If I could rate this "company" a negative star I would. Plumber arrived at 11:15am to fix leaky faucet. 5hrs later plumber has all the pieces of the faucet and pipe from under the sink on the floor and was reading his instructions upside down. I insisted he call Roy who after a wait arrives and proceeds to say the part to fix the faucet is obsolete. It's broken because the 1st plumber broke it. Needless to say Roy, the owner, wanted me to pay for a new part, faucet, and labor. All of which his plumber broke and he acknowledge broke it.
I promptly told him no.
I called another plumber after I had to shell out $600 for new faucet and parts on top of paying another plumber to install. It only took the new plumber 1.5 hours to install BOTH faucets. I added another one while new plumber fixed the initial faucet. The new plumber looked at the broken pieces and confirmed 2 things. Number 1, part was not obsolete. Number 2, if the plumber had the right tool the faucet would not have broken and would have been an easy fix. I guess since this wasn't a common cheaper brand he didn't knkw how to fix the faucet. Bottom line, this place can't fix a leaky faucet. Nor are they willing to correct their own mistakes. Trying to support businesses in the community and he treats his customers like this! Unfortunately, this was an utter fail.
Please don't patronize businesses that don't treat their customers with respect.

The service guy took two days to perform a service that would_should take a half day at most. The job entailed repair/replacing pipes under the kitchen sink., auger the waste pipe,pipe,. Fairly routine tasks for an experience d plumber.He was not equipped with the needed parts and had to travel to Home Depot for parts on at least two occasions. The cost was embassingly high but we negotiate d it down to a still extortous price. Although the overall quality of the work was good l cannot in good faith recommend this company to others .

Dakota lost contact with main shop but kept on coming anyways. Snaked basement and sewer line to street,, did great job. Wish they had better communications.

I've been familiar with the quality of work Roy's Plumbing had provided since my childhood. The staff is always friendly and the business owner has a long history of plumbing knowledge. I highly recommend this business for your all plumbing services.

They did some work for us in June when we had a leak under our kitchen sink. The leak returned at the end of November. I called them because I didn't think the problem should have returned so soon. They said they couldn't locate my invoice and that they only guaranteed a fix for 60 days. The good news is I was able to figure out how to fix the problem myself. The technician who came out originally was friendly and helpful. I just won't use the company again.

This was my first time using Roy's Plumbing a couple of weeks ago. I called to have several issues corrected that I have put off for a while. They called prior to coming the plumber came seemed very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was a little late from the time I given, but the office staff and plumber apologized for the inconvenience, as a result they discounted my service. The price was fair with out the discount. I will call them again.

I just recently hired Roy's Plumbing to repair a clogged basement sink as well as a kitchen faucet. The lady that took my call was very friendly and kind with me while taking a brief description of the repairs I needed done. When the repair guys arrived at my home the repair truck was very clean with an easy to see and read logo. The repair guy was nice, clean cut and knowledgeable. The repairs I had done was also affordable. My overall experience with Roy's Plumbing was a 10. I'll refer them to my family and friends. Thx

I'm not the happiest camper; (1) to even have to write this review, or (2) to try to be a supporter of the black community and the services that we as minorities offer. However, I must. I'm not very pleased with the service or the follow-up services provided by Roy's Plumbing. At my rental property I had a clogged bath tub. I called to request service and they came out as expected and the lady I talked to was very nice. She called me back later that evening saying it was a tough job and they were charging me $160.00 for it. I said, oh well....I needed it done. The next day my tenant calls me back and says that the tub is not fixed!!! I call Roy's plumbing back to inform them of it (this is when the issue begun). They told me that they would send a technician back and the technician, according to my tenant never showed up. It seems as if the company was going through some changes and there were multiple confusions about if the job was done or not. So, I call back a few more days later and they tell me in their system it says a person went back. This was incorrect. After almost a month now, the problem still hasn't been fixed and they had the nerve to say that they would need to charge me again........for the same repair because people clog them within days. As a company, I expect quality service and I did not receive this especially at the rate that I paid to unclog a bath tub that is still not done. Absolutely ridiculous! I WILL NOT be supporting Roy's Plumbing or recommending them to any of my other friends.

