Fantastic experience. Scheduling was easy. Plumbers are friendly and know their stuff. You can tell that Diamond Plumbing puts an emphasis on customer service. I've worked with 3 different plumbers in the past and Diamond Plumbing is hands down the best experience I've had with a plumber.

We had a bit of a communication blip when I first reached out. I called and spoke to someone who sorted it out quickly. Nice, family-run business that moves quickly. They offer different levels of service to work with your budget. I love that I could do everything online and when they came they took the time to examine everything thoroughly.

Superior service and great attention to detail. I could not have asked for better service, Julian and his apprentice listened attentively and addressed all of my concerns while explaining everything to me every step of the way, making sure that I understood what was needed and why. I was amazed at the level of detail they discussed with my counter top installers, making sure they knew what to expect when updating my plumbing and installing my new faucet. When I use my new kitchen faucet, I know without a doubt that it was installed by the best and the plumbing work is superb. I can’t thank you enough for EVERYTHING throughout this project.

Julian and Leo were incredible. c were responsive, safe, accommodating, respectful, funny, and diagnosed a leak that I've had for 6 months (and two plumbers prior) in under an hour. I own a property that my wife and I purchased for passive income which is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We decided to update the toilets on this property both upstairs and downstairs. We hired this company just like others do by searching Google and based on reviews. However tenant complained that the toilet is loose and when I called this company to inform them, the owner was militaristic in his tone and even went as far as to say that it wasn't them that would have left it like that. I sent him over photos and he was a little short for words but atill stood his ground. No apology was ever extended. They didn't even clean the caulking around the toilet from old toilet. When I told him about this he said maybe we left it there because it couldn't come off. I hired someone else and they told me exactly what was done wrong. To make matters worse this company did go out there to SUPPOSEDLY correct their mistake that they didn't own up to and nothing was corrected. I hope they don't just do this type of craftsmanship in lower income communities because. Paid $1,176.31 for two new toilets and new water valve installed on water heater. I feel sad for this community to have such company's to choose from. Look elsewhere if you expect friendly and professional service.

Highly recommend! Had two plumbers out to fix a back up issue prior to contacting Diamond and they both put bandaids on the problem. Julian took the time to figure out the CAUSE of the issue and provided an actual long term solution. They are quick to respond and very professional.
