Auer Steel & Heating: The staff were polite and able to find me the furnace parts I needed in a timely fashion.

Just called and asked to see if they sell parts over the counter cash sells and was told they do so they transferred me to the parts department and then was told that they are a wholesalers and do not do cash sells over the counter. I have to be in a business I guess.

20 years in the trade. By far the rudest customer service in southeast wi. I only go the as a last resort.

Another heating company installed the wrong boiler in my house. Was given an LP version when it should have been natural gas. Found out that Auer ordered it wrong. When asked for compensation for wrong equipment, they laughed at me. No checks and balances. Extremely poor!!!

5361 W Woolworth location promised me a part that I needed to restore heat in early January. After 8 days of calls and waiting for delivery, "your rush is not our rush" and "I'm the seller and I'll sell on my schedule on my terms." Find somewhere else. To the company: Employee with phone ending in x5824 is rude, incompetent, and should not be interacting with customers.

The Neenah location has management that does not value employees. Management is only interested in Sales and Numbers. The warehouse manager is a difficult person to work with. The location has a high turn-over rate of employees.

What else can you say great company there always there when you need them, 99.9%of what you need they have and there service people are very knowledgeable and friendly. very few companies now a days are as good as auer steel kudos to them.

I've been working with Auer Steel and the Curtes family for 27 years. By far a top HVAC distributor in Milwaukee. My rep Mitch is professional and responsive. All the staff from the call center, engineering, front office and will-call are polite and helpful. Doug our driver is fantastic too! Their engineering department is knowledgeable as well. If I could mention every person at Auer that has helped me, there are too many to mention here. Keep up the great work!

First time coming to this place with little info in google maps, this place has 3 docks, 2 in the front of building and 1 inside lift gate. Theres place for you to sleep if you get here early, my appt was at 8 they unloaded me pretty quick, hope this helps other truckers coming here for the first time. Keep on trucking!

Josiah was incredible! He worked me in quickly for a tenant who left our home smelling like cigarette smoke. He was fast, thorough and it worked! The cigarette smell was gone when he finished. The tar was stuck in the dust of the ventilation system. Amazing! His before and after pictures were a testament in and of themselves.

I couldn't be more impressed with their service! The technicians, Jackson and Jeremy, were professional, courteous, and thorough, ensuring every duct was cleaned and free from dust and debris. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. After seeing how much dust and debris were in the ducts prior, it's great having peace of mind not breathing that in anymore. WNADC did a great job with our ducts. We’ve only been in our home for about 3 years so we had no idea when the last time they were cleaned. Based on the pictures we saw, we definitely made the right decision to have them cleaned. Would highly recommend their services.