The plumber they finally sent was fine, but getting him to our house was a huge mess.

The receptionists have bad communication skills, and insinuated we wouldn't pay our bill. They'll tell you one thing and do another. We had to reschedule the first appointment because she forgot to actually put the appointment in the system (time off work wasted).

Then they sent a technician that can only unclog drains instead of a plumber we requested, then the plumber finally showed up around 530pm when the window they gave was 1-4pm. Plumbing service was fine once they got there.

I called Roy’s Plumbing to repair a 15 year old kitchen sink faucet. The guy came in and I asked him if he would not mind wearing shoe coverings since I have young children and don’t want to track dirt in my home. He did it without an issue and I truly appreciated it. He came in, looked at the faucet and diagnosed the problem. Not only did he diagnose it, he showed it to me so I could have a better understanding of what went wrong. He gave me his recommendation and the cost for the service. I was a little concerned about what the cost would be, but was pleasantly surprised with the cost and allowed him to do the job. After he completed the job, he cleaned the area and tested everything to make sure the faucet was working properly. He was very patient, professional, polite and courteous. I will definitely use Roy’s Plumbing again!

I called Roy's Plumbing and they came out that same night. The plumber knew exactly what to do and it took less than 30 minutes. I found my new plumber and would highly recommend them to anyone! You won't be disappointed in the service! Great honest people who won't rob you blind.

I have had to call 3 plumbers out for the same issue with my tub’s pipes downstairs. Each time we chose pretty much whoever could come the same day. This time we called Roy’s Plumbing and they came out the same day and were the most helpful out of everyone we had come out. They were professional, informative, kind, and most importantly good at what they were doing. I would definitely use them from here on out even if they couldn’t come out the same day because they will get the job done. The person who serviced our home was ROCK! Him and another young man came out to our home and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what to do. Thank you Rock for everything and Roy’s Plumbing altogether for their services. Even the call in the morning for setting up the appointment was smooth, professional, and had me at ease until our servicing time. Definitely go with Roy’s.

My basement floor drain backed up, and they were able to fit me in right away. Fast and friendly - Communication was great, and the price was reasonable. I'm very happy with everything!

Don’t come here! Honestly, hate doing poor reviews for smaller companies but this place has terrible service. Requested services 2x back to back days, and was told someone would be coming out both days, and no one showed up. Also, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. You guys should be ashamed to say you do business because you definitely don’t!

Roy's plumbing is fantastic! Always great experience when I use them. They are prompt and their workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to explain what they are going to do. I have used them for leaking faucets, installed a hot water heater to unclogging my sewer drain. Most times they can come the same day. Would never use anyone else. Next time you need a plumbing company, call Roy's Plumbing.😃

Roy's plumbing fixed my hot water heater and sink at a reasonable price. I been using them for my repairs for 10 years. They do great work on time and leave every thing neat. Thank you Roy's plumbing!

Worst service ever!! Put a claim in through my home warranty called and told the company what I needed done explained this to several workers several times what the job entailed. They send one person to come fix the issue then he tells me that it’s a two person job and that they would have to come back on Monday. Mind you this was on a Thursday the day before Fourth of July so I got it you know I understood that they couldn’t make it back out until Monday. I called my home warranty to see if they could assign another contractor they weren’t able to, but they went ahead and approved the job and they told me that they would be out Monday. I called today which is Monday. They tell me someone will be out between 10 AM and 1 PM 1 PM comes no one shows up then I call back and she says I’m the next job on the list here it is almost 230 still no one here. The company calls me and tells me that they’ll have to come out tomorrow that they had to call to get authorization to do the job. My home warranty company has already told me that they’ve approved the job when they came out last week, Thursday so now you’re lying because you knew when I called back at 1 o’clock that you all weren’t gonna make it today. Liars and worst customer service ever!!

We hired this company to fix a leaking urinal, and it is still leaking. My plumbing inspector recently told me the urinal must be repaired properly. We already paid over $300 seven months ago for the same issue, and now we have to hire another company to fix what should have been resolved the first time. Very disappointing.

Did a good job locating and repairing problem at hand. Was clean and professional.

Very hard working and friendly. Got the job done right.
