These guys are amazing. We can tell they love what they are doing. And they definitely have fun doing it.

Bought a water heater and couldn't get burner on and they came right out same day and fixed problem like they promised.

i had malone`s install my furnace with the we energies program and couldn't be happier now it looks as if i`m going to have to ask them to put in my hot water tank as well hope they have time for me ....THANKS GUYS JOB WELL DONE

The technician was great and figure out the issue with our furnace. He completed the job quickly and got the furnace running. His time was appreciated.

They intall my new furnace and works for one winter id call next winter to get fixed they charge for fix and it works for a moth finally id call affordable and they find the promem also the call factory furnace carrier and they pay for fix so for my experience ,malone's is very unprofessional

I would like to thank Malone's Plumbing & Heating for texting me the instructions on how to reset my Flamable vapour sensor on my hot water tank.

Malones initially installed the heating and air conditioning systems. I’ve called several times to schedule service, and calls are not returned. Calls. Are. Not. Returned even thought their voicemail message said they will be.

AWESOME! They were able to come out the next day. They were quick and very reasonable priced. Professional, friendly and experienced. They even assisted us with something that wasn't on their work order. Definitely will be using them again (if needed).

Horrible please avoid this please , will not come out they had contract through the county and do horrible work please avoid

I love Malones, they have come out to do several projects including a new boiler. They have even dropped by to give me ideas when I ran into problems. They are a rather old school craftsman so don't expect bells and whistles. I have to admit I like that about them, reminds me of calling my dad or brother to help me.

I called every day for 4 days to get a water heater installed. No one called me back. Poor customer service. I went else where with my business

Malone's was chosen to install a new furnace and water heater in my home on 2/24/17. I had no choice as to who did the installation because the job was part of a weatherization program. I figured some cheap crap place and products would be chosen to do this job and I was right. Malones got angry with me when they found out that the insulation guys were coming out before they were and they acted like it was my fault that this happened. It wasn't my job to coordinate this project. Malones is severely lacking in communication skills. When Malones finally did come out, the job was done VERY SLOWLY and I ended up with cheap brands of products that were put in and a water heater that is already leaking. It isn't even a month old. Malones didn't put a copper pipe in that reaches all the way from the top of the water heater to the ceiling and that's what is causing the leak. They also couldn't be bothered to move the water heater over a whole foot to it's new location while it was still empty. Now I have to pay my roommate to do that, the same roommate that Malones said wasn't allowed to continue working on my basement remodeling project while they were doing their installation. I have called Malones several times about the leak, also the weatherization program people and no one will return my calls. I was a one and we're done customer. I'm thinking about contacting the bbb about this. Malones is a garbage dump business that I don't ever want in my home again!

Jeff and his son Tony are good guys, I appreciate the work they did and we are very happy. Jeff and Tony did my furnace 8 years ago and it's still going strong(Payne)....for the people that read the other reviews......and my water heater(Bradford White) 3/4/24. Thanks again guys much appreciated.

Malone's and I have been working together for five years. I'm a home renovation project manager; Malone's has done plumbing or heating work for me at more than 100 projects. They're experienced and they're masters of tough installations. They're not cheap, and you get what you pay for. They communicate straight-forward, they're honest and the craftsmanship is quality.

Very quick and professional. From the estimate by Jeff through job completion I couldn’t be happier. The installers were very respectful and liked my nosy pup. Kudos and will use them again

I rarely write reviews. However, Malones Plumbing and Heating is so terrible and horrible its a shame that they are doing work inside of people homes.

In 2021, Malones installed this water heater in my home and 1 month after installation the tank was making a loud noise. I called the City of Milwaukee program agency that referred this raggedy company and they came back out. When I called from my personal number they never returned my call. Not one time.

Okay, fast forward in December 25, I called Malones back because of the same noise and now it has a red light and no hot water. I called American Standard to check if the there was a warranty, but there was never an answer from this company.

Next, I called the City of Milwaukee program agency services that I called previously that contracted with Malones and I was told to contact them directly. I left several messages detailing what my issue was, no one returned my call.

FIVE calls were placed to Malones and on the 5th call some man finally answered the phone. I told the man my name and he knew exactly who I was. He said, he would have someone call me back. No one ever did.

I figured they wouldn't come out and I called a water heater repair company and the repair person said, he couldn't get a service rep for American Standard, and he was unable to repair the water heater after 3 days of troubleshooting to figure it out, and with replacing a few gadgets too.

Several calls will be made to the State of Wisconsin on the agency that contracts with Malones and I really hope that people will think twice before working with company. They're not reputable, and whoever writes a review saying anything positive is a liar.

Great staff and helpful products for HVAC needs!

Josh was polite and straight-forward.Last year I had a problem with my A/C losing its gas charge, Oppo Heating & Cooling, Inc serviced it and added 3pounds of gas and stopped the leakage .Gave them a chance and the experience was great.Too many of these companies are not straight forward, but Oppo Heating & Cooling, Inc was honest.I recommend them fully.

We called the day before for an appointment and they called 45 minutes after their appointment was suppose to be starting to let us know they couldn’t make it. There is snow but as a healthcare provider, we still have jobs to do and people depend on us. We don’t have heat right now and they were a huge disappointment. I would not recommend since they are not dependable when they are needed. They should explain they are only 24 hours if it fits their schedule.

I had a great experience with Josh at Oppo Heating & Cooling, Inc.. He was timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing while he did it. Price was more than fair and I will call again if needed!
