They keep bankers hours. Aren't personable, and don't carry basic "stuff". Not worth MY trip.

Compared to other plumbing wholesalers about average. Customer service is terrible, especially the ladies. Not personable and rude.

Best free coffee on the east side of Milwaukee, restrooms are clean and orderly just not a fan of the colors.

Called for a quote and the lady who answered was extremely rude, and snotty. Immediately hung up and took my business elsewhere. Based on the reviews I see I'm not the only one who's experienced rudeness here.

I have been going to this place for my employer since 2011, they have always been professional and courteous, and have done their best to fill orders even on very short notice for emergencies, always professional and polite and usually in a very good mood, especially if you come in with one,

I love this place so much all bad reviews are most likely untrue! I can tell you i am a long time customer and there is a big reason i have been working with this company for the past 27 years!!! Keep up the good work guys!!! Also kayla i think that is her name is without a doubt the best employee they have! Now dont get me wrong, everyone there is amazing but i love how kayla goes above and beyond!!! I 100000% recommend working with Heider & Bott!!!

Recently moved to Milwaukee from Chicago.
Terrible customer service. My employer has an account with this company and several other wholesalers. First of all, the woman answering the phone has the most unprofessional phone voice I have ever heard. Go ahead and give them a call and I guarantee you will swear you are calling a 1-900 number. Totally unprofessional. Stopped in to pick up my order and it was wrong, and the woman who filled it was the same person that I spoke to when placing the order, and do be polite...the voice does not match the person. Just saying. My advice: double check your order before leaving. Also, nobody at this company was wearing a mask and one of their employees was recovering from Covid. There are several wholesalers in the city that offer professional service and wear masks.

If you guys need to work on your sewers, these are the guys to call. They’re so professional. They really are knowledgeable. They have great customer service I mean excellent customer service. They’re very respectful of your property. I’ll never go anywhere else. If you have sewer problems these are the guys to use.

Their crew did the digging in my basement for a sewer line replacement & then they also repaired the floor. Very nice guys, easy to talk to, took their time with me. Gave me a fair price for doing some extra work than we originally planned on.

Neighbor was getting work done by this company. One of the workers was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Was nice to client but nasty to the rest of the Neighbors. I know who I will not hire on the event I would need their services.

Rob was super flexible, completed the job with perfection, and was very responsive throughout the process. They trenched our sump pump discharge pipes from the house to the drainage ditch. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Subterranean!!!
