New to the boiler world. They got the part I thought I needed after talking to a few of there employees. The part ended up being a hair too small. Through the whole process of getting the part not one person told me there is no returns. And here I sit stuck with a $240 part never again will I go here.

I have used HWP for close to 20 years. Howard and his entire team are top notch and provide the best customer service in the industry. They say "Service after the sale" and that holds absolutely true.

Waste your time somewhere else. I've tried to use 2 of their sales reps. No one can get you any info on the parts. I've asked for a replacement quote, without a reply. This company doesn't seem to want to help, or even reply to emails. I've had to call them if I wanted to know if anyone is getting my messages. This has been going on for 2 months. You'll have better luck, talking to your wall.
