Integrated Building Systems was the most responsive electrician service in the city when I had an urgent residential need. Garrett came out and accomplished the job quickly and explained what he was doing throughout the process. I'm impressed with their service and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Darren and his team replaced our service entrance as well as two disconnects and three sub panels. I had multiple bids for this job and decided to go with IBS not just because of their attractive quote but also because of the attention to detail that Darren displayed when he initially reviewed the job. The work was done on time (despite a scheduling faux pas from Oconomowoc Utilities) and on budget, and I really appreciated Darren’s prompt communication and responsiveness. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had whole a house Generator installed today! They arrived, installed, had up and running in less than 6 hours. I will not be sitting in the dark without lights and water ever again. Work was done beautifully! I would highly recommend for all your electrical needs.

We hired Integrated Building Systems to put in 16 LED recessed lights throughout our kitchen and living room as well as fix some outlets we couldn't get to work, and installing two new lights on the exterior of our home. Darren and his team were polite, professional, and went above and beyond in the work that was done. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured we were completely satisfied before leaving. The cost for all of the work that was done was very reasonable. We highly recommend IBS and will be hiring them again when we get around to refinishing our basement.

Awesome work by Garrett and his team! They showed up on time, started right away on the replace and upgrading of my service panel, worked diligently through the entire process with no breaks, worked well with WE-Energies to make sure the service between WE-Energies and my power amp upgrade would be up to code. Will continue to use their service and refer their work. Great job!

We had Darren and his crew set us up with an upgraded 200Amp panel, 3 - 220v outlets and a 5.4kWh solar system and they did a perfect job! The system runs perfectly and the upgraded outlets help us charge our Tesla with the included travel charger at 32amps, 30 miles per hour. Our solar system is now producing 140% of our daily needs and is exceeding all of our expectations! We plan on adding more panels down the road and we will definitely be calling Darren!

Darren and his team are super professional. I had my breaker panel upgraded and rewired along with 4 recess lights installed. Darren explained all the options I had for both and his team was super professional about everything. They got the job done super quick as well

Called this company as I needed a new outlet installed for my recently installed dishwasher. He scheduled me for just a couple of days later. Adam (I think thats his name) was the one who came to my house for the project. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the entire experience. He was very friendly, efficient and did a great job in such a short amount of time. He was fun to talk to, very personable and answered my million questions about different electrical and other house projects while giving advice and what the company would be able to do for the various projects. Price was great. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had a Generic generator for whole house installed. The crew was timely & informative about the process . Work site was kept clean during install & after completion. We were very pleased with their service & knowledge, would have them back for future projects.

We loved our kitchen, living and dining room area but it had poor lighting since the day we moved in. We talked with a few contractors but Darren really set himself apart from the others with how he thought through our space and helped us come up with the perfect plan. The pricing was good. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The professionals who did the work were highly knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Darren is the real deal! Call him and he answers. Not only that, he has the trade experience to quickly point your electrical project in the right direction. His eagerness to share perspectives is highly appreciated. He helped me get my house prewired for the new 200A service within a week. As a value added he advised me how to work with the local utilities to bury my internet cable during this same install, managed the local building permits, and scheduled for permit inspections. . I am very happy with the installation and know who I will be calling next time I need electrical work on my house.

Great service. Garrett and Mike did a wonderful job. Was able to get our bathroom job and running new wiring also did replace a few outlets aswell. No more power issue with our dual oven. Would recommend to anyone looking to have service done.

Almost 20 units in our condo building had EV charging outlets installed, and Darren and his team ensured it was completed timely and effectively. From the planning stage to city inspection, Darren and team ensured everything flowed smoothly. We had a NEMA 14-50 installed our garage for EV charging. When Darren came out to do a quote he was very receptive and had a conversation about the concerns I had in regards to the panel being on the opposite side of the house in a newly finished basement. He came up with what I thought were reasonable solutions and he was able to walkthrough what the exact process would look like step by step. So when the price was a third to half the price of other quotes and they were able to do it the next week, it was an easy choice. Everyone one that was involved in the process was very helpful. Very happy with the work.

Found Darren and his crew on home advisor, got lucky to find a great group of electricians. They came to my house within 3 days of talking to him and that includes the weekend to do a 200 amp upgrade and install a generator panel. Finished in a little over 1 day and did an excellent job I couldn’t be happier. Adam came back the next day for some trouble shooting on 1 circuit that had a broken wire in the wall and his trouble shooting skills are pretty awesome,very efficient. Made the repair and Good to go. These guys are a great group of master electricians highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Darren, the owner of Integrated Building Systems, and Adam, who we've worked with consistently over several projects, are both excellent to work with. They have great customer-service and do nice work correctly, quickly and for a decent price.

I've always enjoyed working with Darren and Adam to get what I need to done in my house. My projects have ranged from installing new electrical boxes and wiring new light fixtures, to hooking up a dryer outlet - twice because I needed to move it! - and adding dimmer switches). No matter how big or small the project is, I will only be using Integrated Building Systems for my electrical needs. They do it right.

I called Darren on 24 November 2023. I asked him if they were open he says no they’re close and then I started explaining to him exactly the project that I needed and he said he would have Garrett to do the Project on November 30 at 12 o’clock he called me and said he will be a little bit late. He was very friendly very professional. The project came out excellent I would hire them again in the future. We've used Integrated Building Systems for several projects in the past, including ceiling fans, small repair jobs, switches, etc. Most recently we hired them to run electric to our shed 150' behind our house. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Darren was very kind, professional and helpful in answering all of our questions leading up to the job. And believe me, I had a lot of questions!
