Rob was amazing! He literally saved us about $12,000. After he discovered that we had a broken sewer line, he listened to us and talked to the construction crew that we told him we believed had something to do with our bad sewer line. Within 10 minutes the company was digging to fix what they broke. Rob saved us and went out his way to do so. Not many plumbers would have passed up that type of price tag to help us. Thank you again guys!!

Was hoping to provide a good review of their services. I called them 15 minutes after our scheduled time only to find out that they completely forgot about my job. Rob promised to make it up to us and rescheduled for a few days later. Well when that time comes and goes I called to check in. Turns out they forgot about us again. I understand being short staffed is a challenge but to do this twice is unacceptable.

Not only did the technician do a thorough job of cleaning out our lateral sewer line with the water jet, he also gave me a video tour of the pipe and pointed out potential problem spots and suggested remediations.

Very prompt response by Subterranean and our basement drain problem was corrected. Alex got Michael to our home for same day service knowing that we had a bad problem. Michael trouble shot the situation and Nate and his partner did the difficult and heavy work to get our drains running free and clear again a day later.

Bottom line, I don’t know much about plumbing but trust what they did in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

Subterranèan did camera scope work and water- jetting in a lateral line at our church. Michael was responsive, timely, and professional. A solid company!
