Technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They located the cleanout drain and protected the area and informed me as of the cause of the clog. They cleaned up their mess prior to leaving our house. I have already recommended your company to my sister-in-law.

I had the pleasure of employing the services of MGA Sewer, Water and Gas Plumbing not too long ago. Oh No!! the bathtub drain is clogged and their was no hot water coming from the shower head and I'm expecting grandchildren to spend the weekend with me! It's after 5:00PM on a Friday. I had no time to panic. I asked the building manager if they knew of a plumber who could help me out an short notice. Luckily for me she did. I was referred to MGA.

Mr. Mariell Brown; the owner called me back. He stated that he was willing to help me within 30 minutes after I had explained my needs.

Mr. Brown was professionally friendly and respectful. He went right to work on the shower and the drain. His work was completed perfectly!

Merriel was very nice, honest & professional. He came within the hour of our emergency! I called his business at 4AM & got a human to actually answer the phone. The 2 others I called went straight to voicemail. I’m relieved to know that the problem isn’t an emergency yet! That is very reassuring to me. Thank you for your prompt & reliable help.

I called and was able to get same day service. My original window for the replacement of my toilet's handle/flapper which was promised to be between 11 am and 1 pm was missed after having already put the initial deposit down. I had to call a second time to make sure we were still on schedule. Other than that, I didn't have any complaints. The new technician assigned to the job, Kendrick Shanklin was efficient and courteous.

We live in a rental property and discovered we were having issues with the shower turning off. Our landlord called Mariell and he was able to come over the next morning (it wasn't an emergency plumbing problem since we were able to temporarily control it through our water heater). When he came to look at what kind of pipe repairs we needed, he was extremely efficient and transparent about cost, what needed to be done, how long service would be and what would be included. I felt better before he even started working on it because it was very clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Will definitely contact him again if need be!

Second time using this plumbing company and both times were so pleasant and easy. Communion is simple and straightforward. Pricing is clear and reasonable. Absolutely recommend to anyone.

I used this company a total of 3 times so far. One was for an emergency situation with a wall mounted kitchen faucet. The plumber repaired it and was professional. They also installed a toilet and water valve. Happy with the results

The plumber mistook a water pipe for a pipe leading from the furnace to radiators. Poor understand of what is plumbing and what is a pipe to/from a boiler. Yikes. Don’t call MGA. You will be led astray.

Had work on kitchen plumbing. Appreciated the patient explanation of the work that needed to be done. Will admit, I had a little ‘edge’ to my tone. The professionalism was impressive and their fix worked! Months later the repair has held with no further incident.

Update. It is now 4 years later. I continue to love the results! Quality job!

Disappointed by MGA after they did not show for an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment for them to come out a week in advance. I never received confirmation that they would come despite being told I would get a confirmation message. I saw on better business bureau complaints about the company no showing so I called morning of the appointment to confirm someone would be coming out and they confirmed the appointment. After z20 minutes of waiting after the appointment was set to start, I called to request an eta. The receptionist said I would get a call from the technician and no one ever called. I had to leave work early for this appointment and the plumber never showed up or called to say they couldn’t make it.

Called and scheduled an appointment in the morning speaking with the owner regarding a plumbing issue I was having. I never received any communication regarding anyone running late or the need for it to be rescheduled instead it was a complete no call no-show would not recommend

Fantastic experience start to finish! Picked up the phone every time, answered all questions, was transparent with pricing and fit me into their busy schedule with ease. Felt I got the exact service needed and wasn’t attempted to be upsold anything. Just good honest work and the gentlemen that came out were some genuine great guys to work with. I know illl need them out in the future to replace all of the old pipes to copper. Absolutely recommend them

The service was very efficient and done with care.Mariell was able to tell me when assistance would be available to me. The time frame given was greatly appreciated. Both Leo and Greg explained to me what needed to be done.

After calling several emergency plumbers and not hearing back from anyone, we reached Mariell at MGA. He gave us two pricing options over the phone and arrived about an hour later. He fixed our issue (sewage backup due to a clogged pipe) and was incredibly pleasant and professional the whole time. His efficient work likely saved us significant money (and certainly significant stress) in the long run. We will absolutely call Mariell again if we have any further plumbing concerns!

Greg and Leo did a wonderful wonderful job! They work together and they had one another's back. The company was really and helpful and were willing to work with us for a little bit of money we did had to fix the problem that we had in our basement. Roots were the culprits! This company will have us as forever customers.

We had a great experience with MGA. Called needing a replacement water heater right before a weekend and Mariell was able to fit us in the next afternoon. Prices were up front and very reasonable. Mariell did a great job and even cleaned up after the job was done. Happy to have found a plumber we can trust for any future needs! Already recommended MGA to family and friends.

I used to be a property maintenance technician over at Bradley Crossing in Brown Deer, WI. Anytime that any of our units had plumbing issues that I was unable to fix, I would contact Marielle right away.
