My A/C unit broke. I had called a different local business first but they didn't get back to me soon enough and I wanted someone to come same day to take a look at the unit. I called Christensen and a service technician was at my house to look at the unit that same afternoon.

After reviewing the options and projected costs, it made more economical sense to get a new unit. Jeff came over the next day to provide an estimate and review pros and cons of several units. They were also available to install only a couple days later despite it being a busy season. I called a 2nd local business to get a 2nd estimate and their verbal estimates were just in line with Christensen, but were not able to even come for a formal estimate until a week later!

The 2 service tech's arrived promptly by 8am and had the new unit installed in just over 2 hours. They were very polite and professional and explained exactly what was done. I would absolutely use this business again for any A/C or future heating needs.

Christensen Heating and Cooling put in our air conditioning units about 15 years ago when the previous owners lived here. Our home is 1910 and never had air before then. After living here for 4 years, we called to have them clean and service the machines; we have 2 units, 1 to cool the upstairs and 1 for the main floor. We initially had some mishaps with a couple of the service professionals. Then Andy came to the house and made things right!! He did a fantastic job! The owner Mike came to our house today to address the mishaps and we are beyond pleased with his professionalism and response to o the issues. He’s owned the company for over 30 years and that just doesn’t happen without the proper management of your business! Thank you Mike and Andy for all you have done for us! Looking forward to a continued relationship!

Christensen was great. They worked with me many times to change my install date as I was trying to use up my oil for my old furnace. Jesse was great to work with. The Install team did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks again guys!

I called and asked for a specific duct work design to be done so I could use it as a laundry shoot. They gave me the email to send my idea over. They had it made in less than a week and ready for pick up. They made sure it was to my liking and price was reasonable. I thought it was expensive but I asked my friend who works in HVAC and they said it was totally accurate for what I wanted. They were quick, respectful and made exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely use their service again in the future.

We bought our furnace from them 2 years ago and got our first tune up today on it. The tech came out on time and was really nice. Afterwards, few hours later, i thought something was going on with the AC for some reason and the tech called and said he could be back in 15 minutes, rechecked everything at no cost and was really nice about the whole thing. Nothing ended up being wrong, it was just me. Can’t say enough how great this company’s service is!

We had a replacement system installed due to our existing being an extremely loud builders model. We don't even hear the new one running at all. We also added a/c and couldn't be happier with the way the installation turned out, we have a split level and each part of the home is comfortable all year round. The crew was pleasant and tidy. The work was seamless. Thank you Christensen Heating & A/C for making our home comfortable.

We were so pleased with the work they did at our home. We purchased a furnace and central air conditioning unit. They got us the best price and they did an amazing job installing it. They even took our old units and our old central air unit was under our deck. They removed that even though it was a hassle. Highly recommend them!!

I had a concern about a fee for services on my moms AC unit she was going to be charged before the team went out to take a look, since mom just had some work done by Christensen on her heater 2 months prior and since her house is only 4 years old, I didn't understand why she was having issues again with her unit not realizing at the time these were two separate issues.. So I called and ask to speak with a manager and was sent over to Kirt one of the service managers, I explained my concerns to him which he let me vent about how the elderly are constantly being taken advantage of and I was only looking out for mom, he started off by explaining in detail what the problem could be with the AC, right off the bat he made me feel valued, not only did he reassure me he would see moms request till the end, he followed up with me the day of the service and made sure mom was happy with the end results. The experience was seamless and painless, he saved mom money she did not really have to spend due to her living on Social Security. Jordan the tech was extremely helpful and super nice to mom and answered all her questions to were she could understand what she needed to do to maintain a good running unit. I highly recommend this company, they are truly amazing and extremely professional.

Christensen has performed work for us over the past 11 years. We purchased an existing home built in 2000 and they maintained the previous Carrier system. In early 2023 we had them upgrade our system to a new Lennox furnace and Heat Pump. The products are excellent and performing well, but the entire experience from quoting, through installation and payment was handled efficiently, and by people who truly excel at customer service. Truly a wonderful experience!

Had our AC units replaced and the installers were on time, friendly, professional and very efficient! We have used Cheistensens in the past for our ac needs and boiler repairs and I have always been happy with the results and their fair pricing !

My a/c didn't work when i got back from vacation. I called them at 7am and they were at my door by 8am! Very friendly, professional and did the job that day! It's always great to work with a family owned company! When I replace my furnace I will definitely call Christian Heating/Cooling!

My furnace went out last night right before this big Christmas blizzard. I called Christensen first thing this morning and they had one of their techs (Brian) over to fix the repair by lunch time. The bill was reasonable and the house is nice and warm! Highly recommend!

Purchased our furnace and air conditioning system around 2013. We needed service several times over the years for minor things. Recently the blower motor needed a part replaced. Had hot air, just not going through the house. Left a message late in the evening and got service the next morning. I called first thing in the morning and they already had us scheduled for a service call. We always receive prompt, professional service.

I've been working with Christensen heating for almost 30 years. Their staff, technician's, and customer service are number one!! They just installed a new boiler and was great working with them. Highly recommend them!!

Fantastic group of people. Estimates were fast and offered a better heating solution than the competition. The work was fast, professional and courteous. We had a minor issue with a noisy fan and there was a technician onsite within a couple of hours. He didn't find anything (of course the noise stopped just before he arrived), but he still thoroughly inspected and did some preventative maintenance - we haven't had the issue again.

Christiansen installed a mini-split air conditioner in my living room and I could not be happier with the entire process from the initial quoting process, the scheduling and the actual installation. They did an amazing job and I wish I would have done this years ago to make my house more comfortable during the hot summer.

Christensen was fantastic! They were super fast to get out to our house and check the problem with our AC, and were able to be back already the very next morning to install a new AC unit. The pregnant momma was VERY thankful for their quick, professional work so I wasn't dying in the heat. Highly recommend! Oh! And their pricing was even lower than the initial quote...so bonus points for that!

I can not say enough good things about Christensen Heating & A/C they are awesome. Jacob the technician I had went above and beyond. I was not home and my dog decided that there should not be someone in the house when I'm not home and she really barked at him and seemed mad, Jake called me and talked to me while he talked her down and let her smell his hand and she calmed down.
Also, he explained things so good to me. I didn't feel as though he was talking down to me, he just explained operations so well. The cost also is reasonable for the service and I am very happy. So thanks for being awesome!

Excellent customer service! Our furnace technician came quickly within just a few hours of my placing a call for service. He was very professional, reassuring, very knowledgeable and quickly retrieved the filter that got sucked into the furnace(we either waited too long to change or it was the wrong size) and performed a furnace tune-up afterwards at a VERY reasonable price.
