Ed and Cameron came were super professional. There has been a long standing issue regarding the furnace but no one had taken care of it up to this point. They came in and could immediately see that there were obvious problems to the furnace. After checking out the furnace in every way possible, it was told to me that carbon monoxide has been seeping into the house, which at an earlier time, I was told that that problem had been resolved. Imagine my shock to find out differently. Now the proper repairs will happen due to their professional experience and knowledge. I would recommend Ed and Cameron to do work for you too! They are top notch!

I can’t say enough good things about the level of service provided by this entire group. Kristin was so patient and accommodating while facilitating between us and our warranty company. And then when the guys came to our house to install, they were personable, professional, and very helpful in answering all of my questions! All around a smooth experience.

They went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was repaired. We were having issues with our furnace in the dead of winter, and they made sure things were taken care of right away. Our tech was respectful, knowledgeable, timely and completed the work quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

Communication during the process was very good. Ed showed up in a clean uniform. We discussed the issue and he quickly understood the situation. He did a through inspection of the furnace while I watched. He explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated. We are happy campers.

Our AC went out during the stretch of warm weather and our warranty company appointed them. They were able to come out the next day and fix it within an hour. We had very good experience with Cameron and he was very professional. I recommend them

I had an extremely rough time with my home warranty trying to get a company out for one of my furnaces and then the other furnace went down as well. I called Pro Tech Mechanical and Ed answered the phone. Not only was he extremely empathetic, but he was also very knowledgeable about what was happening at both of the properties when I described the issues. While it was toward the end of the day, we decided to tackle one of them. Ed arrived at the house with Cameron. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly fix the issue and told me my options for a more permanent fix. None of the other companies told me that I would continue to have the issue if I didn't get a new thermostat (or the larger fix of upgrading the furnace, will I'll definitely do in the near future). My tenant had been using a space heater and I had been freezing for a couple of days (winter in February in Wisconsin) so I really appreciated the quick response, the empathy, and just being informed about how not to have this happen again (it happened once before and I thought the issue had been fixed). Also appreciated Cameron walking me through the next steps at the end of the appointment. Thank you Cameron and Ed, I highly recommend them and Pro Tech Mechanical's services to everyone.

Edward is very knowledgeable and friendly! He walked me through everything he was doing and even gave me pointers as far as how to maintain my AC unit and other things as well. Then when it came down to what was actually wrong and needed to be fixed/replaced he gave me a few different options.
