On Thursday 12/21/2017, Rick from Tri-town Heating and Air Conditioning came by to look at the dampers on my heating ducts. What a nice guy! Since I had questions about my new furnace system, he took the time to explain my heating system to me and show me how to customize it to my liking. I learned a lot from Rick during his short visit. Obviously he had other appointments to run to but he really took the time to patiently chat with me and make sure I understand the material. Coupled with my prior service call to Tri-town and their level of responsiveness, I highly recommend Tri-town if you ever found yourself needing a HVAC technician

PS: Remember and try to get Rick to come out but make sure to help him with his SUPER heavy tool bag!!! :)

Craig did a great job walking me through troubleshooting my AC issue on the phone. Very honest and friendly. Once we realized I did in fact need a service call Rick did a great job helping to fix my system despite an inconveniently located bush next to my system! He also went above and beyond to plug up any holes where little critters could sneak in! Thanks Rick and Craig!

After much research, I settled upon Tri-Town to install my furnace in May of 2015. I was very pleased with the service. I felt I received a fair price and excellent service. Of course a furnace is a big ticket item, so like most, it is important to find a company you are confident in. When I do my research, part of me is asking, who can I trust. I think I had three companies come in to my basement and you get a different perspective from each. Sometimes it's a bit challenging determining who is offering the best solution. In the end, I felt I could trust Tri-Town.

I'm really picky. There were some markings on some of the PVC pipes installed and when I called, Craig came out and cleaned them up for me. Forward to December 2016, my furnace is doing great. I stopped in by Tri-Town the other day because I had a pressure switch error code show on my thermostat. They sent Rick out the next day and the pressure switch was replaced (no charge because it was under warranty). Rick gave a clear explanation of the work. When I asked Rick how long he has been with Tri-Town, it was over 20 years! I think he said 26. That says a lot about a company when you have employees with you for a long time. So, my interactions have been very positive. A solid, trustworthy company in my opinion.

If you are debating about a thermostat, I decided on one with WiFi. Not that I need to check my heat if I'm on vacation, I guess you can with it, but I like the lit screen, being able to program dropping the temp at night, pressing a button if I'm going away to run temperature adjustments, getting email alerts sent, and even seeing a 5-day weather forecast.

I have had a good experience with Tri-Town and would choose them again. 5 Stars!

By far the best service, I had the Vice President Craig come out last year for us to buy a new air conditioner system. After he looked at it he recommended we keep using the old one until it goes bad. He could have easily sold us a new unit but was VERY honorable.
Second time I used them my system was making a squeaking sound after I went to his shop and showed a video I took of the problem he instructed me where a should put a few drops of oil and the problem was solved.
Last night the furnace went down Ricky was sent over from the Company to fix it (what a professional worker). After he found the problem and did research (contacted the manufacture of the unit) he was able to get the part covered form the manufacture (9 year old unit not put in by them). This Company has saved me hundreds of dollars I can’t recommend them enough I will NOT use anyone else!

After a long, hot summer, our A/C was tired and the furnace wasn’t working at all. Tritown had Rick to our house within a day, and although he was running late due to another call, we were kept in the loop by the dispatcher. Upon arrival he assessed the problems and had them sorted soon there after. After fixing the initial issues he took a few minutes to help us optimize our systems dampeners and air flow. He even had further recommendations if we wanted to improve things in the future, but didn’t try to push us into any high pressure sales. I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks Rick!

Pleased! I called for a furnace tune-up and the gal that scheduled the appointment was courteous and able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician that came out, Rick, was very informative and thorough. My furnace was leaking some water and he was able to resolve the issue as part of the tune-up. Pricing was reasonable too!

This company is absolutely amazing. Had my furnace replaced the day after it failed. I have an 8 month old son and the weather was below freezing, they made adjustments to their schedule to get me in next day. Dean was absolutely incredible and does amazing work. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know - thanks guys!!!

They are amazing! Our brand new house was affected by flooding and Craig came the next day to help us out with our furnace! Great customer service and even better people working for them! We highly recommend Tri-Town Heating and Air Conditioning! We can't thank Craig enough!!

Lesson Learned!

Highly recommend this company and they will always be the first I call for and heating or ac issues. After dealing with another HVAC company that said we needed a new AC unit and also a furnace due to “clearance heights”. They quoted a very expensive rate and left.!Afterwards, I called Tri -Town and made an appointment and had a wonderful outcome! Our ac needed refrigerant and our technician Anthony was prompt and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He quickly resolved our issue and charged a reasonable rate for the service provided. Tri-Town is the BEST and unparalleled in their HVAC services!

