The service repair person gave me clear expectations of the service. He was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and the cost of that work beforehand. I was very pleased with the service and I would call Mr. APPIANCE AGAIN if services were needed.

Best experience with appliance repair company in a long time! My dryer stopped working last night and I called first thing this morning. They were able to get a tech scheduled to come out right away this morning. The tech, Jared, called to let me know when he’d arrive, arrived on time, and was incredibly personable, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and provided a reasonable quote. When he discovered the issue… if your squeamish stop reading now… (a dead bunny stuck in the fan) he didn’t hesitate to work to safely and completely remove it. He was efficient, professional, and totally went above and beyond considering what the issue was. Highly recommend both Mr Appliance and Jared! Thank you so much!!

John was very prompt and thorough. He even offered to wear a mask because of the bad flu that's going around right now. Very thoughtful.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Jared! I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning, which was fantastic. Jared arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and had my washer fixed in just 30 minutes! I’m really impressed, and next time we run into any issues, I will definitely call them again!

Our washing machine was having an error code over the weekend and they came out to fix it Monday morning. We ran one load okay, Tuesday night we ran a load of laundry and water started leaking everywhere, down to our basement causing at least $5000 in damages (wall, ceiling, electric fireplace, laptop, valuable artwork). A pipe from the back has come loose while they worked on it obviously from them pulling the washer out. They came back out, refused to take accountability, fix the washer, or give us any suggestions or apology. We paid $350+ for them to come “fix” our washer the first time but really they created $5000+ in water damage and we have a broken washing machine. Warning- Do not use them! EDIT- they want to assume that randomly water was leaking beforehand but it just coincidentally full on started pouring out the day after they were working on the washing machine. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Your technician was back there, clear view and said NOTHING. We have videos of water pouring out right where the washer was. Your technician should have seen that (if it was so called slow leaking) and said something instead of repairing something different and saying it’s fixed with a 1 year warranty. Again- they do not want to take accountability! A washing machine pipe doesn’t just start pouring out water when it’s never done that before 24 hours after a technician was back there clearing it. Take responsibility, pay back the $350+ that did nothing to fix our washer. Day 1 you should’ve said use a plumber, not “it’s fixed” so pay us $350.

BE WARNED- If your appliance cost less then $1,000 it’s not worth hiring them to look at it. It’s cheaper to just replace it. The service fee is non-refundable, now about $160, with tax. They wanted $500 for a part I found online for $230. The technician basically followed a manufacturers manual and just looked at the hoses for clogs. If your appliance is less than $1,000 don’t waste money to have them over charge you for a part. Just replace the machine. Welcome to the late stages of capitalism.

Both my washer & dryer needed repairs
The washer was repaired in less than a hour on first visit. the dryer needed new parts that were ordered during the first visit five days later when the replacement parts arrived the Tech named Jalen returned and finished the repair of the dryer. Your Technician, Jalen showed expertise and professionalism in completing the repairs of my appliances. He also was courteous If I need service again I hope he would be the Tech you send.

Nick's service was great.. Repair price seemed high. Beware of the Market term "durable goods" Translation for durable means 3-5 years...maybe.

John did a great job replacing a valve on our washer and explaining what could cause the damage we saw. I also appreciated that he had shoe covers on as it had snowed in the morning. Thank you!
