No call no show to appointment. Furnace broke down (which Zigg installed), said he would come and despite two follow up calls to verify he would indeed be coming he never showed. Had to deal with a cold house and furnace not working while I called another company to come out and fix it.

Chris did a great job! The house I bought didn't have any heat working. Chris came to my house on a Sunday (the same day I called) and was able to get the furnace up and I'm greatful that he was able to come and get it fixed so quickly🙂

Called Zig up and told him I needed a new AC unit and said it was a 3.5 ton and he gave me a fare price over the and 24 hours later I had a new unit installed . Zig and his crew did an amazing job and I’m happy I have AC so fast on a 90 plus degree day 👍 thanks Zig

I only chose one star, because it made me. This is a zero star service privider. We have had problems with our furnace, that Zig's installed, for a couple weeks. On multiple occasions we have called them to get help. Twice, it was on a weekend, in the middle of the night. One time we never received a call back, another time, their voice mailbox was full. Both were nights with below zero windchills, no heat, and a baby at home. I understand they are not 24 hours, but a call back the next day would be nice.

Finally, we scheduled an appointment for a service man to come out. 10:30 Am appointment. At 11:30 we called them. Service man was held up at previous appointment but should be here shortly. At 12:30, still nothing. Called again, he'll be here within an hour. At 2:30, still nothing! They never came and never called! This is the worst service ever. If you actually have a problem, call someone else. Zig's is not capable of providing any help.

AWESOME! Zig installed our unit a while back and when it went out he came quite promptly (in horrible heat) and got us back up and running. He also showed us a quick way to keep unit clean for low maintenance. Totally recommend!

Avoid this company at all costs! He installed our furnace, air exchanger, air conditioner and venting all incorrectly. We've lived in our house for 7 months and have had things fixed at least 5 times already by another company. Our air still doesn't work. He installed the dryer vent incorrectly and we were told we were lucky our house didn't start on fire. Our furnace had a gas leak. Those were just two things that could have killed our family. The furnace and air exchanger have leaked all over the basement. We can't tell how he did the duct work but rooms don't heat and cool correctly. I could go on, but hope you get the idea and don't ever hire this company. I wish I could do zero stars.

I needed to replace my existing AC unit so I called all over town and received quotes between $2600-$3500. Then I called Zigs and I got the best quote after a little negotiating. Zigs crew showed up the next day on time as promised and did an excellent job installing my new AC unit. They explained everything to me and were very professional. I'll definitely recommend Zigs to my friends/family.

Zig's was great to work with. They came out to do a tune-up and crossed one of the wires while doing it. That left us with a furnace that wouldn't turn off. Sounds bad, right?

Where they really impressed me from a customer service standpoint, was the next morning. Zig came out on a Saturday, free of charge, to correct the mistake. We now have a solid furnace ready for the winter! I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC maintenance. It's hard to find this level of service nowadays.

Zig and his crew installed my central air (new system) in one day (whole house). I could not be happier. I was there and Zig went out of his way to make sure all the vents were perfectly cut into the walls. We just finished a renovation so I was a bit nervous there might be collateral damage but it was perfect. Thanks Zig!

After determining that our furnace was completely shot and we would need to get a new one, I got estimates from four different local heating/cooling companies, all chosen because of recommendations from friends. All of the estimates were free. We decided to go with Zig's for 3 main reasons: 1) he had the best price, 2) he was the most personable and was able to explain clearly explain what all my options were but without being condescending, 3) knowing we had no heat for several days and that temperatures were about to drop, he went out of his way to fit us in the next day. All the other companies said they could maybe get to me several days from when they gave me the estimate.

Our furnace and new thermostat (he hooked us up with a touch-screen, wifi-enabled one!) were installed yesterday. Their employees were very professional and helpful as well as friendly. I could not be happier with the service we received from Zig's heating and cooling and highly recommend them!

Hottest week of the year, House was 92 degrees. Everyone we called wanted to replace our A/C in a couple days. Zig's receptionist was extremely friendly, even though she was probably swamped with calls. They made a stop by our house that day, and had it coling off for $250. No replacement needed. (Although their quote for replacement is significantly better than every other one we received.) Zig's is awesome!

He came over within 25 minutes of my call. We decided it would be a good idea to replace the blower motor. He didn’t insist I needed a new furnace which always irks me. He came over the next morning, replaced the motor and was done in less than an hour. Super nice guy and price was reasonable.

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve night. Luckily my husband was able to get it up and running over the holiday. We then contacted Zig, who had originally installed our furnace and he came out promptly. He worked with us and got our furnace repaired, despite some hiccups with the manufacturer and warranteed everything. We were so impressed with his integrity and his tenacity. We are so happy to be his customers. I will tell everyone I know that working with Zig is a great thing.

Stay away from this company. They have a very poor history of customer service. This company previously installed a furnace in my residence with no problems. Earlier in the year, I called to get an estimate for central air. An appointment was made an a no show from the representative. I called back and the male party said that he lost my number. Fair enough. Another appointment was made. Once again, a no show. I understand that we are living in a time where there is an employee shortage. If the job could not be done, at least explain that it could not be done instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My air went our during the most hot and humid days we've had this year. I called for service and/or replacement and Zig himself came the same day. I received a really fair price and he completed the job in less than an hour. I have used this company in the past, and will certainly use them again in the future. He never tries to sell me something before he tries fixing it first, and most times its a reasonably priced repair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repair or replacement or furnaces or air conditioners.

I had neglected care for my gas furnace. Zig was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. He did a thorough tune up that resolved my issues in about an hour.
Very pleasant guy and fees were guite reasonable.

Every time I have any issues with the house heating, I always call zigs heating and cooling they are very helpful and there prices are very reasonable: thank you so much zigs we need more people like you!!

Always nice on the phone. Installed AC and two furnaces at my place over two years. The crew that did the first furnace was great. The guy that came out to do the second one acted like he didn’t care and hurried through it. Left mouse droppings in the old vents which he could have vacuumed up or informed me before installing the new furnace and I would have done it before it became super difficult to access that area. It was a pain for me to clean it out later. The condenser drain leaked after he left so I called back to get it fixed. The guy that came out to fix it just put it back together but it still leaked so I ended up cutting out the PVC condensate drain and redoing it with a ptrap and vent so it would stop marking gurgling sounds. Before it kept leaking water around the unit. The hole that went through the outside wall and the garage were not filled in with foam or caulking so I had to take care of that also. Looking back I wish I had never gotten the second unit, they should have advised me to get a heat pump unit instead which would have been more appropriate for my needs and this house.

Great service. I manage rental properties and they are great to work with whenever I have issues with heat or air.