My service technician Rick was very thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and talk me through how he solved those issues as well as a few others. We went through multiple checks to ensure the furnace was working properly. Overall a great job!

Our A/C went out last night and I called Tri-Town this morning around, 7:30. After explaining what was going on they said it probably was the capacitor and they could have a service technician stop over within the hour. He showed up before 8:00 and replaced the capacitor and was done by 8:30. The A/C is up and running, nice and cold. I would definitely use them again. Great service!

While securing quotes for a possible warranty repair of a heat exchanger, I found Kelly of Tri-Town to be the most helpful and transparent. While others started to cook me up on additional possible repairs, she got me the info I needed to make my decision. When Ray came out he was professional and friendly. Came to discover it was only a cobweb in the tube an not a cracked heat exchanger. Huge relief to know honest and transparent HVAC companies are still out there.

Nate was fantastic! This company is the one to call if you want a fair and honest job. They don’t play the storm chaser games.

Craig and his crew were very responsive and honest which is just what you’d hope for when you’re a new homeowner like myself. After receiving bids for a new furnace from a few companies, Tri-Town came in with a price that couldn’t be beat (by a significant amount) for a top of the line Lennox furnace. The installation crew had the work done in a few hours, left the site cleaner than it was when they got here, and even installed a new touchscreen thermostat and provided fantastic warranty! Would recommend to anybody looking to have any HVAC work done. As long as I live in the area they service, they have themselves a lifetime customer. Thanks for the great work!

Superb service. Woke up and house was cold, 58 and dropping. I keep my money in my community whenever possible, and before I looked up an HVAC service, my spouse already had 2 other Muskego residents recommending Tri-Town.

Upon calling, your issue is noted, you're informed of the estimated time the tech will arrive and they send text updates. Tech arrived spot on time. While it seemed clear to my novice eyes the ignitor failed, a full check was done to ensure basic functions were operating and there wasn't an issue with a ground contact, for example.

Ignitor was the issue. Tech had a nearby parts supplier and ran out & returned within 45 minutes and quickly got the furnace back in business. Even got a clean bill of health on the furnace for peace of mind. The charge was extremely reasonable. You get an electronic receipt and confirm service was done.

Tri-Town is modern showcase of how business should be run (albeit I understand there are small one man operations offering excellent services without the "amenities" and we must be fair to those guys.)

Would recommend in a heartbeat and I now have "my HVAC guy!"

Had Greg from tri-town come out to give me a quote for a new AC unit, since the previous 2 companies told me it was time for a new on. Instead he found the problem, fixed it on the spot and refused to take $40 from me for his trouble’s! This is the only HVAC I will call from now on.

Cannot say enough about the great service I had from Dean at Tri-Town heating. My furnace was failing and shutting down hours before I was leaving to go out of town, and Tri-Town had Dean at my house within 20min. Even though the furnace re-set itself before he got here he was able to accuratly trouble-shoot and fix it even though there were no fault codes. There's no substitution for great workmanship and experience.

An excellent experience with Craig and staff. He was prompt and thorough and very patiently explained the mechanics and rationale of the furnace. On this cold day, he worked to address and solve my issues rather than simply advising me to purchase a new furnace which brought out the quality of his character and business practice. Would definitely recommend.

Where to start? I was in a cold house for 2 days as my furnace went out. I started by purchasing the minor things like the flame ignitor and the heat sensor. None of those were it as it turned out to be the inducer motor. Well, no one had it available, and I called Tri-Town. The lady told me they can have it available in a few hours at a lower price from other places!! Those ladies working there treated me with so much kindness and were so helpful even to the point that when my part arrived they were about to close for the day, and Jane said she will wait for me to pick up the part!! I already spread the word about this place to others..... thank you so much!!!

Thankful for Tri-Town this Thanksgiving!!!

Our 7 year old furnace stopped working so I contacted a HVAC company. They diagnosed the issue as a "clogged heat exchanger" and my options were replacing the exchanger for $2,800 or a new furnace for $10,500. I was skeptical.

Dreading the thought of buying a new furnace, I called Tri-Town for a second opinion. I spoke with Craig who was able to get Ray over to our house in Germantown the same day. The day before Thanksgiving.

Ray determined that the furnace itself was working just fine but there was an issue with the vent pipe, possibly a blockage. What was blocking it? A big fat dead squirrel!

Once the tree rat was removed, the furnace ran flawlessly.

Ray and Tri-Town saved us from spending thousands of dollars for no reason.

Amazing job, I highly recommend Tri-Town and will continue to use them for my hvac needs.
