He came to fix our drain pipe to our laundry tub that was leaking. Was able to come out within 24 hours and was friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the fix efficiently and did not charge us.

I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink. He was nice, super fast, knowledgeable and ridiculously reasonable. Will use again if needed! Thank you!

Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.

They gave me a different price at the beginning and also left a rather large mess of waste for us to clean up.

Best of the budget drain cleaning companies. We use them on all of our properties. Every time we try another company we get disappointed.

Great service. On time in and out they know what their doing. Had another company come and they were there for 2 hrs and didnt get it open 24/7 which is now best sewer and drain cleaning had it ooen right away thanks jim appreciate your hard work and friendly service

Photos speak loudest, you can decide if the work in the image is worth $795+tax. Their reply here is disingenuous (at best) as they say "emails", there was only the boilerplate copypasta reply email and "violations", as it was one only one as part of bidding future work. As shown in the photo, I feel Knight is extremely overpriced. Go with a company that will give free estimates. I got suckered by the $99 fee to find out what the bill will be, paid over $800 for an hour of labor and $150 in parts. Would have been less expensive to pay the $99 to learn the extremely high prices and go with another company. Several quoted me $500 or less after the fact. Shop around and save some major money!

This happens so often, when I reached out to confirm that this was appropriate pricing for such a small project, I received a lengthy copy pasta explaining why they're so expensive...

What can I say. Awesome job by Isiah from Knight Plumbing! We needed a new hot water tank installed due to the historic flooding we had last week. He arrived on time and assessed the situation and we discussed the options for replacement and the pros and cons of going with a larger tank. Based upon our hot water usage weekly, we chose to stay with the same size tank. Answered all my questions, was done in no time and made sure the installation was neat and tidy. Made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. Hot water tank is working beautifully! Knight Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company! Definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors. Once again, great job, we're extremely satisfied. Thanks again!

I’ve had a blocked sewer for three weeks and went through 4 plumbing companies trying to resolve it. Some wouldn’t even touch it. Knight Plumbing returned my call right away, sent a camera into the pipe the next day, found the block and worked in water and mud in 34 degrees to replace my blocked pipe. I am very grateful and will use them again.

It's a very expensive water heater. I liked it. But somehow the Technician damaged and scratched on the side and I'm not sure when this scratched will last. I'm worried in future results it might causing leakage due to the deep scratched because it for a hot water. Please advise and respond on what to do next.

Response time from initial phone call to service call was extremely prompt. They arrived the next day.
I was having backup battery to sump pump issues. The alarm would come on and you had to manually turn it off.
He explained options and was very informative.
I would recommend this company to everyone!

Would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing! Easy to schedule, worked with our schedule, and gave great service for what we wanted - before we finished our basement this summer. Isiah was a great one man show, re-did our old galvanized iron pipes to brand new copper and got a new and improved water heater. All thing were according to code, well explained/reasoned, and completed in a timely/professional manner.

We called Knight Plumbing to get a quote for a few different projects in our house, with the main project involving adding a dishwasher to our original 1920s kitchen. The scheduling process was easy and communication leading up to and after our appointment was beyond my expectations. Andy, our tech, did a great job explaining his findings and recommendations. While we weren't able to move forward immediately with the proposed work, we would highly recommend Knight Plumbing!

They removed old concrete wash tubs and installed new washtub, faucets, new pipe. Also another pipe was removed and valve replaced. Did a good job of cleanup and work in a timely manner. They also came quickly to give an estimate and completed work the following week.

Colton Bode did a great job of listening to what I needed and was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why.
He made repairs to old pipes in our Bayview home and the new valves and all look great.
