We woke up to no heat. They came within an hour of being called. Even though they had to go get a part, we had heat within two hours of calling them. The total bill was very reasonable for such fast service on a cold day.

The technician arrived promptly in the morning. He was helpful in finding out the problem with a failing air conditioner. He gave a clear explanation of what was wrong and also provided good advice about the need to replace the unit in the coming years.

Repair man left 15 minutes ago. It’s Sunday, July 5th during a heat wave. He arrived 10 minutes after he called me back. Changed out a part in 5 minutes, and we’re cooling off. I’ve used Adamczyk for years. Great service.

I have worked with Adamczyk heating and cooling for replacing both our air conditioner and we are getting our furnace replaced and they have been nothing short of amazing. The quality work and products speak for themselves.

We woke in the morning to find that our heat turned off in the middle of the night (it's 3F outside). We called one place that said they wouldn't be able to get to us tomorrow, so we called Adamczyk Heating & Cooling after reading someone from NextDoor recommend them. They arrived within the hour and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! They were quick and professional and we will definitely use them again.

Called to have someone come out to give an estimate to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I was told they were very busy, but they should be able to have someone come out that day. They had my address, phone number and email address. This was on a Tuesday. It is now the following Tuesday and nobody ever came out and I never received a phone call or email giving me any updates. Needless to say, I will get not be getting a quote from them for this project or any future projects. Very frustrating when they don't communicate.

Our home warranty company set us up with Adamczyk Heating & Cooling, who ended up installing a new AC. They were prompt and professional. We plan to go with them again next time we need HVAC service. 👍

Scott is a fantastic technician! We called the emergency number because our furnace was struggling to light. He talked to us about the situation and answered our questions. He came out on Saturday and fixed the issue right away. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Steve was the best repar person. I have a very old air conditioner and he worked hard to get it going in 90 degree heat. He worked very hard and long to get it going again. Very pleased with his work.

I called one place and got an absurd quote for putting AC in. Adamczyk came in at a much more reasonable cost (right in the money for what I expected), was a pleasure to work with, and got AC installed in my sweat box very quickly and professionally. My dog and i can now sleep at night thanks to Adamczyk. Highly recommend.

These folks continue to impress me. Quick and efficient installs and fair pricing. They are wonderful at communicating and I really enjoy working with Matt his Dad Steve as well as all the other installers! 10/10! Burkhardt does not respect their customer's time. I should have written this review six months ago when I had similar issues with their business, but I spoke with Madison and she was very helpful. I have since given Burkhardt a second chance to assist by giving me a quote for an AC replacement at my home and they once again were a disappointment. They did not show up during the scheduled appointment window and did not call until nearly an hour after the appointment. No apology from Elliot, just an acknowledgment he was running behind.

Regarding my initial issue with the company last winter, do not buy a club membership from Burkhardt. They will pass you over for your routine servicing appointments in favor of people who can pay emergency rates for heating and cooling services. This is especially true if you have a boiler system because they have limited techs who can work on these systems. Last fall I booked my boiler tune up in October 2024 and it wasn't serviced until January 2025. During this timeframe they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice *three* times. Each time Burkhardt claimed there had been an increase in service calls for no-heat and they needed to attend to those needs. I am not unsympathetic to that situation, but Burkhardt is not a public utility company and there are other companies in the area that could take those calls. In my experience, they routinely chose higher paying emergency services over pre-arranged appointments with existing clients, particularly clients in their club membership who had pre-paid for their services.

I dislike giving negative feedback, but sometimes it is warranted. My impression of this company is that it overcommits to providing services that it does not have the staffing to provide. The few techs I have dealt with (Alex) have been very nice and done great work. But the constant rescheduling and disrespect for their client's other obligations is unprofessional at best.

This company installed a generator at my home in February this year. A couple weeks ago I noticed the siding around the electrical box was loose. I called and I was told to send pictures but instead I emailed a video so they could actually see the siding moving. After not hearing anything after a couple days I called and of course the 2 people I needed to speak with was unable. Also the silicone they used after putting my electric box back on was messy. I guess I have to move forward with the next step.

Great job installing heat pumps, a furnace, thermostats and humidifiers by Dan, Troy, Dan and Chico. Friendly guys willing to do what it took to make sure the job was done right.

The crew of Mike, Dean and Brett installed a new boiler in my 70 years old house, It took them about 6 hours and they did a great job. They were clean courteous and very good at keeping me up to date on the progress . I would recommend Burkhardt to anymore needing this type of Service Performed.

Our service guys seemed like they were just trying to sell us on whatever they could. We got a second opinion the same day and the next company told us that our main part needing repair is under a 20 year warranty with the company and that's a known fact. We felt a bit duped.

Very professional service men. Quick and no hassle instalation of a new gas heater. Will recommend them to everyone. Had to have them install a completely new exhaust pvc system.
