Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

We have used Faust Co. three times now to help with a rental home. Fast turn around and great customer service. Jodi is exceptionally helpful in the office with the coordination of work. The plumber, John, does exceptional work. Fair prices and great service!

Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

Just finished the second commercial project with Faust Co Inc as the plumbing contractor. New bathrooms, water heater, slop sink, etc... Outstanding service each time. Mark's work preparing for fixtures to be installed and installing fixtures is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations to help get the work done properly and on time. Bryan is also responsive and helpful when I call with questions or need to schedule work. Pricing has been more than fair. Going forward, I will not use anyone else. They are really mean on client service, i was trying to quote and the lady was really mean, they didn't even let me explain my problem, don't loose your time calling them

Yelp recommended Faust Plumbing to me. Bryan contacted me to see what my plumbing issue was. Because the plumbers were busy, and this was not an emergency, he graciously gave me a series of instructions of what to test and check for. As I tried the ideas and switched out the old parts on this 1985 Mansfield, I decided to replace the gasket under the tank. In the meantime, there was a break in the plumbers’ schedule, and a friendly guy named John contacted me. I asked him to wait for this last attempt, and if it didn’t work, he would be installing a new toilet. The replacement gasket worked, and my toilet is no longer wasting water. I appreciate the patience and helpfulness of the people at Faust, as they guided me to DIY, with their expertise. Highly recommend these ethical people.

Great experience with Faust! It was very easy to schedule, our plumber (John) was on time, and did the job seamlessly! Bryan and John both had wonderful customer service as well. Bryan replied to emails quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Faust and would use them again for future needs.

Great service! Radius Works plumbers are helpful, knowledgeable, on-time and efficient. They fixed a small list of things in my bathroom in less than two hours for a reasonable price.

Ryan was working on a water issue and smelled gas in the basement. After a call to we energies it was determined that not only was there a leak in the system of the new furnace that was installed (by a different company) there were 6 leaks throughout the gas pipes of my 81year old house. Ryan was back within a few days gave me an estimate and within the week Anthony and Ryan were here to fix the problem. The two of them knocked it out in a day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. Efficient, prompt, knowledgeable, cleaned up beautifully after themselves, and SO reasonable. My house is safe again, thank you so very much. Oh and the new rerouted outside water faucet is a dream.

Highly recommend Radius Works! After the flooding our water heater would not turn on. I called Anthony was available to come out immediately and re-light our water heater. Won't be calling anyone else but them for our plumbing needs!
