoor work area and to have shoe covers.

Drs. is amazing, I called them Sunday afternoon to have them come service our A/C they scheduled me quick and without hassle. They showed up the next day did their thing and it turned out our system was over 12 years old and not in a working condition that would benefit from it being fixed.. the guy (I’m sorry I forget his name) ran options with us and we decided to just have a new A/C unit and coil installed, he gave us a price, it was in my opinion a very reasonable and fair price for the unit and install so we agreed and by luck we were able to have it installed the next day.. In a matter of 3 days we had our system checked and replaced with no hassle what so ever. Like I wrote above, this company is amazing and i definitely would recommend to anyone.

Extremely happy with the service we received. It was 90 today and the guys were in the attic for quite a while, but maintained a very friendly and professional attitude throughout. They checked up on us a while after they left just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend.

I chose DRS because I saw all the good reviews and needed someone to look at my furnace. I was able to easily get an appointment with Bill. He came and looked at my furnace was very honest and professional and got my furnace working again. I really appreciate his honesty and compassion. He did not give up until the job was done. Our thermostat was set as programmable, and we wanted it changed to self setting. I called Chris at Heating & Cooling Drs. on a Saturday, and he came over within a few hours to replace it. Chris put a new face plate on which remedied the problem. Chris did an excellent job in a short amount of time and went above and beyond to remedy the situation for us. We were grateful he came on a weekend to do this.

Called in the morning, laid out fee structure over the phone, came that same morning, diagnosed the system, William gave me my options and i chose to replace it. Had an installer out the next morning and i am up and running.

Josh & Jeff came to replace my furnace. They came on time- and did it in a fast, timely, and professional manner. It took less than two hours and they were still very detailed with their work! They were friendly, and they had a good sense of humor…. Great customer service. So happy my heat is working!

My furnace went out when it was 13 degrees out. Called them and they had someone there within the hour. Showed me what the my found and recommended a new furnace which I went with and they had it installed same day!!! Great service… Highly recommend!!!

Such a good experience
Chris was my service guy and he was very helpful with figuring out my igniter issue and also educated me on how often and what filters to use as I am super dumb founded when it comes to this stuff.
He also helped with updating my nest thermostat
Highly recommend and will be using them for future services!

The technician that first came out responded very quickly and was very up front and honest about options. After deciding on going with a new furnace, Josh arrived shortly after and completed the installation process. Very clean install and very pleased with the outcome! Quick response and very professional staff. Would highly recommend!

Chris came out and did a really great job after our attic ac unit was leaking. Initially we had a different tech come out and clean and adjust the condenser, which didn’t fix the problem but Chris came out for no trip charge and ran a new pvc condensate line from the attic down the outside of our house. He put it in a pretty discreet spot so the line isn’t an eye sore and tested out the drainage to ensure that everything was properly pitched. I’d give Chris 5 stars for his work but it would’ve been great to catch this issue when the first tech came out last week, but overall I’m feeling super relieved that we got this resolved.

Very happy with the service I received from DRS! Bill came out right away in the morning to check out my furnace issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined the best route would be to have a new furnace installed. He took the time to discuss the options and explain everything to me. The very next day, Phil came and installed the furnace. He was friendly, professional, and quick. Cleanup was perfect, I couldn’t even tell he had been there! Thanks to Bill and Phil my house is now nice and warm. I will absolutely be using this business again the future. Highly recommend!

AC suddenly stopped working on the hottest day of the season; called DRS and told them about the situation. Bill arrived within 30 mins of the call and after reviewing the AC, informed me what had happened and provided me with the options with reasonable quotes. I decided to go with a new AC unit and discussed further with Alex about the installation options. Alex was very proactive and provided me with required documentation and kept me informed about the installation process. The installation team (Jeff and Peter) was very professional, arrived in time, completed the installation in time during a very hot day. Very impressed with the team. 5 stars!!

Bill and his team are simply the best. They came through for me in a pinch and got an urgent job done quickly and professionally. Bill is top notch and will get the job done at a fair price. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Bill Holman did an amazing job on my air-conditioning unit. He diagnosed the problem in a quick manner and explained clearly exactly what was wrong and how to prevent the issue in the future. He was also very quick to come out. I reached out to him the night before, and he was here early the next morning. I highly recommend him!

Very prompt and informative from the get go. I had both a new furnace and air conditioner installed, both of which were competitively priced. Two guys were out to install the next day and did a fantastic job. I would easily recommend these guys to anyone in need of new HVAC or service.

Came out same day, no after hours service fee unlike others I'd called. Hottest day of the summer and my AC decided to play dead. Tech was highly knowledgeable and informed me of my options and price points and made me feel comfortable in my decision. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again!

Chris and AJ came to replace our AC unit. They did an awesome job. They were thorough in explaining all the work they did, fixing mistakes that were made when the previous unit was installed almost 30 years ago, and did a great job at explaining the warranty process on the new unit. Aside from all this, they were courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them.

William was the person who came out to service a drip on my furnace. He was great agreed to adjust his schedule to come early so I didnt have to reschedule a medical appt. Did a great job explaining the work he did! Mary
