I was referred to Greenfield Plumbing to replace a basement laundry tub and faucet. Reasonable price and very professional service. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Called Greenfield Plumbing, spoke to the receptionist who was soooo nice and helpful, got two men to come out within a half an hour. The men were very courteous, helpful, informative, etc. They fixed the problem. Their cost was very reasonable. Thank you Greenfield Plumbing!

The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. They're usually able to send someone out the same day (and occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled). The guys are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations. I’ve trusted them with all my plumbing challenges.

I called upon them twice. Once for an exterior faucet repair, and once to unclog my washtub in the basement. I talked to Carrie both times. She was professional, and coordinated the repairs with my tenant. The faucet repair was done well, and I felt the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the problem with my washtub was beyond their capabilities (sewer line was clogged) , but the technician Brad was honest about what was needed, and pointed me in the right direction to get that problem fixed with only a minor trip charge. I would call them again for plumbing issues that are not sewer related.

Steven did a great job! Kitchen sink was clogged and shower wouldn't get hot water. He found we had two different sized pipes which caused the draining issue. He was also able to repair our shower so now we have hot water again! Would definitely recommend!!

Our water heater decided to retire itself a day before surgery and 2 days after our area was flooded. The awesome call taker worked very hard and got us an appointment the same day. As a bonus, the workers called and came earlier than scheduled. The 2 guys jumped into action and installed the new water heater fast and efficiently. They were very very respectful, kind and professional. On top of that, their pricing was extremely reasonable. Greenfield Plumbing has got you covered!

Steven was fabulous. Great team. Professional and positive. He came to do something for my irrigation company and now I know who I will call for my plumbing needs. Breath of fresh air compared to most plumbing companies!

I've had Greenfield plumbing do a variety of work for me including the plumbing of a basement full bath from scratch, New hot water heater install, New utility sink in the laundry room, 3 new toilets, 3 outside hose bibs, natural gas plumbing for my dual fuel range etc. These guys have always been on time and have done great work for me and my family. Reasonably priced and good office staff. You're not going to find a better plumber.

I had a great experience with Greenfield Plumbing. They replaced my garbage disposal and installed a faucet and a flange. Brad originally came over to talk through what I wanted and needed and provide estimated costs. He took the time to talk me through various options and shared his experience and wisdom. He helped to keep the job affordable for me, recommending what I might consider doing differently and/or myself to keep costs down but not sacrificing quality. I believe the gentleman who did the work was Steve and he was highly professional, thoughtful and efficient. He also shared his expertise and advice. I am very satisfied and would use them again.

It’s always hard to get plumbing companies yo call back much less answer the phone, but not Greenfield Plumbing. They answered my call immediately, set an appointment and showed up. It got even better. Steven was great. He was fast, on time, tidy, professional. “He was the best plumber I’ve ever had” said my partner. I would agree. Not that I hope to need a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, I’ll they’ll be who I call.

Proceed with caution. Plumbing services are good. Get your quote in writing though so that they have to stick to it.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Lost our paperwork several times, took beer from our basement fridge while they were working. My husband has been trying to get a receipt for the work they did a month ago and they can't even manage to send that out. Would NOT recommend them.

They were so kind and were able to fix the problem quickly and professionally. Reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t use this company. They were contracted by the city to redo my whole main sewer line because my basement flooded but they half did it with some quick fix and now the problem is starting again and they say it’s not under warranty. Bad business. I will never even call them to unclog a toilet. 🙅🏽‍♀️

These clowns come to my home to change a simple 6 inch pipe that was leaking in the bacement and end up breaking my kitchen faucet. If you think thats bad then they leave with out telling me they broke it and use some messed up glue that clogged the faucet sprayer. I call them and they do say they will change the $95 faucet. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. They show up to my house with a supposed $160 faucet to change out. WRONG . The faucet the brought was from home depot and it was $30 . WOW customer service must be at the top of there list. OH BUT WAIT THERES EVEN MORE. The morons disconnect my frezer monday and i had $400 of meat that spoiled. HOLY S**T . I CANT BELIVE THESE CLOWNS ARE EVEN IN BUISNESS. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUB;E AND PAY THE EXTRA BUCK TO HAVE IT DONE CORRECTLY.

i'm searching for a plumber & ran across these reviews. the complaints are: poor customer service, will not follow up on service promised & have you waiting all day or week or may not show at all for repairs. Wow! I better keep looking.

I was thrilled with the work, very affordable and the crew was professional. I could not get anyone to come out on such a short notice, looking at several weeks out.
