The Optimal Plumbing team is my go-to from large projects to small ones and emergencies too. They are highly knowledgeable, reliable, and have great customer service.

In our time of need, Tyler Wenzel, Miltos Shtrepi and Jeff Wilson of Optimal Plumbing LLC were there to provided immediate attention and excellent service. From initial contact, quote, installation and clean up of two new water heaters and repair of bathroom sink leak, they were nothing but professional. We will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Update to previous services provided by Optimal Plumbing. We have an older home with a Palmer valve. After the August 9-10 storms, we ended up with considerable water damage in the basement. The crew from Optimal Plumbing LLC replaced our water heaters in August and mentioned that we could consider a back water valve to help avoid any future sewer back flow from other sources than our own.

This October we took “the plunge” and had Tyler and Jeff install a new backwater valve. The installation is seamless, the cost is reasonable and the crew is prompt, courtesy, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Optimal Plumbing LLC.

I highly recommend Optimal Plumbing. They did an amazing job converting a closet into a beautifully 1/2 bathroom. I now have a bathroom on my first floor where I did not have a bathroom!

Diamond plumbing was responsive and extremely easy to work with. I can't say much about pricing as I didn't bid my project out. I will say that I was treated fairly. Quality of work is excellent.

Julian is a terrific resource!! I have not once felt as if his business was trying to take advantage of me for not knowing what they know as professionals. They always take their time to explain the issue and exactly how they are going to attempt to make the repair. He has been honest when there are things that I could do myself to save a few bucks. DPS has always been upfront with their pricing (everything was in writing, detailed and specific) and I believe that they're priced well within the market.

Arrived on time, professional, wore foot covers, courteous, He had to go out to buy a part which wasn't sold anymore had to get a different unit which Fit. Cleaned up very well. Checked other plumbing issues and provided an assessment for future repairs.

We had Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling assess our pipes for a water filtration system. Mr. Coleman gave us a very reasonable assessment and proposed several possibilities to help us save money on the project. He also took all reasonable health precautions, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to using Diamond Plumbing again soon.

My hot water heater went out so I Called Diamond Plumbing and left a message explaining my problem, received a call back about 30 mins later however i had already schedule Sears to come out for that day. Woke up the next day to cold water, called Sears back and they said they wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks, which was ludicrous considering i was able to get a same day appointment the day before. Reached back out to Diamond Plumbing explained the situation and was able to get on the schedule for later that day.

Julian was outstanding. Professional, polite, very respectful, and helpful. Explained options very clearly. Price seemed fair. Work was done quickly and efficiently. These are my “go to” guys for plumbing now!

The communication via text is so impersonal. As if talking to me was a burden.
I paid $150 for a inspection.
Only for him to just shove the prices through a text message.
He never answered my questions.
He just continued to ask me what plan I wanted. We all have bad days but, he was cold and rushed through the process.
I decided to go with a more accommodating company.
FYI ..sometimes being good isn't good enough.. Work on yor customer service.
Unfortunately I can't post the text between us.

You should use diamond. Julian and his team were efficient, knowledgeable, and provided me several options of service to fix the issue I had going on. Also, the communication to schedule and payment system was seamless - a big thing I look for when working with any company. Keep up the great work guys!

Diamond Plumbing was really reliable during my emergency. My pipe busted in my laundry room, water everywhere. I was in a mess! I called, the staff kept me calm, while talking to the guys in the field....staff walke me through what to do until someone arrives, which was under a hour .....

I don’t know if I just have bad luck at this point or what. I contacted this company for an estimate on a project I wanted done and never received a call. Fast forward about 5 days later and I have a plumbing emergency- so I called to ask if they would come out. I get a call about an hour after the initial call and no one is on the other end of the phone line. I keep saying hello hello and then eventually they hang up. I call back and I have to go through all the automatic voice messaging again. Don’t waste your time when you have a real problem.

Was leaking water from 2nd floor shower down into 1st floor ceiling. Service was quick a very professional. Was able to opens things up, assess issues and got everything back to original within days. Jay was super helpful with keeping me informed with every step of the process and answered all questions. Pricing was fairly reasonable, I will highly recommend for anyone who looking for first class services all the way.
