Highly recommended! Less then 24hr n we had heat. Clean up all their mess and was very polite.

This guy was great, .... he saved me $1500 on my house from other contractors bids .. he was on time and easy to deal with. VERY IMPRESSED.!

He came and really did a little cleaning collected a check and left that night furnace stopped again we called him he said he would come all day we waited we called him and he said he was on his way never came never answered are calls we called a reliable one new Berlin heating came same day working fine I do not recommend zigs

Very rude! I asked him how much it would be for an estimate and he said I just come and fix it. And I’m like, ok so how do we know how much it is before you work on it. He says, I charge $40 to tell you what’s wrong with it. Smh! Stay off the drugs dude!

Fixed our AC last summer, I was quoted hundreds of dollars from another company, he can that best day and fixed it for less than 100. We will always use this company.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and he was there within 2 hours. Very friendly and finished the job in less than an hour. Very good experience!

This is Roberta I just like to say that Zigs office manager Justine has been a complete help with my situation.... She went above and beyond her job for me..... On her day off n on Thanksgiving Day..... She's professional, caring n makes sure she gets the job done.... I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.... Along with Ziggy and Deana.... There's no group of more professional, competent and truly caring people

This guy should be out of business. Totally cuts corners, will not give a quaily job. I have heard stories about this person being in jail and he did some work on my home and within a few months everything broke down. AVOID at all expense. This persons company should have there license revoked and should not practice anything related to HVAC or building or maintaining of homes. Uses the cheapest materials, cuts corners and brings in folks who do not know what they are doing. I ended up paying thousands to correct this persons mistakes.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional (not rude), but didn't know any of the services provided. Told me the technician "should" be able to make it, if not, then would come the next day. Shocker, but the tech didn't call or show up either day. Horrible service. Wouldn't ever use. I hope they go out of business treating customers like this.

If I could ,I'd post zero stars,looks like he picks and chooses who he shows up for. This" man " is a joke ,every excuse, no heat,said he was on the way for two days,had to stayed in a hotel. Nope,no show. We would never want this" man " in our house,who treats people this way.......he does.

I first contacted the BBB, waiting patiently for some resolution.No resolution.Then they told me to contact consumer protection,I filed a claim 6-15-19. They contacted you, spoke to you ,you never resolved this. Now to small claims court. Anyone can look up my consumer complaint. I never looked at your reviews first ,then contacted you.
Live n learn, isn't that what they say.
All I wanted was my money back from the used part you placed in my furnace when it was 35 degrees below zero. We had no heat. I guess court it is.

Horrendous experience with zigs. Rude owner. Installed my system and said everything was good but A/C did not work so I went to another company and zigs had run the pipes incorrectly. Lots of options in Milwaukee with better service and people who know what they are doing. Also, Zigs is a felon who has done jail time.

I am so disappointed and, quite frankly, hurt by the way you disrespected me. You told my restoration specialist that you were here a few times & I was NEVER home. It was the opposite, Ziggy. You failed to show two times. I waited weeks for a response from you to begin with. You then told them that I cut the air conditioner cord with a hedge trimmer. I don't have one, but if I did, WHAT WOULD I BE TRIMMING (the dirt??) I do not appreciate being lied to or lied about. You are shameless.

I've used Zigs for two separate jobs. If you want it cheap but don't mind playing lots of games he will eventually get it done, maybe. Couple of the guys on his crew are decent and seem to actually care about quality.

I've had him promise to show up more than a handful of times then blown off. If you finally get ahold of him again, he'll have a new excuse. His word means absolutely nothing and he'll tell you what you want to hear. Customer service isn't something Zig understands at all. If you have extra cash I strongly urge you to go somewhere else but if you want it done cheap and don't mind waiting months and making lots and lots of angry phone calls, then he's your guy.

After calling 8 other companies that could either not get me in, didn't work on commercial properties, or wouldn't go on my roof, Zigs Heating was here in 30 minutes and very professionally fixed my problem and got my heat up and running again. Zig did a new furnace install for me with new ducting as well as repiped an entire boiler system. As an investor I couldn't have asked for a better HVAC company and continue to use them. Pricing was great as well as follow through

The guy was very professional came in the same day didn’t charge us to come out and look, fixed the issue and was done within an hour the first guy elsewhere told us we had to replace the whole furnace for $3000 and Zig came in there and fixed the job within an hour amazing work.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband called on a Friday afternoon and was told that someone would be out that same day to repair our air conditioner. Not only did he not show up, he failed to show the common courtesy of a phone call. My husband stayed in all afternoon / early evening waiting around for a repairman. The following Wednesday, we called again and were told that the repairman "got sidetracked' and they would send someone out on Wednesday. AGAIN, no one showed up or called. Friday was more of the same. After multiple calls and broken promises, we decided to go with another company.
