Find a mom and pop shop! Corporations like this are too expensive - $325 just to come out. Technician said they got out 50-60 feet and pulled up clay. Had another company come out to TV it and fix the sewer drain. Found out there is a complete obstruction at the bottom. Roto rooter never would have gotten 50-60 feet out let alone 2 feet.

Omg!!! They saved my dinner party! My sewer backed up and when my husband called, they came out 45 minutes later and fixed our problem in an hour!!! Guests arrived 2 hours later. Kiel is my new hero! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! He did an awesome job!

We had a Floor Drain in the basement back up with water and called into Roter Rooter. We opted not to have them come out right away to avoid any possible emergency charges. They called us the very next day at 7am to set up an appointment for that day between 8-930am. They called when they were on their way and arrived well within the time frame. The technician (William) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the situation at hand. The problem was resolved in a timely fashion and in a very professional manor. I plan on having them out once a year or two to make sure the lines are clean and this doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

I called on a Sunday with back up issues into my basement sanitary tub. Received a call back before 8am Monday morning. They had a tech (Will) out here by 8:30am. Knowledgeable and professional. Prices seemed reasonable.

As a new homeowner, when the floor drain in the basement backs up and everything smells like sewage, you panic. My wife pulled up the number for Roto Rooter emergency line (I had no idea if it were an emergency or not), and they took my call around 6PM, by 6:10 I got a call back from the plumber letting me know he was on another job, and will be with me ASAP. By 8PM Rafael showed up, and walked out the door by 8:55PM, problem completely solved. Rafael walked me through the process, showed me the roots he was pulling out, and even gave me advice on a past toilet project! The whole process was unbelievably easy, Rafael was amazing and I can't recommend this company enough. 10/10 experience, I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience. They didn't need to show up within an hour but they did anyways. The gentleman that arrived worked quickly, was upfront about pricing, thoroughly investigated the problem and explained where the problem was and what caused it. Going to the store and renting a machine would have been cheaper but I would have missed out on alot of things that only experience can bring.

We experienced a sewer backup in our basement on a Saturday morning - they were able to come by the house and were here within an hour. Rich was the tech, and he was fast, efficient, friendly and took care of our problem right away. The entire issue was resolved inside of an hour. Highly recommended. Considering the issue it was a relatively pain-free experience. :)

Floor drain had backed up. Called them Sunday night requesting service for Monday morning.They called me promptly Monday AM. Tech (Nick) was here shortly after 8AM. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got right to work & cleared clog in our main drain line. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter & will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER you're the Best!

I have no issue with paying the $275 to clear my drain but not fixing the problem and wanting to charge an additional $135 to fix a problem that you should fixed in the first place is totally uncool. Clear lasted less than 2 months. Don’t waste your money.

Ben,just Ben, who claims to own this business was rude, condescending, unprofessional. He actually hung up on me. Throughout the conversation he spoke over me and refused to listen. A plumber was out to my property in May and I am continuing to have the same problem. I was told they would charge even if it was the same problem. He told me I should have followed through with thousands of dollars worth of work and have had my yard dug up. I have another plumber who totally disagrees with that. When I told Ben he was speaking to me in an unacceptable manner, he said,” so, I’m the only one to blame? " And you, just Ben, represents a company. They evidently do not need business/customers.

Tony came within an hour of our phone call, and quickly determined that our slow drain was due to clogging in the pipe from our house to the street. Our old plumbing and palmer valve didn't allow him to access it for snaking out, so he recommended a company to update our access, Ihn out of Pewaukee. They were great; came the next business day, even reset our toilet within the quoted price. Called Roto Rooter back to snake out the pipe to the street; Tony came back a couple of hours later, completed the process (finding all sorts of clogging materials) and leaving it running smoothly. All this happened on a Friday and a Monday. I'm so impressed with Roto Rooter's service and professionalism. Tony is a gem!

John came out to our home to unclog a drain. He worked efficiently and fast! He displayed great customer service and was so polite. He was very knowledgeable and recommended products and future maintenance! Great service!

Don't call, would not recommend. They came out, told us it was "another" problem. But didn't even TRY to unclog the pipe, and charged us almost $300! Turns out it WAS the pipe, they were wrong. So when we called back and said the guy never even tried to unclog the pipe and that was the actual problem. They refused to send someone else out to fix it and realize their mistake and said we would have to pay all over again! Save your money and call a certified plumber. Ours fixed it and we're all good now, thank goodness.

Terrible service. Rich Paulick, the plumber had a bad attitude. He was given the wrong address by his employer but called me upset at ME because he couldn’t find the address. Then tried to get into that property even though it was the wrong one. He started charging at that time despite being at the wrong house. He later started threatening because we didn’t want to do more than the requested job.
It was the worst service we’ve ever received.

I called first thing Monday morning after the Thanksgiving Holiday. From the moment I called and talked to Mikey, I was assured that they would fix the problem. The customer service I received from the moment I called to the time they left my house was top notch. I would 100% recommend. Rich the technician was to my house and fixed the problem by 10 AM. A special thank you to both Mikey and Rich for making this such an easy fix.

We called the company on Saturday and they told me that minimum 1 hours for weekend is $695 we agreed on the price and they sent my information to technician and they came to fix the problem, it was fixed less than 20 minute which was good. But they charged me $1390 for minimum 2 hours that’s what technician is telling once the job completed. Well thank you for rip off the loyal customers. I will not recommend this company at all.

Fast, professional service provided at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service from the initial call through the visit. I received a thorough explanation of the work to be done. I received a firm estimate in advance of the work. The work itself was done quickly and great respect was shown for my property. I could not have asked for more.

I called and spoke with their agent on Saturday morning. I was quoted a price of $225.00 and 125.00 every hour after that, but the weekend rate is $525.00. I decided to Wait until Monday, so I had them call on that day. I spoke with a different person he quoted me $295.00 for the first hour and 125.00 every hour afterwards. The Job was just over an hour I was charged $400.00! I couldn't believe it! The drain was unclothed but I felt like there was a bit of price gouging. We are still in a pandemic and times are tough for everyone. I expected better from this company. I take full responsibility for selecting this organization however, I extend a cautionary to anyone who would use this service in that you can get the same results for less money. Please shop around. 🙏🏾

Called this morning about 8:30 to schedule. Tech called 1/2 hour later, and arrived 10 minutes later. Determined my problem was the main sewer line clogged {all drains slow, basement toilet not flushing} An hour later, ALL drains working great. The small mess made was cleaned up, Price was reasonable, a lot cheaper then the Plumber I used for the same thing several yrs ago. "IF" I ever need the service again, will definitely be calling them back !!! And asking for Andy !!!!!

The service technicians were great. Very professional and uber competent. I had a clogged main line that can only be accessed from my crawl space and he and his partner not only cleared the line, but fixed 2 clean out covers, one of which I didn't know had rotted away to nothing. My house is not only reclaimed but made significantly better. I am a very happy customer and these guys are a credit to your company.

Called for an emergency late at night, and had a technician over by 9am the next day to fix the issue. Tech was Rich P and extremely grateful for his work.
