Absolutely impressed and satisfied with their service. We had a basement drain clogged and water was coming in and a flood was forming. I called late at night they responded quickly, were calm, and not rude. Other places couldn't come out until days later and had no concern of our issue. They arrived on time, were very informative, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I love that there's packages! There was no push for upgrades, they were there to solve the issue and that made me feel comfortable and trusted them. Call them! I guarantee you'll be satisfied.

This is by far the best experience with a contractor that I have had since purchasing my home in 2019. I didn't have the cash right away and the owner worked with me to get my new installation ASAP. There were no surprises with the price & they were completely done within 2 hours with the demo and new installation. I definitely recommend Diamond Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We had a great experience! Our shower had been leaking for quite some time; Diamond Plumbing was great to work with. Our plumber was on time and very diligent with his work, and the repair was completed relatively quickly. No issues using the shower now, I highly recommend this business!

I was really happy with the services provided by Julian with DPS plumbing. I had an abrupt issue with the hot water in my shower- there was no water pressure when hot, we were concerned there could be an issue with a pipe. There is only a $50 difference between having someone over within 2ish hours or the next day. Julian was dispatched to my house within an 1.5 of paying, which was at 7pm. Thankfully it was an easy fix I didn't even have to pay more (other than the assessment fee). Julian wore shower covers, which I found to be very professional. I would use their services again!

Calling Julian at Diamond Plumbing has been the best decision we've ever made when it comes to house repairs. Julian is a deeply good and knowledgeable man. Our sewer backed up at a really bad time (although there's probably no good time for a sewer to back up), and early the next morning, Julian and Dave were in our basement. Their calm demeanor, total plumbing knowledge, and ability to explain what happened and how they were going to remedy the problem lowered our blood pressure immediately. They were not intimidated by the age of our house, and in fact, took time to explain the nuts and bolts of how the problem happened and why the repair will fix it. This was an absolutely great experience. The plumber, Mr. Julian, went above and beyond to repair my kitchen faucet leak. He needed a part and returned the next business day to ensure the problem was solved. He even tighten and straightened out the faucet which was not a part of the original service call. I appreciate professionalism and great customer service. Diamond Plumbing was on-time, professional, had a quick analysis & variety of quote options to select from BUT most importantly got the job done & done quickly. I was working from home and they completed the entire job and left before I even knew it (& that was 2 sinks & a shower). All other transactions were completed electronically in the days to follow. They even brought in my package delivered to my house the morning of. I highly recommend their business to our community.

I reached out to Diamond Plumbing on a Saturday morning because of busted drain pipe in my basement. As a landlord I'm fairly handy, but this pipe was old and rusted through, so it was time for a professional to take over. I called Diamond Plumbing Services and they were assessing my issue within the hour. I really love their flat rate pricing on the various options and I felt comfortable asking questions along the way. The total fix took less than two hours and I'd definitely call them again!

I called re two clogged toilets around 5:30 pm. The process was seamless with very clear instructions and the level of services provided. I appreciated the service agreement that was promptly sent to me prior to the technician coming. Technician was scheduled for 9:30 pm but arrived early at 7:55 pm. Julian was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly assessed our situations and gave tips to ensure it would be less likely to happen again. He was in and out in less than an hour. Diamond Plumbing gave me top tier service. I would def recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Diamond was great. I appreciated how coordination happened via text, which was convenient for our family. Though our original appointment was delayed, Julian kept me updated so I knew what was happening, and came to complete the job himself so we didn’t have any further delays. He found the source of an odor coming from our bathroom sink pipes, took care of it, and checked in a few days later to make sure the issue didn’t return. Price was totally reasonably for the job. I’d definitely recommend his services.

I manage two duplexes and Diamond has been my go to for five years. They helped fix a botched job (someone else botched, not Diamond) as our very first service and have been prompt with communication, help and guidance ever since. Any job, I go to them.
