Not first time I've used First Choice. Prompt and diagnosed fast. Tech Tim was great. Explained situation plainly. Much appreciated.

I had my annual A/C checkup performed recently as I have done since 1st Choice installed my furnace and air conditioning systems back in May of 2021. Every tech that has been out to the house has been professional, cordial and more than willing to answer questions. I have been impressed and satisfied with the installs and yearly checkups. I went with their membership plan this year as I felt there were some savings and additional benefits. I would highly recommend 1st Choice to anyone and did so to my son who had significant savings over a different company's proposal. My daughter also had an A/C system installed by 1st Choice previously.

First choice heating and cooling is the best HVAC company that I have dealt with. Heather went out of her way to ensure that the installation met all of our needs. Mitch and Keith the installation technicians did the best quality HVAC work that I have ever seen

Glad they were able to come out, same day and repair. Job was incomplete, I had to tighten the hose clamps. Crazy expensive for a less than 1 hour job to replace a $300 part.

My husband and I recently scheduled a cleaning and maintenance check and we were told by their technician our furnace was on it last legs. He priced out parts/repair cost and it was about the price of a new furnace. He scheduled a new furnace quote for us. We received a quote from 1st Choice and proceeded to get quotes from four other companies. All four individuals from those companies told us our furnace was not cleaned. This is very frustrating. We have been with 1st Choice for a few years and all service we have received from them is now called into question. We called 1st Choice to speak to someone about this. We spoke to their scheduling person about this issue and instead of being put directly in contact with their service manager we were told to go and send an email through their website about our concern/complaint. Very poor customer service. 1st Choice will never be our 1st choice again and they are over priced for a service they don't provide.

First choice Heating and cooling is ALWAYS my first choice when it comes to my furnace and air conditioner. We have been customers for many many years and every technician has gone above and beyond when servicing our equipment. They even offer restoration service if parts look like they are on their last run. They are always thorough on their tuneups and explain everything in detail the customer service in the field and with office staff has always been top notch. We will continue to recommend First Choice to everyone and they will continue to have us as customers for many many years to come!! Thanks for always doing absolutely amazing!!

Justin came to perform system maintenance on my furnace/heat pump. He was great and knowledgeable. We had a small condensation leak near the exhaust pipe due to glue failure. He made sure it would be taken care of and stood behind their installation even though it was done three years ago. Thank you 1st choice! This is not the first time they’ve helped us and made sure we were all set.

I had my yearly service for my furnace. Justin Prening was the technician. While he was working, he found that I had some issues. He did point them out and I decided to upgrade to a new unit because the unit I have is old and out of warranty. Justin is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Justin was experienced and informed about the maintenance of our system. He gave me tips about the filters and humidifier. He supplied us an estimate for a new humidifier since our existing hardware parts were breaking. His maintenance report was very detailed and informative.

Tim was very thorough and helpful when diagnosing the issue with our boiler. We have an old home, so he took the time to show us how to “bleed” our radiators and how to maintain healthy circulation and heat through the house. Would recommend calling 1st choice.

After being affected by the flooding last week, my mom lost her furnace, water heater & most of my things in her basement…she contacted 1st Choice Heating and Cooling. We were treated like family and not just another customer! Their staff was very professional, very knowledgeable, & very reasonably priced.

Cameron was an extremely polite young man who proved to be both dedicated and thorough. We have two furnaces - one of them located in our very small attic, a space where only the brave are willing to enter - and he took on the challenge with a great attitude. He provided valuable insights into our furnaces and never pressured us in any way, which we really appreciated. Did I mention he left behind very clean furnaces and a neat workspace? We will continue to use First Choice Heating for our maintenance needs because of Cameron and the other great techs who have served us over the last 20+ years.

We have been consistently pleased with all services provided by 1st Choice. Our most recent service was for a system check up for our furnace and the technician, Timothy Shepherd, was on time, polite, and very thorough when explaining what he was doing. We have peace of mind knowing we can always depend on 1st Choice Heating and Cooling!

A/C went out on Friday night - as we go into a 90 degree Memorial day weekend with overnight guests! The service technician was at the house by 8:30 am Saturday am, had the parts on the truck and the a/c was up and running by 9:30. Thank you!

The service technician was very knowledge, professional, and communicative. The service was excellent and the fees were fair. I would definitely call on them again.

Air conditioning went out, these guys came quickly on short notice and made the necessary repairs with a couple hours of calling for a good price. Great work!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HEATING SERVICE THERE IS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSOINAL. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO FIND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, AND THEY FIX IT RIGHT. I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE WORK ON MY HEATING THANK THEM FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Called them in the morning, by 1:00 they had a guy there fixing our a/c. Reasonably priced, and had the part on his truck. Thank you.

AC was not working my wife called Tri- Town Heating. Techntion Rick come out had use up and running in no time. I WILL DEFFENETLY CALL THEN AGAIN. They will be my New go to.
