We had a plumbing issue last week and we were referred to Subterranean Plumbing by the plumber that augerred our main line. I wish we would have called them first. I reached out to them on Sunday and they got Michael out here the next day. He clearly explained what he needed to do and then did it. He was able to identify the issue but unfortunately, it's a big job. As it was late in the day, I'll get an estimate tomorrow and know they will get the work scheduled quickly. I should also add the Michael was very polite and left the work area nice and clean.

After receiving a great estimate, I had them complete the replacement of my main sewer drain. It took a couple of days but finished with Nick and Joey doing a great job with the new concrete and clean up. Overall, I'm very happy with the work.

We had a great experience with Faust Company after our water heater broke and we had a significant water leak. They were quick, responsive, and understood the urgency of the situation.
The installation was done quickly and efficiently and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also left the area clean, which we really appreciated after dealing with the stress of water in the basement. We felt pricing was fair and transparent.

Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent.

Details of the plumbing issue aside, the response from this company rates 10 stars! Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. In less than one hour, Joe arrived, took care of the issue and all is well. My thanks to Jody. I'm grateful for this great service experience!

First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn’t work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again.
