Roy's Plumbing is an EXCELLNT plumbing service! Every time I have needed their services, that have provided nothing but marvelous work! Would highly recommend them for anyone in the Milwaukee area!

My rental needed the hot water heater replaced. Roy's Plumbing responded in a timely manner and installed a brand new 50 gal natural gas hot water heater. Now my tennants have hot water again.

Ripped me off and over charged me for work that was not done...Spoke to owner, he agreed to reimburse me the $800 (ish) call several times in the following year because I hate to feel swindled. . NEVER GOT THE STOLEN MONY BACK! Also to add insult to injury, I recently tore apart my bathroom to remodel and the new plummer said the workmanship sucked. He asked me if it was a handyman from craigslist...THIEVES!!!

Love Roy's Plumbing. They gave me great advice when I had a plumbing issue. They were friendly and fair. Will definitely call them first the next time!

Two companies couldn't fix our problem.Roys came in and did not stop until the job was done.I will definitely use them again if needed.

These people charged me a second time within 3 weeks for the same job they did not fix properly the first time. I had actually told them all the parts they would need the first time, which they neglected to bring for the job. I will never use these people again or refer anyone to them. Also, the older woman who answers the phone does not understand plumbing and does not leave notes for the owner or plumber about your situation.

I have been using Roy Plumbing for a while. They came and installed a faucet for me and did a fantastic job.

WoW, where do I begin....if I could give them zero stars, I would. First off, they tore up all my drywall trying to find a leak. Took them 2 days and 1500 in drywall and ceiling repairs, but they “found” it. They charged me like 850. Two weeks later, same leak, same spot. Terrible service, terrible job. I will never bother with them again!

I had someone from Roy's plumbing to fix a small leak from a bolt that could have been easily fixed. The City of Milwaukee said they dont fix it because it was squarely on the owners to pay for the repairs. The plumber told us about the replacement of copper tubing, however, The City only does that for major water breaks. I don't recommend this company for minor water repairs.

I honestly wish I would've went with my first mind and called them instead of who I initially called... Their customer service was friendly and their word was their bond ... They told me they'll come the next day and they did. My toilet is now unclogged and I'm satisfied with the outcome... Would definitely recommend them to family and friends...

Roy's Plumbing came out the same day for an estimate and got the work done prior to the deadline. The price was cheaper than the original quote. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best company ever!!!! I'm so blessed that I had Roy's Plumbing handle my insurance and they came and did to clean outs at the house twice, with high pressure cleaning wish they had to hire a different company, and they installed an opening at the main pipe, in order to clean everything all the way to the street.

Long story short: made an appointment for the following afternoon. No one showed up or called. I called them and was basically told they forgot. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber so I can get my refrigerator delivered tomorrow. This is my 2nd negative experience with Roy's plumbing. Should have learned my lesson the first time. You have been warned!

Bad service! I was on schedule with them to have them come out. Waited a whole week. Day of the appt no call from the plumber. I had to call the office twice to see what's was going on. Tech apparently went home early. They couldn't send no one else out. They said there was a cancelation fee if I cancel. But they should be paying a cancellation fee to me since they canceled on me.

Roy's Plumbing, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI has been around for at least 30 years. In 1987, I had a real problem with a busted water pipe in the Illinois Area in the middle of the night. It was Roy's Plumbing that came to my defense. About 12:30 am, this company traveled and arrived to my Oak Brook, IL home and quickly went to work. If it wasn't for Roy's Plumbing I don't know what I would have done. Notwithstanding any negativity from others, I am aware of the tools it takes to operate a successful business and I must state this company is at the top in their profession!

Will never call Roy's again. Thought I would try to help support a local business and I got burned. Had them come out to replace the hot and cold water stems in the bathtub/shower. From working with other plumbers and contractors I figured it would be a one hour job. Guessing it would cost less than $150. Ended up taking two days with many trips to the hardware store. When the job was done the tub faucet was dripping bad. That faucet never dripped before Roy's came out. They came out once to look at it. Claiming that it would stop dripping in a couple of days. Now it's a couple of months. I called Roy's multiple times to try to have them fix it and they never showed up. Ended up finding someone else to fix Roy's mistakes. Ended up paying Roy's $450 total. Complete rip off. Wish I could get my money back.

Blake was awesome. It was pouring raining and Roys Plumbling still came out to fix the issue my husband and I were having at one of our rental properties and was on time. I over paid and got a call back from management letting me know right away that I had counted out too much. I really appreciate the honesty and customer service that was provided. I will definitely continue to do business with Roys Plumbing.

I wish I read the reviews before I contracted them. They did such a lousy job and then refused to come and fix their problem. The customer service representative was very rude as well.

I had Gordon from GW Plumbing to come and fix their mess. This guy was very nice and professional. I was double appreciative after the sleepless night before.

Don't hire them! Save yourself the agony and money. Actual plumber was pleasant, but everything/else was aggravating. They bumped my appointment back twice. Was not informed in advance that the plumber was going to leave my property to get parts (took a full hour at $100/hr). The lady in the office actually hung up on me when I questioned the price they were charging me (including 3 hrs of labor) before the plumber even returned with the parts. Overall it was a regrettable, expensive, and frustrating experience.

They did a really nice job on a really difficult clog that I could not deal with myself. They were professional, quick, humorous, and helpful. Everything was cleaned up well, and they found some leaks that they also fixed as part of the visit. Would choose them any time.
