I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam, who exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I contacted him until the completion of the job, his level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise left a lasting impression on me.

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. I know who I will use the next time I have any plumbing needs. Heiden!

We had Heiden come to our Condo on June 18th to have them install a shut off valve. Our Condo Association recommended them, even though we told them they were a 3 star business, and we would prefer to use our 5 star plumber.
Anyway they were going to get some information from the Association, and get back to us on where the shut off valve should be placed.
Nearly a month, and we have heard nothing from them.
I would never use or recommend or use them. We have informed the representative for our Condo. Not much help there either.

I called Heiden after I had a different plumber out that could fix the problem with his snake. I talked to a Supervisor and told him all the details of what the other plumber did and what he recommended. Being 2:30pm the Monday before the 4th of July, I really didn't think I would get my plumbing fixed before the holiday. Heiden had two plumbers at my house with a Hydro-jet within an hour and everything got fixed within 45 minutes. Everyone I talked to that day was super professional and nice. Heiden is a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent plumber.

Adam diagnosed and repaired our water heater. He was very courteous and professional. I was amazed on how quickly he was able to get our water back going for us. The landlord forgot to mention that the toilet tank was filling really slow. Adam went ahead and fixed that up for us also. Really grateful for the quality service. Thank you.

Heiden is thorough, honest, and local. My mother had persistent basement spillover from a maze of 1950s plumbing/sewer. Several other plumbers wouldn't even look at the job - "don't do basements." The Heiden supervisor arrived the next day, took time to troubleshoot, and in two days the plumber arrived on time, installed a PVC cleanout, and even removed an unusable fixture. Everyone I dealt with was a problem solver, and I would use them again with confidence.

We got Art, and I gotta tell y'all, he answered my questions, was beyond polite and professional and earned my business for life. He was super respectful of my high risk status and wore a mask the entire time, was on time did his work quickly and respectfully. They were the only company in town who would give me a set price for a pre winter check up, and then lived up to it, also they came out the next day. If you need your radiator system checked out before winter don't wait until November call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Called Heiden Plumbing to service my water heater and was very please with the knowledge and the service I received. A gentleman named Scott came to replace my water heater and while he was there he noticed a Lp gas leak in another area of our basement, he not only fixed the leak but he also checked other areas for leaks with his “sniffer” and found another by the tank. He explained to me exactly who I needed to call to rectify the situation because he couldn’t do it since we leased the tank from another company. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond!

Andy from Heiden and Heiden in general were excellent! Andy followed through with me the whole process , including the estimate, he was at the site as one of the workers and afterwords with invoice and detailed pictures. This was not an inexpensive repair and I was quite concerned. However, I felt confident in choosing Heiden due to their history, BBB rating, their time in business and Andy on the job. I will and have recommended Heiden for any plumbing job, including Sewer service line repair.

This company completed a significant sewer line repair in the middle of negative 20 degree weather. They were professional and considerate based on our needs to get the job done quickly.

had to dig down over 8 feet in our yard to access the pipe that was damaged due to tree roots. Thankfully we were back up and running because of their knowledge and access to the right equipment within a few days of diagnosing the issue.

Included in the job they will be coming out in spring to backfill the area with topsoil and seed.

Called Heiden for emergency leak after a home improvement fail. Andy called me in 10 minutes. He asked me what happened and suggested we send pictures. He called me right back, told us the part we needed and walked us through the fix. Success! And now we can wait until Monday to make an appointment and have water over the weekend. So grateful. Andy confirmed what I always knew- Heiden always gives solid, honest service- which is why they were the first people I called on a Saturday.

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

Heiden is a great company. Over the years, they have provided exemplary service from full out furnace outages to leaky toilets. They always display courtesy, respect and appreciation to their customers and furthermore, Scott is a master at his craft and is the embodiment of true professionalism. Hats off Heiden,

Scott Wyderka and the team at Heiden Plumbing Co. just replaced the two 40 year old boilers at the old Engine 14 firehouse. They were able to install one boiler with 2 zones and a 120 gallon water tank. The work done by the amazing craftsman at Heiden is nothing short of artwork! We now have a high efficiency boiler that we can monitor via an app. The team was very responsive to our many questions, they showed up when they said they would and were able to remove the old system and install the new with no interruption in our heating.

I’m writing to thank Scott for his excellent work in diagnosing and repairing our drainage/sewer problem that had others stymied. I was particularly impressed with Scott's professionalism in explaining the nature of the issue to us in terms that were understandable. This just increased my confidence that he was doing the right thing, which of course he was. Scott worked with such efficiency and competence that I felt I received great service.
I don’t suspect that Scott would be in need of a reference. But if you ever are, I would be happy to give you my highest recommendation. Thank you Scott for managing the logistics so well and for your so very kind and empathetic demeanor!
Absolutely brilliant service!!

We had a totally backed up, plugged sewer line. 2 other plumbing services could not get through the plug to see where the problem was. It was filled with water. Heiden was able to get it flowing in order to see the cause. The pipe from the basement to the connection in the street needed replacement. They were able to use an underground process that did not disturb any of the landscaping and fixed the problem. They were both efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything. Not inexpensive, but MMSD has a program for pipe issues that does assist with the cost but you do have to use approved contractors. Heiden happens to be one of those contractors. After using them, I know why they are approved. They helped us in an emergency situation and I would highly recommend them.

These guys were not only timely, professional, and efficient, but were quite informative and willing to talk through both process and problem solving.

We had our 1929 sewer pipe relined and Adam and his crew did an excellent job. They were polite prompt and informative. I would recommend them highly for any sewer pipe lining projects you may have. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
