Slava was very responsive and attentive. I have used this company on numerous occasions for both heating and cooling residential and commercial. When the heat went out at night they were at my door as soon as they opened. When the air went this week they were able to get me taken care of the next day. Slova was very knowledgeable in his analysis of our furnace. He was very prompt and kind in telling me what had to be done and recommended nothing but the best. Very happy with them as I originally went through Groupon to use them. Once we decide to move forward with our plans, I will definitely be calling Slova and his brother Eugene for their assistance. We had an excellent experience with K Komfort. After we found out we need a new a/c unit, we called around and were told "a few days" by other companies. Slava came out to our house late on a Monday afternoon to go over our options and within 48 hours we have a new unit up and running.

Fast,friendly,professional. Eugene was very helpful and informative— I told a friend a few hours later that KKumfort had come to service my furnace and he immediately responded with how solid they were and that he had used them several times before.

They came recommended. Our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They worked on our furnace for 2 days, located the hard to find part, and were able to complete the job. I'd recommend them.

Anthony Wojak came and addressed the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Also, got the work done in a timely manner. He was very respectful and even offered to carry a package on my porch into my residence for me. I greatly appreciate the service I received from him and highly recommend him.

Called K Komfort because I saw they had positive reviews. When I called the lady I spoke to told me diagnostic would be $79.99 and once they figure out what is wrong they would tell me a price before fixing the problem. So the technician comes out and is here for 45mins and hands me a invoice for $209. One they changed the diagnostic from $80 to $100 and two he fixed the problem with out my consent. I don't mind paying for my furnace to be fixed put the way they conduct business was not very professional.

Yes he did adjust the price back to $80 after insulting me by saying I didn't want to pay. I have no issue paying if I knew what I was paying for. On top of that you are suppose to tell your customers what you are fixing and how much it cost before you fix the problem I wasn't given that option. And yes it is a commercial building I have commercial space heaters in my shop to keep me and my technicians warm. The furnace he fixed which is for my waiting area is not a commercial furnace it is the same furnace a 1000 sq ft. and under apartment/studio/loft would have I think that qualifies as a residential furnace? Correct me if I am wrong. I really appreciate you guys coming out so soon and I wish we didn't get off on the wrong foot but your tech wasn't very understanding since I tried to explain to him the situation but the only response I got was "I'm just the technician I don't know". We live in a generation were people expect hand outs and that's not what I'm looking for. The industry we are in is very similar I hope you don't get mad this is a review so you can see what went wrong and what you can do to fix it next time. Thank you again! Not sure if the small angry man I just encountered in one of your trucks on Main St. in Racine, WI was an employee or an owner but whoever they are, they have issues. Clearly marked upcoming lane closure, they decide to punch it up to easily 10-15 over the 30 mph speed limit. Then when the lane closure is nearly upon us, they use no blinker and expect people to know they demand to be let in. Finally, once they realize nobody is going to let them push in line, they throw a blinker on, throw their arm out the window and start yelling at me as we pass. They then follow my vehicle, tailgating inches behind me and with their high beams on constantly for about 1/2 mile before turning off recklessly. I have video footage of this entire incident and will be turning it over to Racine police to investigate.

These guys have been phenomenal! I was trying to make some tough decisions about the HVAC situation in our 1903 house when Jay showed up with the perfect solution that none of the other companies had thought of (thinking outside the box)! The communication was excellent - something you don't often see with contractors. He provided prompt and detailed quotes with several options. Scheduling was convenient and reliable. The team onsite (led by Brian and Chad) has provided excellent communication and listened to all our concerns. The huge project is now wrapping up and I couldn't be happier!

When we experienced an unexpected failure of our heating system which resulted in a carbon monoxide alarm, representatives from K Komfort quickly arrived at our residence to assess the situation. After finding and explaining the cause, they offered the option of repairing the existing furnace, or replacing the unit altogether. We chose the replacement option.
An installation technician arrived with a new furnace shortly thereafter. His pride in workmanship was evidenced by his obvious knowledge of relevant codes, as well as his fine attention to detail. The job site was cleaned up after completion, the system was thoroughly checked for proper operation, and the old furnace was taken away for recycling.
We highly recommend K Komfort for all of your heating and cooling needs!

We just had our complex HVAC system repaired and zoning installed They were polite and helpful on the phone, returned calls, and scheduled servicing promptly. They came when they said they would. Euguene, did a thorough job, explaining what he did clearly, explained what the problem was and how he fixed it, and what to look for in the future. This was a big improvement over our past service company who kept saying there was nothing wrong with our system and nothing can be done to fix my daughters cold room. I don't know how they could have given us better service. They are very reasonably priced, Absolutely nothing to complain about, the high quality of service and skill we received from them and very reasonable price.

K Komfort just installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace/AC and tank-less water heater. The owners showed up early for a service call and validated the 30 plus year old furnace was on it last leg, they were able to schedule and replacement within 48 hours. K Komfort installed everything in one day and had me back up and running to perfection within 8 hours. They brought in 2 crews one to work the furnace/AC and the other to rip and replace the dead water heater.

Anthony was awesome!! Our air conditioning went out the morning of a really hot and humid day. We didn't have time to tend to it until after 5pm when we were home from work. I called KKomfort and they were able to come over after hours for a very reasonable price. Anthony diagnosed and fixed our problem and was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. By the time he finished it was almost 10pm. He had to have had an insanely long and tiring day, but he was still so fantastic and didn't make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We were so happy with the service we received that we signed up with their Energy Savings Agreement. These guys will be our go to for any HVAC needs in the future. I am so happy to be able to sleep cool and comfortable tonight.

I had a furnace/ac combo unit replaced but the workers broke the bottom of my door and the office has not responded to multiple calls and emails about remediating it. When the workers left they had taken pictures of damage and assured me I'd get a large discount off my installation once conferring with office, but since then no one will respond to my messages. A large chunk of the wood was ripped out and now I might have to replace the door which is going to be expensive, it is extremely unprofessional to leave a work site in this condition with no followup. The installation went fine otherwise, but I would never use them again in case something went wrong.

I recently purchased a home with a 17 year old furnace, so I wanted to have it checked and cleaned before winter to avoid any issues. Elliott and Ben from K Komfort came and did a great job - very friendly, professional and timely. I will happily schedule with them again next year!
