Emergency line answerer is completely rude, manager is even more rude, very unhelpful all they kept saying is they can’t help me in my situation. Manager sounds like she knows absolutely nothing about business, and doesn’t know how to problem solve. Instead of saying I can’t help you start saying I can’t do that but what I can do... before you have a paying customer pissed off. Staff was arrogant and rude. Highly do not recommend.

Great service .tech was very good .called at the last moment for service even came at 8:30 at night. This was for a boiler in an apt bldge.you wont the best this is the company to call thanks to the owner and your tech.

Had a problem, they came right over and fixed it. Didnt have the part on hand but they had a guy go get it and bring it over. Fast and reasonable. I have them do all my work and definitely will continue to do so.

I called for a friend with an old furnace. The person answering the phone was polite & knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the type of furnace is no longer serviced because of age. I would call there again if I had a need.

I had called about an issue I thought I had before they were open. I resolved the issue but they called as soon as they opened. They show that they care. The technician was also professional and respectful when I had a tune up done.

Cal took his time on a repair and tune up. Appointment was quick to setup and the 30 minute service call allowed me to get home as needed.

Had a blown curcuit, cost $20 at menards. they charged $80 to plug it in and $350 for the breaker. took less then 5 min. took advantage of me and my family. Now I'm building a new house and guess whos not wiring it... Cost $389 for a $20 part and about 1 min labor.

We had a furnace andApriaire installed. Excellent from top to bottom. Highly recommended clean professional and many years of experience. Excellent to deal with. Thank you 5 of 5 stars!!

Mike was great, he answered all my questions and helped me find a great furnace. His team of guys(Chad and Lee)that installed it where very professional and answered all my questions. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a good HVAC contractor.

We will not use this company again.
They were scheduled for Friday morning, showed up the Wednesday before waking us up and catching us off guard.
The problem was a simple noise issue, ended up being up sold items that were totally unnecessary.
What should have been a simple $79 service fee ended up being over $250.

A/C went out so called in the morning and tech came later same morning. He found and fixed the issues quickly and was friendly and helpful. Cost was very reasonable, and the A/C is working great again. Very happy with their service.

The staff at Christensen are always very kind and helpful. I have an old boiler heating system and they are very knowledgeable. They have answered questions for me over the phone saving me a service call. I appreciate having Christensen Heating and Air Conditioning a phone call away.

Great experience everytime we need them. The are quick when you have issues, like my furnace not working in the middle of winter, or just general Q&A about getting better air flow. The owner, Mike, will gladly stop over to walk you through your furnace and how to use it. The prices are reasonable and never trying to upsell you to the latest and greatest, unless needed!

They sent a technician who doesn’t know air conditioning and management absolutely horrible they do things completely wrong. That cost thousands to have fixed correctly and tell you, your on your own. These people will ruin your home and not bat an eye.

This company was easy to get a hold of and set up an appointment for a quote. However, they no showed the appointment window plus an hour of waiting. They also failed to call to let me know they would not make the appointment or that they needed to reschedule. Needless to say they will not get my business for replacing my HVAC system.

We had a furnace cleaning service performed. The evening after the service, my wife smelled gas. I was traveling, so I could not confirm this myself. A couple days later she had a friend over and when they went into the basement they smelled gas quite strong. My wife called a gas leak company. They told he to cal 911. The fire department came and sniffed the basement with a meter and found a leak at the incoming gas line to the furnace. They shut off the gas, wife called Christensen’s emergency repair phone and a stinky man from some company came out to repair. My problem is that Christensen is well aware of this repair since they have to pay the repair call. And did not make a call to us with an apology for putting my wife into this position because of their poor service. All we needed was a phone call.will not use this company again.

Professional, great communication and high quality work. It is wonderful to have and work with an HVAC contractor that you can trust. We have a 19 year old system that was having some issues. A straightforward diagnosis that helped our system (still very efficient and in great shape) perform even better. Thanks Jesse and Rick for your help!
