Parts got ordered. I took photos of the damaged area and sent to Mr Appliance with a call to the office which was handled professionally. Their top techs Kevin and Nicholas took over the repair. Top notch professional service from then till unit was repaired . Mr Appliance replaced my entire door at no additional charge to me. They accepted the photos and never tried to back out of the repair. This company has the most integrity of any business I have dealt with ever. I called Mr Appliance because my Older dryer was not working properly. Kevin came out the next day and determined the issue rather quickly. He replaced that part and tested the dryer prior to leaving. He wanted to ensure it was working properly before he left. I appreciate his honesty, work ethic, and knowledge regarding my dryer. I will continue to use Mr Appliance for future needs.

The technician Jared was very knowledgeable, explained the 3 possible causes of the problem, then did the diagnostics. I approved the repair and luckily he had the right part and did the repair. Refrigerator needs 24 hours to get fully chilled. Jared was very professional.
