We have been using Knauer Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for almost 30 years. They are friendly, accommodating, clean, professional and never try to overcharge or sell you unneeded services. They explain what the problem is, do an excellent job taking care of it and are efficient without cutting corners. I always feel confident in their work.

Knauer is always very responsive .They are very fair and honest in their appraisal of problems. I use them for both heating and plumbing issues.-for over 15 years. I once had a toilet that overflowed on my third floor and they came within 30 minutes to fix it and basically saved my home! We recently lost the heat in our home and i feared we would need a new boiler-an expense i dreaded during this current crisis time. Knauer replaced a valve and it was fixed! I highly recommend them.

I cannot remember a time when our family has not depended on The Knauer Family for the handling of our plumbing and heating/cooling needs. We have found them to be always extremely dependable, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and friendly. To the best of my knowledge there has never been an incident when we were disappointed. Their countless years in serving the Milwaukee community I believe speaks for itself.

Highly recommended. Had a very good experience. Hot water heater wasn't working so I called them and they kind of knew what was wrong after I explained the problem over the phone. They didn't charge trip charge. I called couple other places with great reviews on Google. All of them were interested in coming and charging a trip charge. None of them were interested in listening to the water heater problem. "Buzz" from Knauer arrived within an hour after I called. Fixed the hot water heater and the charge was very reasonable, one third of what others quoted. Has been 4 months since the service, no issue yet. Really really happy with Knauer plumbing service, reasonable rates, honest tech who won't over charge or try to over sell you. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Knauer Plumbing as they have completely redone the plumbing in our old home from all new copper piping to new kitchen sink, dishwasher, basement shower, and two bathrooms. Buzz is knowledgeable and did a very neat job of the plumbing. We have enjoyed working with him as he is pleasant and easy to have around. This summer a new furnace installation went smoothly. (We didn't tell them that this new furnace actually cost $500 less than the one did 21 years ago). The furnace we had before was actually oversized and Kevin was very careful to calculate the size of the new furnace. Kevin had the air conditioning working on the first day of a two day installation. He is professional with clear communication and answered all my many questions. It is always a pleasure to work with Knauer, our neighborhood plumbing company. We have referred neighbors to Knauer and they have always been pleased.

Milwaukee Heating & Air Conditioning provided fair pricing and good service. The technician explained everything. The repair was done right.

They don't work on my type of furnace so fairly useless.

Hopkin's Heating and Sheet Metal is run by a man of honesty and integrity. I was concerned that my boiler was old and inefficient but he showed me other ways to save money. He took the time with me to help even though he didn't make a dollar in the deal.

Rick Hopkins came with an hour's notice to fix my oil furnace. Fixed it in minutes and found some maintenance and safety issues that would have been missed. Very reasonable price and great service. Highly recommend.

Hopkins Heating and Sheet Metal has been my go to HVAC service for the last three years for breakdowns or annual service. Rick is hands down the most trustworthy guy that has serviced any part of my home. He is quick to return calls, professional and personable on site. My business with Hopkins started with a couple of breakdowns that he was effective in correcting. I started having him service my furnace annually and haven't (knock on wood) had an issue since and have noticeably lowered my fuel consumption. I would recommend to anyone without second thought.

Furnace stopped working - called them because we found out they would service our uncommon brand - even tho' they were booked for the day, they squeezed us in; came within 2 hours of our call - fixed the problem in 15 minutes with very moderate cost, and voluntarily returned the next day with proper filter after we were unsuccessful in finding it on the internet.

The Bintz family is great. Very courteous and professional and they have always given us options that work for us. They have been our go to help for 15 years.
