Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He was very respectful of our home, using drop cloths in the areas he worked. Chris was efficient at his work and didn’t mind discussing his procedures with me as he was working. He diagnosed and resolved a leaking toilet and replaced another toilet. I would highly recommend Chris for any plumbing needs. Using a licensed master plumber makes a difference and well worth it!

Chris at Axis Mechanical was very detailed and did an excellent job replacing a laundry tub, installing a new faucet, and removing an old drum trap near a bathtub drain and replacing with PVC. He was right on time and kept us informed and was professional.

Chris spent over a half of a day of his time fighting with our tub to fix our issue (over 100 year home). He never gave up and was able to rectify the issue. After the repair was complete he made sure the issue didn't persist and even walked through our house after the repairs to tell us about any other issues we may have in the future with our plumbing. He explained everything that we would need completed and even recommended other folks that could help with those items if he couldn't. I couldn't have been anymore pleased with his service, his expertise and his kindness.

Chris was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. WE Energies identified leaky gas piping, and Chris repaired and replaced the problem areas. He also took a look at our malfunctioning dishwasher. Chris is simply amazing! Was available - turned up on time - provided a lot of extra information and fixed the gas leak that had to be fixed. Cost wise very reasonable!

2nd time having Chris come fix stuff. The best plumber in Milwaukee hands down and really reasonable prices. He quoted $150 differences more but the part was still good. So he took that $150 always tryna find ways to you money.

Chris has done several jobs for us and is great! Earlier this week, I was unable to shut our water off due to a broken faucet handle. Chris help me through texts and then came at 6 AM the next morning and got us up and running so that we at least had water. He finished the job later in the week at our regular appointment. He has been so responsive many times when something has been leaking. He arrives on time and always cleans up. He is honest and his prices are fair..

Chris did a great job and pays attention to detail. Easy to work with and friendly. I have a 138 year old home so working with the old pipes probably wasn’t easy but everything looks great! Highly recommend.

We have used Chris on two occasions for our plumbing projects and he has done an excellent job. We had faucets replaced, shower fixtures repaired, and a sink leak remedied. Some of these fixtures were very old and Chris did a great job adapting to whatever issues he ran in to. We also appreciated the effective communication before and during the work. Chris came out to change our outdoor water to run through our existing iron curtain system. He was super easy to work with and communicated effectively thru the whole process. He was mindful of working in our home and kept things clean and professional. He did the job in a timely matter and achieved exactly what we were looking for.
