Highly recommend this company! We called early in the morning around 6:30 and heard from Chris by 7:45 with a plan for the day. Chris was able to connect us with someone who could snake our drain as that was what we needed. He called me personally to follow up to make sure they were able to come out and complete the job. I really appreciate the attentiveness, timeliness, and kindness Chris showed! What a great company ran by a great guy!

Chris answered my call and was extremely accommodating and helpful in scheduling my appointment. He came out at 7 am on a Sunday. He had everything he needed with him and was able to assess and fix the problem in a couple of hours. My shower spout was never installed properly and it led to water spewing out of the back of the fixture and leaking into the basement. In the future, I will absolutely call AXIS MECHANICAL first!!

If we could leave 10 Stars we would! We read about this business on a neighborhood Facebook site and gave it a chance. They were so incredibly patient with my 88 year old father who had numerous questions and really professional. They even took the time to look at a couple other issues that we had and make suggestions. We definitely know where we will be going if we have any other plumbing needs and will be spreading the word that this is a company you definitely want to work with!

Punctual, competent and cleans up. Plus, Chris is a very interesting guy. A bit pricey but you are getting a master plumber over a tech and there is no separate trip charge for a scheduled appt. So, balances out compared to some larger ones who charge exorbitant trip charges even for scheduled work. Recommend!

Chris is a very nice person and very professional about plumbing, very easy to work with. Recently I replaced my old washer machine and after the service people hooked the new tube, it was leaking. I called a couple of companies, they let me leave a message except Axis Mechanical. Chris answered my call, late provided estimate by my photos, responded very quickly, gave me some options with different prices. He came in today and fixed the leak with the lowest price option. He showed and explained the part materiel to me why we don’t need to replace the whole part, saved money for me. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him

Chris was very clear on what I needed to fix the pipes under my kitchen sink. He arrived on time, was very thorough in his repair and left my kitchen cleaned up. He charged a fair price for the repair. I would definitely recommend him and his work!!

Axis Mechanical replaced both of our exterior hose bibbs and interior shutoffs. Above and beyond would be the best adjectives to describe this plumber!!!! Chris was punctual, detailed, professional, clean, thorough, and also was an effective communicator! We wouldn't hesitate to have this company provide service for us in the future.

Chris came out and fixed a hose bib that froze up during the cold snap in January. The old PVC piping and a hodge podge of hose was an eye sore and a quick fix so Chris came out and cleaned it up with copper piping and new easier to access the valves. 10/10 recommend Axis Mechanical for your small and large plumbing and mechanical needs! I know we’ll have him back to work on the farm/house again very soon!

After the recent flooding, my water heater was no longer working. I contacted Axis Mechanical and left a message; the owner Chris called me back very quickly and asked questions regarding the age and condition of water heater. When he arrived he was very polite and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Axis, Chris arrived promptly and got to work immediately. I asked the heater be put on bricks but he didn’t have any but he jumped in truck and picked up bricks at the hardware store. Honest and fair pricing!
