I have only good things to say about this company. From my first phone call to Karen to yesterday's installation, everything went smoothly. Everyone that I dealt with was kind, informative and helpful. They did their job and did it well. I definitely recommend D & M Heating and Air Conditioning.

Another company found a crack in my gas furnace and deemed it unsafe to use but couldn't replace it for another 5 days. D&M heating came the next morning to give me an estimate. Not only were they able to install it the same day but they also did it at a much better price. Everyone was professional and friendly, and unlike the first company, they didn't try to upsell. They understood what I needed and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again when I'm ready to get a new AC unit.

My AC quit on a hot rainy August Saturday night. Sunday morning I called 3 of the big names, and D&M. Only one of the other 3 returned my call and gave me an appointment 3 days later. Tim from D&M called back in a few minutes, was here within an hour. I had cold air 1/2 hour later after a simple repair. No nonsense, just good competent honest friendly service.

I had them install a new full house humidifier and new filter box. They were great about communicating and did the work promptly. Great company to work with.

D&M replaced are furnace earlier this year air conditioner unit. Jeff Golf explained all are options, was very pleasant and very informative. We are happy with are purchase. It was amazing to work with such an knowledgeable person. I would recommend D&M 100%.

Our boiler failed recently and we had 3 different estimates. We ended up going with D & M and are happy we did.

Tim was helpful and honest during the sale process. The install was clean and professional and when we had a weird rattling sound in day 3, they came out right away, figured it out, and resolved.

I have an NTI boiler that wasn’t working. Tim was able to come out that day and fixed it. Got my heat and hot water back up in no time. Great guy to work with. Thank you.

Very impressed!!! Our AC unit died and I had a proposal with 3 options the same day. The next day the unit was installed. We were lucky that they had a break in their schedule. More importantly Jeff provided me with the 3 Options and was very helpful in explaining the differences without pressure. The install crew did an awesome job and were very professional, even though our dog would bark at them every time they entered the house! 🐕
They cleaned up everything and the installation looks awesome. They provided excellent communication before and during the install process. I highly recommend them. I write this review as the temp will hit 90 today, but we will be nice and cool in our house

100% satisfied with D&M. Had an AC unit damaged by a contractor doing other work. Called D&M and received a quote in November but the work could not be done until the weather was warmer so it could be tested. As soon as the temps were warm enough, they set up a time and unit is now working. Fairly major repair and they were able to complete it in just a few hours. They also cleaned up all work areas which looked better than before they got there which in my experience is rare. Professional and friendly and cost was exactly as promised(and reasonable). Highly recommend D&M and use them for all my heating and AC work. Thank you.

My wife and I are 72 and from the salesman (Jeff) to the install team (Dustin and Jamie ).were the best ever. Very kind and and answered all of our questions. Clean up was perfect. I will tell all my friends about them Thank you D and M great working with you.

Had a new Carrier AC and Furnace installed in April, 2025. From the first contact, D&M was nothing short of excellent. I reached out online and they quickly contacted me. Jeff stopped out to quote me on his way {home} after working all day and was in no hurry. He answered all my questions and was in no way pushy. I appreciated his follow up in the following days as I had told him I was receiving other quotes. When install day came, Dustin & Craig were nothing short of professional. They worked quickly and effectively, making a great team. We joked around a bit, all in good fun. They answered my questions and walked me through the smart thermostat and care and maintenance of the units. Also, were kind enough to let my dad peek over their shoulder (as dads do) on occasion! Wouldn't hesitate to do business again, and I recommend them to everyone I know!

D&M installed my Furnace last year and A/C this year after inspecting it and informing me it was down to 1lbs of R410. The technician was kind enough to walk me through all my options, including providing quotes for multiple units, and was not pushy in any way but was extremely knowledgeable. As they had done such a great job on the furnace, I didn’t hesitate to move forward with the new A/C, which was scheduled promptly according to my availability and, like the furnace, was very competitively priced. They even waived my inspection fee since I was making such a large purchase, which was generous, professional, and felt like an instant rebate. We had the same installation crew as the furnace, and they were yet again perfectionists, getting the job done right and within the promised schedule. I highly recommended D&M!

Not sure where to begin, heard ad on radio at work for a furnace tuneup for $125.00, thought a good deal so called to set up...ladies who answered phones stated tune-up was$155.00, because I mentioned i thought my furnace MAYBE short cycling, It was then a service call at $155.00!! I told them I just wanted the tune-up at $125.00, then IF IT NEEDED FURTHER SERVICE, we'd go from there!! When Sean came he stated $155.00. I told him about tune-up special heard on radio for $125.00, he stated he needed to call boss to find out, per Sean boss said they had no offer, no radio ad and it was $155.00,needless to say Sean found capacitor "weak", replaced that and ended up charging me $262.00. OK..REALLY?? Not sure full tune-up listed was ever done...NOT SURE YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY...THEY WERE MKRE CONCERNED ABOUT CHARGES, THEN WORKK DONE, AND BOSS LIED ABOUT NOT KNOWING ABOUT A $125.00 LIFEGIVER TUNEUP!!!

My furnace went out last week and they had Phil out here in a matter of a few hours, unfortunately we found out we needed a new furnace. They had a new one installed the following day everybody from the office team to the installers were outstanding. I will continue to use you guys have a good holiday.

I felt like I could 100% trust them which made the decision making process so much easier.

Love D&M...long time satisfied customers. Maybe our tech was new ; he was very pleasant and efficient however, he forgot to turn the furnace back on, and left 2 empty boxes...we thought our furnace didn't work !!! LOL, but all is good now...D&M is our go-to for heat/ac !!!

I don't want to hurt your five-star rating but I don't want to give you five stars if you have this guy driving your van. On the phone he was almost rear-ending me. All over my bumper.

We just purchased a new HVAC system from D&M. The reason we went with them is because they have been doing our annual furnace check up and cleaning for the past several years so the trust factor was there and their price was within the realm of other quotes we received. Within less than one week of ordering the new furnace and air conditioner, it was installed. The two professional installers made it happen so fast with no problems or glitches. They definitely knew what they were doing. They were at our house by 9am and were finished before 3pm. We would definitely recommend D&M Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVac needs.
