Miltos was very professional, explained every step of my kitchen pipe repair, and gave me a very fair price. The pipe work that needed to be done caught me off guard and was found by happenstance. Milton actually came while he was already busy gave me my options and added me to his schedule asap. Great experience hiring and will look forward to hiring again if future needs arise.

Arrived promptly, explained everything very clearly. Addressed several issues, was very nice to get numerous annoyances repaired. Very pleased with my experience.

Optimal Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new heat boiler. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard.

The installation itself was seamless, with great attention to detail and respect for our home. The boiler has been working perfectly since, and we’ve already noticed improved efficiency and comfort.

Had a great experience with Optimal Plumbing. Both Tyler and Jeff were very nice and knowledgeable. They came out to fix a tub faucet leak with some tricky pipe work inside an interior wall that wasn’t super accessible. They did an amazing job fixing the issue and putting everything back in order. We would recommend them to literally everyone. They assessed the problem, came up with a solution and did it efficiently and for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Miltos did a great job explaining what he was going to do and what could possibly happen, so I was prepared. I greatly appreciate that so there were no surprises. Fortunately, everything went smoothly and he was able to change the cartridge without issues. My existing garbage disposal quit - you could hear the motor hum but the blades weren’t spinning. Tyler removed the existing disposal and installed a new one. There were a few hiccups (pipes not matching sizes) but he stuck with it until everything worked with no leaks. 👍Works great!

Tried to do my own plumbing… and of course needed to call someone to fix it. Miltos was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. He completed the work in 1.5 hours and gave me helpful information on my house’s plumbing. The pricing was fair and I definitely trust them to give good quality and honest work. Excellent service by Optimal Plumbing specifically miltos Shtrepi (technician) who is a very humble and professional technician and secondly Tyler Wenzel who scheduled and planned the project promptly. I would also recommend the use of Thumbtacks app which allows to connect to great professionals for our projects.

Called because of a leak in the basement I thought was from a t-fitting on that line. Tyler Wenzel from Optimal plumbing came out and took the time to diagnose the issue which was a basket seal on the underside of the kitchen sink. At first it wasn't leaking, but he got to the point of filling up the sink and found the leak. He took his time and made sure I didn't have to have a second trip due to the problem not being replicated. I highly recommend Tyler and Optimal Plumbing!

The company sent texts confirming our appointment and I received a text when the plumber was on his way. These texts are very helpful. Plumber was very professional and polite. He explained and showed me exactly what needed to be done and gave me the price up front. Any debris was cleaned up before he left. I would definitely call them again.

Tyler was great. Kept me updated on his arrival time which was appreciated. Gave me the information to take care of my problem as well as information on other projects. Used Tyler again on a second project to install a sump pump and he was great by additionally installing new drain pipe as well. Highly recommend him and the company!
