A few years ago, I had RotoRooter fix a back-up in my basement and it was $180. Today, they snaked my kitchen drain and it was $300. I thought they did a great job and were really friendly, but they won’t be my first call next time due to the significant price increase.

I had their service at my house and was thoroughly impressed. They explained how and why, prices that I would pay. So when my daughter needed some service for her sewer system I called them for her. True to their word. Thank you Jacob for your service.

Just bought a new home a few days ago and the hot water was yellow, the guy came out right away, It cost me extra for an emergency visit, but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Glad we didn’t have to keep smelling and using rusty water.

Great company and efficient technicians. Fixed our water main shut off valve on Friday evening before heading into the weekend. It was leaking badly and it would have been a disaster without their quick response. Will use again for sure.

Overall a great experience with MGA, our basement sewer drain was blocked and the water was coming in pretty fast. We did a really good job getting the water out until they arrived, but when they did ,they got right on it and cleared the blockage. I've had a different company come by for the same problem a few years back, but with MGA there was just a much better feel to it. Can't thank these guys enough.

The plumbers (windy city) from the previous night left me anxious and helpless. He was like either pay this couple thousand or you can't use your water at all, like at all! Then we found these guys! Every single person we met including the owner was respectful, informative and down-to-earth. They worked with us and educated us at the same time. The assesed our flooding problem and came up with a more efficient and simple solution despite what we were told previously. definitely staying with this company. Thank you all, once again!!

Mariell was very professional and responsive, he is also quite knowledgeable and doesn’t mind explaining the process to ease concerns. He was able to provide a quote, schedule me in and complete the work in less than a week for a replacement basement sink! Aside from outstanding timelines he also provided quality work and proof of permit pulled and closed out. His work is of high caliber and he doesn’t leave behind any mess. I 100% recommend him for plumbing needs!!!!

I would not use this company. He is very unreliable. Three times MGA was a "no call, no show" for a leak that I told them was dripping from the ceiling. I tried to rely on him for a timely situation. I feel like Mario could have called to at least tell me he could not make it. Very un-professional.
