Just like a lot of residents here in Milwaukee, we flooded, losing our water heater 😫. Knight Plumbing was able to get our damaged unit pulled and replaced within a couple of days!

Had Knight Plumbing out this week to redo lines in my basement to put them to code. I couldn't he happier! The work was done quickly and efficiently and the area was left cleaner than than when he came!

Highly recommend. This is the second time we've used Knight Plumbing and the second time we've had fast service at a reasonable rate. The servie tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our leak and correct it. He also indicated that part of our drain would need to be replaced at some point and we decided to replace right away. He worked fast and efficiently.

Andy did a great job replacing our broken hose bib and doing some replacement piping which included the addition of a bleeder for safe winterization. The job was completed in good time and without any hiccups. He even took the time to walk me through why all the repairs were needed and how they beneficially improved the quality of those parts being replaced. Additionally he answered some questions I had about another potential repair needed that did not relate to the scope of work which the first visit required. Thank you Andy!

We are very pleased with the work done by Isiah and Knight Plumbing. We had a slow filling toilet whose shut-off valve was inoperable. Isiah evaluated the situation, quoted us the repair price, and took care of the issue in a very prompt and professional manner. Isiah Z. and Knight Plumbing were absolutely incredible. My appointment was originally scheduled for Friday but with their great communication (and a cancellation) I was able to get in sooner. Isiah was understanding of me working remote and great with getting the job completed professionally and timely. Living in the Jackson Park area of Milwaukee, there’s plenty of plumbers to choose from to fix a drum trap, so glad we went with Isiah at Knight.

This was an unexpected pleasurable experience. Andy was very professional and surprised me when the new water heater was installed just three hours after my request for service. Outstanding !!! Knight plumbing will get recommended when anyone I know asks for a referral.

Nick was able to diagnose my issue within a minute of being at the house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with suggestions and advice on how to prevent the situation from repeating. The work was done completely in 45 minutes and he explained and showed me what he did. Great service. Great company. Great technician. Will only use this company while I live in this city.

Fantastic experience with Knight Plumbing. Came out right away in response to a burst pipe. Worked very well with me as the homeowner and sent over all the documentation needed for my insurance. Isiah was super great to work with, he explained to me what was happening with the pipe and plumbing, and gave several options for me to chose to resolve. The work was done very timely and orderly and tbh my basement looks even better than before. 11/10 recommend.

Colton was amazing! He had a brand new toilet installed in less than and hour! He thoroughly went through all the options and was extremely professional! 10/10 would recommend!

After the first service call, my drain started backing up again. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone back to snake the drain again. They didn’t charge me for the second visit and so far so good. Very responsive and willing to get the job done!

Two thumbs up for customer service!! Had a service man come out to snake out the main sewer pipe in my basement that was clogged. In the process the neck to the clean out valve got chipped. Called the manager, who got hold of the owner, and they had another service man come out to look at it. They took full responsibility for the chip and covered the cost to have a plumber come out and replace a 3 ft section of the pipe with a new clean out valve. They did all of this within 1 hour after I called the manager. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have nothing bad to say. They arrived 2 hours after I called. He was quick and professional, in and out in under 30 minutes. Not cheap but not expensive, I obviously was unable to clear my basement drain alone.

I had an extremely clogged floor drain and already had a different plumbing company come in to fix but to no avail after almost 2 hours. That company recommended Roto-Rooter.

Kent from Roto-Rooter was very professional and honest. He was at the house for almost 2 hours and had to unclog in 2 different directions. He even helped me see where these severe clogs were and also how to develop a preventative maintenance schedule for the future which was much appreciated. Price was very reasonable for the severity $345

We were charged over $600 to unclog a toilet. When we called to dispute the time and effort spent (as it was double the amount of charges from other services in the area we had previously used for the same issue), they did not return the call with an explanation and we waited months--still just receiving the same invoice. Instead, they sent the account to a lawyer and small claims court! At which point, we called again to attempt to resolve it in an amenable fashion of paying for the value of the service provided. Instead of attempting to resolve it, they simply had the lawyer return the call. The lawyer indicated that the only choices were pay the amount (now nearly $900 due to their expense of engaging a lawyer) or take time off and come to court. I would definitely recommend calling a different plumber who is cheaper, rational and is willing to discuss why they were less effective than their competitors at resolving a problem so they can simply charge for more hours.Good businesses encourage client discussions when their services fall short so they can address them, as opposed to refusing to resolve or even explain them and proceeding to engage a lawyer.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a plumber! I called the office and he said it is $325 an hour and $135 an hour after that. He arrived at my house while I was at work and tried to tell my wife that it would be $460 because he had to take my toilet off to snake my septice line. I asked him why he couldnt just clean it out from the basement cleanout instead of taking toilet off. He said oh let me go look. Yeah I can do that. Then he finished and charged me $397! I was watching him on my security cameras and he was cleaned up within an hour. He said it took him an hour and a half! What a scam! Yet another one! What a useless human! I hope he is happy with his one time service because he will not be seeing anymore of my money! Don't waste your money people!
