We called O & W based on the reviews and we were extremely satisfied with their service. My husband called and Omer was at our place within 30 minutes. After the installation, Omer walked us through everything from cleaning our faucets to how our new water heater operates to where to find more information on the water heater. Every so often, he would stop to ask if we had any questions. Very knowledgeable and informative. Amazing customer service and very personable! Highly recommend! 👍

Helped when my tankless water heater died. He figured out the problem and had the new one installed and working within a week. Was courteous and professional the whole time. Made sure I understood what was going on the whole time, which gave me confidence in the job. Has helped with minor adjustments since then. Can't recommend enough!

From scheduling to installation, we had a really great experience with Omar at O & W. He was very quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to replace our water heater the next day. He took the time to explain everything to us (never really new anything about water heaters before) and also gave us a recommendation of who we could work with on having a chimney liner put in (while being honest with us about why, in our particular case, we needed to get this done before winter). He was also transparent from the get-go on how much our service would cost. And, since our service with him happened during COVID, he took extra care to make sure we were all prepared to interact safely with each other before he got there and cleaned everything he touched while in our house. He also got our warranty set-up and in place within hours. I would highly recommend calling if you need your water heater replaced!

Great service, Omer is very detailed oriented and explained everything before replacing our old furnace. Punctual, friendly and very efficient, the new furnace was installed quickly for a reasonable and affordable price. O&W is your best HVAC in south Milwaukee. Highly recommend.

Omer does such great work and you can tell he truly loves what he does, all of my family has used him for over a decade! We contacted him about our outside faucets and he ordered the parts and fit us in within a couple days. Not only did he do the work asked at a very reasonable price, but he gave such great advice on our furnace, water heater, and chimney while he was there. As first time home owners he’s the type of person you know you can trust, I would highly recommend him!

Omar made room in his very busy schedule to come and diagnose our AC unit on a very hot day. Due to our negligence, he ended up needing to put in a lot more time troubleshooting the issues and went the extra mile to educate us about the frequency with which certain parts should be replaced, less expensive filters and more effective filters we should be using. My husband and I both found him to be very clear, very knowledgeable, and focused both on the overall maintenance of heating and cooling units just as much as the priority of solving the issue. We happily vouch for his skill and recommend his services to others without hesitation.

O & W is a Great service! We had to replace our water heater and after consultation with Omer, we decided to switch to tankless. The extra work that was needed for the job was talked through thoroughly. We knew it would be more expensive than just changing tanks, so we were very happy with the price for the quality of service we received. They had a quick professional turnaround time for all services, including the rerouting of our gas lines and water lines due to the new placement.

As often happens, an essential appliance can begin to fail and leave one scrambling and doing research to replace it. I searched for a quality plumber near our residence, and came up with a handful. "O & W Heating and Cooling" proved to be the pick of the litter, that is, their authentic reviews were matchless and superior. You get to dialogue with Omer personally via phone, before any contractual decisions. Person to person, as I prefer. Tell you what I learned during that call. I learned this man knows his stuff inside and out; a Pro's Pro. He absolutely does not pressure you, but guides you based on needs and options. He seemed intrinsically honest and a truth-teller. He suggests pricing BUT actually GIVES you the reason for each price-point, to the penny. We agreed on a date, a very fair fee and completion estimate, then let it all happen. Omer takes significant pride in his business, his brand, and himself. He got to work immediately upon arrival, setting up the intricacies of pipes and conduits, even as the old hot water heater became emptied and dismantled. The new Bradford White was delivered on time and, after a sufficient period of work, was fully operational and up to code. The old one being removed and recycled was an inclusion , and the finished product was a work of art. I realize this review is getting lengthy, but I feel it valuable for you (the reader) to consider a few more things. Omer is a brilliant, articulate man..........a teacher by nature. Unlike other good craftsman, he understands the entirety of Heating and Cooling, including past history and future developments. He is a resource and a student of this profession. He similarly has a rare grasp of people/clients which yields to extreme patience in explaining to and preparing said clients for getting every inch of mileage out of their new investment. To me this was over and above! The man is hands down so darn interesting. He is excessively competent and genuinely cares about his client's future reliance upon a credible plumbing service. Great and friendly service! Called on a Saturday when my AC went out hoping to have someone out in the next couple days and they had someone over in less than an hour! Very helpful and informative. Definitely will use again in the future.

Had an issue with our water heater over the weekend. Omer from O&W heating and cooling arrived earlier than expected to take a look. He was extremely thorough, checking all possibilities for the water heater failure. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding all aspects of heating and cooling along with water heaters. He was able to get our water heater working again and provided a plan to keep it running. Not once did he attempt to sell us something we didn't need. Very professional and polite. He takes the time to explain things that are easy to understand. I would highly recommend and will call him first if we have heating and cooling needs in the future.

On Sunday Jan. 21, 2024 our furnace died. I called O & W Heating and Cooling that late afternoon upon reading these testimonials below. Everything that is said and listed below here is spot on. Not only did he arrive that late afternoon but he supplied us with 4 space heaters so we wouldn't freeze that night. Omer is very professional, kind, and meticulous. He explains everything in detail and keeps you in the loop. Omer IS the only HVAC company we will ever call again.

Exceptional service! I was in a bind as my previous plumbers were giving the runaround when our 1.5 year old water heater stopped working. I was referred to O&W by the manufacturer and they stepped up and delivered. They were able to fit me into their tight schedule and willing to do the work to get replacement parts and installation quickly. The difference in service was Day and Night!

I can’t say enough good things about O & W Heating and Cooling. My older furnace recently stopped working correctly so I called them for help. Omer talked me through some steps over the phone which gave me a temporary fix of the problem until he was able to do a deeper diagnosis in person. He was knowledgeable and forthcoming about the issues he saw. He didn’t try to oversell me parts that weren’t needed. He gave me an honest opinion on next steps.
