Justin was awesome today when he came out to do a tune up on our AC unit. He was out here before for a furnace call a while back, and remembered what he did and he followed up and asked me how it’s doing. He was very friendly and efficient and we will be requesting him specifically when we need service again. Thank you guys for being so great!

Anthony was punctual and knowledgeable about our system. We’ve been working with First Choice for many years and we are never disappointed!

Scheduling was so fast and easy! Anthony came to the house and helped us evaluate the situation, then Dan came out to talk us through our options and lastly Keith and Tom came to install a whole new system. We found out we needed a new system on a Tuesday and it was all done by Friday afternoon. It was such a smooth process! Keith and Tom took the time to talk me through what was going to happen throughout the install and then walked me through everything at the end.

I love First Choice! They are so reliable and are super informative when explaining things to customers like myself. Anthony Derengowski came to do a routine ac checkup and was very professional and even gave pointers to find an affordable filter. Just another great experience I’ve had with First Choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY HVAC NEEDS!!!

Tim handled our HVAC maintenance and did an excellent job. He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Nick Lorum was nice, quick, and efficient when he did our annual service. He made sure I understood what he had done. I've always gotten great service from 1st Choice- I've been a customer for years. Cameron is a tech who was training for the customer service side of the job and he came along and did a great job too. As a bonus, they were very nice to my crazy dogs. :-)

I called 1st choice on a tuesday afternoon and Don was at my house next day at 8am. We was very detailed explaining me the different options, never pushy trying to get me to spend more money. The next day the installing crew came pretty ealry and start working right away. Jim K. and Cam did a great job explaining everything they were doing. My furnace was from 1985 and my AC unit from 1990. I tried replacing just the furnace, but it wasn't going to work correctly with the coil and AC unit been that old. Don came back right away and we choose a nice unit and were able to get the right financing. The guys came back next day in the morning and finish installing everything. I cannot be more happy with the price and services. They were never secretive regarding the changes they were doing, or how things work. I will definitely recommend 1st Choice to anybody.

extremely poor service! Do not use them. their service contract is gargage. i had a new furnace, it did not turn on, a tech came out and replaced the batteries for $250.00 it did not solve the problem. i called back for service, waited 3 hours, no call no show. i called back only to be told my account was locked. so basically they are letting us freeze. absolutely crap company. use at your own risk!!!

I called and scheduled a service appointment because my furnace inducer motor needs to be replaced. I specifically told the scheduler it was the inducer motor, and I just needed it swapped out. Instead, they sent a technician to “diagnose” it, confirmed the exact same thing I already told them, and still charged me $120 for the visit — without even ordering the part.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but this kind of nickel-and-diming over something so obvious is ridiculous. I’m not paying for someone to repeat what I already knew. I canceled the repair and will be taking my business elsewhere.

They lost a customer over $120, which says a lot about how they value their clients.

1st Choice Heating & Cooling provides A1 service every year when they come to do our yearly furnace tune up. They are very friendly, on time and always answers all my questions with ease, which tells me they are very knowledgeable with the service they are providing. Customer for life!

Had a few problems in the past, scheduling was easy.. Today with the -temperatures, I woke up with a cold house.. I called and I received a time. Within minutes Tim was at the house and fixed my heating issue… Thank you, you are appreciated.

Tim, Keith, and team were awesome. They figured out the issue with furnace quickly late. Unfortunately it meant replacing it but were quick to schedule the next day for installation and everything went without a hitch.

Timothy Shepherd knocked it out of the park! As a tradesman myself we are hard to please and critical by nature, so to give someone a 5 star review means a lot! He had a young helper working with him so there will be another great installer in the future if he pays attention! Level, clean and professional look to every connection, hose and pipe. The install took a bit long, but the end result shows attention to detail and not hurried work. Thank you Timothy, well done sir!

The guys came in and were respectful, efficient and professional. They installed the heating and A/C systems in under the time that was promised. The new furnace is very quiet but puts out a more even heat than our old one.

Everyone has been very gracious and informative in this process, from the front office to the technicians who did the install.
