Excellent service. John was knowledge, detailed in his explanation, and repaired our dryer in under an hour. He also arrived on time.

The office was excellent in communicating that the serviceman was running late. The serviceman (Jalen) is a great person to represent your company. He was polite, professional, and was awesome in diagnosing, explaining and made the repairs in an efficient manner. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your company.

Appliance Neighborly company. I have a Bosch dishwasher It is only 1 year old. I called Mr appliance. The tech Jared came out and said if he couldn't get the dishwasher to repeat what was happening to me, he couldn't fix it. I told him what the error code was and he sat in front of the dishwasher while it ran. I explained the problem was intermittent and told him what the error code was. He did remove the air gap and poked a wire down it and that seemed to work. He did not remove the dishwasher, or any plumbing. He told me if it happens again he would come out and waive the $160 service fee if I called within 30 days. He also said don't do anything so HE could see the error code. He said leave the water in it and warned it would begin to smell. When it happened again I called within the 30 days and they told me to call an electrician. I knew it wasn't an electrical issue. I called Bosch and spoke with Alba who knew what the error code was. She emailed me what to do to fix it. I took the plumbing apart and found a piece of plastic and a few lemon seeds in the air gap line. I contacted them for a refund and they refused saying Jared did a diagnosis. If I had called an electrician I would have been out more money and my dishwasher would still be working improperly. This is wrong and a refund should be issued. I even told them I would pay his $35 bucks or whatever he gets for sitting here but not $160. Thank you s Muskego Wisconson

Kevin was fantastic. Was on time. Communicated well and very trustworthy. Rare to be able to have a company like Mr Appliance to reach out to in this day and age where every business is just trying to sell you something more than you need just to make more money.

Kevin was professional. The company texted me arrival expectations and he called prior. This is a huge part of it. They narrowed the windows and landed within the one hour slot. He was fast and got us up and running. One yr warranty. A little over $300. I thought it was fair. So far high praise for Kevin and this company.

The service i received was amazing! The gentleman knew exactly what he was doing and did it within a half an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repair work.

Mr. Appliance of Milwaukee and Camrin were great. Very responsive in scheduling time for a repair technician to come out and service my dryer. Camrin was thorough, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He diagnosed the issue and thankfully had the part on his truck. Very good experience and my dryer is functional again!

Expert service is truly what Mr. Appliance provides, tech Jalen was very knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired. Jalen diagnosed problem and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I love that you are introduced to tech via text prior to them coming to your home, so that you are aware of who to expect. I would truly recommend there services to family and friends.
