Keith was OUTSTANDING!!! Beyond professional and friendly. I read a book called unreasonable hospitality and wow my goodness Keith was just that!!! He came on time and was so nice from the start. Gave me quotes on other things and found major issues when we walked around the basement together. I first called about a garbage disposal but Keith went above and beyond like I said above. As I was saying, I showed him around my house since I’m a new homeowner. He took a look and found a pipe ready to explode (see pictures). He told me that he high recommends replacing it. I trusted him. He gave me peace of mind the whole time he was here. Now I got a dishwasher with an air gap so that’s correct too. I walked around my house and also discovered that he fixed my gutters since they fell off the house from the wind. I hope everyone gets to work with a guy like Keith!! Please continue doing what you are doing Keith. You guys will be my first call going forward for anything!!

Very unethical people! Charged $493 to replace a thermostat! Would not reduce the bill at all and threatened legal action if not paid in full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The owner and his wife are ridiculously entitled, unprofessional and completely unpleasant people to work with.

I've been working with Conditioned Air Design while employed at Oconomowoc Animal Hospital for the past several years. We finally had them reconfigure our dryer vent after struggling for years with the poor design by our builder. Not only did they do a great job, they also folded the towels we had in our dryer before they left!

Initially hired for AC repair, new unit was recommended. Later found it was a small electric issue. Was charged full price prior to finish because of “fees that would occur if the payments split”. After payments were made in full no work was done until 2 days post payment. Old units were left on lawn and in wall. New unit was ran while old unit stayed in the wall area causing carbon monoxide to be released in house. Job was never completed and calls to finish were never returned and refund was not given. Would not recommend.

Alvin did excellent installation at a reasonable price. It was installed during the time frame that was promised.

Very friendly, professional and helpful. Not only did they drive an hour to service us, they did it on a Saturday. It was a very cold winter day and they did everything they could to get us a new furnace, thank god he was able to find one and stayed till 6:30 to install it! HIGHLY recommend!!!
