I had a plumber come out and give me a $695 estimate to auger my clogged sewer line indoors and $6000 to clean out the sewer line from the house to the street. I went to Angi’s and they recommended Subterranean plumbing. They were polite and came within the agreed upon time frame. They scoped the leading up to toilet upstairs and found a blockage. They gave me a reasonable price and he went to work. He explained potential problems in the future with such old pipes. Michael was an excellent worker and I am so pleased to now have working toilets and now I can use my newly installed shower.

Isaac and Mason were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They left a clean work area when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs home drain and sewer work to be done.

Rob called us immediately after we reached out to him to set up & schedule work on a backed up sewer. Michael came over with a camera and saw a broken pipe. Isaac came and repaired the broken pipe. They both came back and cleaned out the sewer pipe which was corroded. They were very friendly, on time and cleaned up everything after they were done. We highly recommend Subterranean for any of your plumbing needs.

My home had a backup in the main line. I had another plumbing company come out to my house and give me a $40,000 estimate to perform work that wasn't needed and wouldn't even have solved the problem.

Michael and Isaac from Subterranean were able to diagnose the problem correctly and resolve my issue.

Isaac and Daniel were able to replace a collapsed main line home trap with PVC for 1/10th of the price of the other estimate. They scoped the line and showed that the work proposed by the other company was unnecessary.

We called Subterranean. Our house was built in 1886, so our plumbing was difficult to figure out.
The guys repaired the P-trap on the inside of the house leading to the street. After that was completed, they realize there was still backup so Micheal worked very hard to figure out what was wrong.
Micheal, Isaac, Mason and Tyler were conscientious workers. Very professional, very knowledgeable considering they were working on an older home. They keep the dust and dirt to a minimum and cleaned up after they were done every day.
We will definitely recommend Subterranean to anyone who has sewer backup problems. Thank you guys.

My first appt was great. I had camera work done on my buried downspouts.
Made a 2nd appointment with Alex for someone to come out and give me a price on a few issues that were found from the first appt. No one showed up on the day we scheduled and no one called or messaged me. I had to make the call to find out why. Alex said his boss Rob was the person that was coming out. He was a no show.
Alex said he would get back to me right away to find out why no one showed up.
I never heard back yesterday or today and it’s the afternoon already. 🤷‍♀️
Very disappointing. I had already given this companies name to a neighbor but I will be letting my neighbor know not to bother.

They came to our house, and gave us an estimate on sewer lateral repair. Since then must've figured the job was too involved, I guess sometimes it's just too much work. They haven't responded to my request for them to come out to review and possibly revise the estimate from last summer.. it's too bad, they originally came off as a good company to deal with.....but....many people out there that want to work....

I have worked with Subterranean twice and have been very happy with the results. I got quotes from almost 10 companies and they were the most affordable, often half the price for a higher quality service than some other bigger plumbing companies. They did not pressure me to make a rash decision. They got techs out very quickly. They also gave me advice on work that may be needed to help me plan for the future.

Rob and his team did their best to clear my problem. They quoted a cost to fix a blockage which extended to the street. Because of their research and identification of the problems the city of South Milwaukee has agreed to fix a collapsed pipe that has caused the blockage.

I was refer from another draining company. I looked for different quotes and this company was the most reasonable . I needed a camera inspection and hydrojet flush due to a reoccurring sewer backup. I called all other plumbing companies and they said they weren’t able to do it because of the weather or it was either too expensive. I needed someone to come out and Subterranean was booked and I really needed to get a camera inspection done with hydrojet. I was so relieve when they called me back and said they were able to squeeze me in. Michael came out within a couple of hours. He did a camera inspection and right away saw what the issue was. He then explain thoroughly to me the steps on what he was going to do. Michael did do the hydrojet and took care of the issue and advise on what to do next. Overall I had a good experience and I would recommend this company again.

I called Subterranean on a Sunday hoping to leave a message and surprisingly Rob answered. I asked for a quote to replace my lateral water supply from the street to my house. It’s a fairly big job requiring excavation, so I expected a high price and weeks before getting on the calendar. Instead Rob gave a very reasonable price and started with an inspection the next day, and by Wednesday he had the city permit and began excavating. My need was kind of urgent, so I was very pleased at how quickly they got to work. The team was super professional, taking great care inside the house to limit dust and dirt. After the line went in, they filled the hole in the yard and made it look great. I highly recommend them, Rob and team were professional throughout the engagement, communication was excellent, work quality perfect, pricing and documentation great. I will definitely be using them again.

Happy with the work that was completed and the teams willingness to work with an insurance provider as best as they can. Thank you for helping with the process of getting my lateral repaired as it is a big job. The guys on the job were nice, professional and thorough in explaining what was going on with the repair. Highly recommend Subterranean if your having any sewer issues. We had a main sewer line break in our front yard. We had our sewer back up on Thanksgiving with lots of nasty stuff in our basement. We ended up getting a referral for Subterranean and wish they would have come out first. First quote was ridiculously expensive! SUB-T came in literally 55% cheaper and did it with great customer service, kind and professional workers (shout out to Mason, Clifford and Jose) They even showed up with dog treats. Easy invoice and down payment options. Owner answered phone on a holiday while on vacation out of the country and got us a quote in our email in a matter of days. Highly recommend these guys. I will be using them for jetting my main pipe going forward, they bring a camera to make sure your good before doing any work! Word to the wise if your a homeowner, get a rider to cover underground service line!! Call your agent TODAY!
