Antonio went through everything about new generator and did a great job with installation as well as his team that was working on project. Everyone was friendly and enjoyable to communicate with.
Will is always helpful and enjoyable to work with. We already used our generator for a power outage 9 days after it was put in. They also ordered a replacement part for something they noticed when installing the generator within the next 10 days just to ensure we don’t have any issues.

He showed up more than 90 minutes after I was told he was on his way. He did not try even the minutest attempt at touching the clogged sink. He took pictures. I paid a trip charge even though he never made the slightest or simplest attempt at repair, such as removing line under sink. Paid 60 for someone to take pictures of plumbing, trying to shame me at the state of plumbing and problem. Everything he saw needed major replacement, down to working toilet and removal of sink which had no problems, which I am sure of. Estimate for gas water heater was 4700, when range in metro are is 1800 to 4600. 30 gallon tank should have been on lower side.

I haven't checked yet but I suspect he lied about plumbing being buried in concrete walls and needing to be replaced for clogged kitchen sink, quote of 2500.

I would like trip charge refunded as he performed no work, gave ridiculously high estimates, and was only described as a technician and not a licensed plumber.

Checked basement. Only pipe to concrete wall was outdoor water spigot. I was told sink drain was enclosed within concrete wall foundation of basement. Which it is not. Of course he never even attempted under the sink for clog. Any pipes he proposed replacing had wooden wall openings, already available to replace pipe.

About the 90 minutes plus before I waited all day, he told me "oh I was coming from Sheboygan.". Neighbor laughed and said "Was he coming from Chicago?" When she heard the amount of time between on his way and arrival.

Excellent service!! Drew & Gus were friendly, engaging, professional, and patient. They were kind when explaining their 'next steps' and, once they were almost done, showed me how to make adjustments and what areas to maintain (filter removal and insertion) and excellent clean up. They were great - even gentle with our "noisy-and-wants-attention 4-legged ankle biter."
I highly recommend West Allis Heating, Cooling(+) and This Team. They were Consummate Professionals!!! Our new heating/cooling/dehumidifier system, which included the complete transition from oil to gas heating, is working flawlessly. Thank you, All, for a very pleasant experience!!

Terron was great!! He was knowledgeable and friendly! He was non stop service from the time he got here! Terron made sure everything was working correctly and efficiently so that we had heat! We would recommend West Allis Heating and cooling to everyone! We had our furnace got out on Monday and our parts were ordered and installed in a quick turnaround time frame! Terron had to come back to fix something else that also failed. He was fast and went above and beyond! Great guy!

ELECTRIC HYBRID HOT WATER HEATER INSTALL: Jair (my installer) was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. After the plumbing inspection, he gave me detailed notes of concerns and recommendations that could be followed immediately or in the near future. The old gas hot water heater was almost 20 years old and could have some potential problems if not replaced. Once the decision was made, the ordering and financing was so easy and quick and very attractive. Jair was back the next morning and the installation was done without a hitch and even got a new sump pump installed and another small plumbing shop completed.. Even the electrician was back the next day and took care of all that connectivity. The blessing was that they got it all done in time for me to take advantage of the federal and state energy credits on my 2025 taxes.

The Oak Creek city inspector’s comments affirmed my decision upon his arrival! “This is the best quality unit on the market.“ When he asked who installed it, he said that he never had any trouble with any West Allis installations. “This will be the quickest and easiest inspection of my entire day.” 😊

Terron was absolutely AMAZING!! He came out when he probably should have been on his way home, after a hiccup with scheduling an appt for a carbon monoxide issue in our home with our furnace. Highly recommend WA HVAC, and if you can request a professional who is kind, thorough, educational, and understanding, request Terron. He even called to be absolutely sure our replacement furnace could be taken care of the very next day, after 4pm! Thank you!

Recently had Aaron, Alex and Tony come out to do a furnace and thermostat replacement. They were professional and answered any questions I had. They did a great job installing the new ductwork and piping needed for the upgraded furnace. Upgraded from a 24 year old 2 stage mid efficiency bryant furnace to a two stage daikin high efficiency furnace.

I just closed on a home last week, I noticed that my house has been cold despite constantly turning the heat up. He reset my thermostat and did some adjustments. My filter was installed backwards and was torn into the blower wheel. He showed me how to replace it and he was very welcoming about my many questions. He was respectful and helpful. I purchased the maintenance agreement that they offer. He also pointed out a few other things he noticed and referred me to the plumbing department. Thanks Gio

Lucas initially did a great job of testing our furnace to diagnose the issue and do what he could to get it up and running again. Unfortunately the heat exchanger was shot and I had to replace it but Lucas was very sympathetic and really explained the issue well. Quinn and Luke then came out a few days later to install a new Daikin furnace and did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knowledgeable and the new furnace looks great! Overall, I’m happy I chose to go with West Allis Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.

Jacob and Benny were very professional and gave me an honest synopsis of my plumbing issue. They installed a cleanout on a toilet stack, and helped flush out the drains. I am a relatively new homeowner and appreciated that they helped diagnosis and fix the problem within less than 24 hours. They left the basement smelling a lot cleaner, and did an outstanding job! I am confident that things will be running a lot smoother with this new install. I also appreciated the options that I was given during the estimate process. I was quoted a reasonable yet realistic price. I am glad that I chose West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical because I know that I received the highest quality, friendly and efficient service.

We needed some new piping done in the basement since our current setup had the pipe tight against another pipe and an electrical box. Noah came out and fixed that and also answered my other random plumbing questions.

Very nice guy, did the job quick and efficient and also even helped me solve the water pressure issue in the kitchen.

Air solutions went above and beyond my expectations. I needed furnace enhancements and new duct work and they were able to get it done fast, were very knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. You can tell that the owner, Brian, is a solid person and cares about his clients.
